A very nice Subway (for a change, many are pretty gross). Lovely, friendly, and happy customer service staff. The ingredients looked fresh and our sandwich and salad were decent, from a fast food perspective. I'd stop here again next drive up Rt 95.
Brian is the best worker there. So polite, very responsive to all my questions and requests. This was the best sandwich in the world. I feel like the sandwich came from the gods. So mouth watering. I devoured the sandwich in less that 2 mins. Brian’s footllong was so cheesy and yummy. Brian is the reason I want to live and go to subway everyday of my life. Thank you brian. You are my savior

Greeted as I entered the restaurant. Food was fresh and delicious.
So I had a large order 9 subs and not only were these the best, freshest subs I’ve ever gotten from any subway Ive ever been to… but being it was a large order they even marked on each sub to match the receipt number so I didn’t have to dig through each one to see what it was!!! Very satisfied and thinking from now on this will be the only subway I go to!!!
I spoke with the manager David today to order last minute lunch for my coworkers. I couldn't put my order in online but I was able to do it over the phone with him. He was great and very understanding! His customer service was great! I appreciate him for being accommodating to my needs in such a short time! I was able to pickup my order on time and David helped me bring out my bags. Thank you!! Everyone enjoyed their lunch box bundle! Thank you ! Great young man!

I visit this store often the owner Monty is awesome, the store manager Sam is awesome too. Yesterday I saw the owner doing a schedule talking to staff about time off and working other shifts. The line got long , and he got up to help get the people out quickly. I asked him with his position why did he get up and do their job, his reply was phenomenal “ The best way to lead is by example, your staff is a rendition of you”. He smiled and walked off. For him to be a young black man, and a business owner in the times we live in. This is phenomenal, I will always eat here, it’s clean, they’re fast, and friendly. Great Job Monty, Sam, and the rest of the crew keep up the good work. You have a customer for life.. SUPPORT BLACK BUSINESS!!!
While passing through this area of VA I stopped by this Subway location for subs with my two granddaughters. Although misguided by subways online offers the staff here was over the top kind respectful patient and efficient with me and my pushy attitude trying to enforce they honor a online special that their franchise is not participating in. I’d like to first APOLOGIZE to this locations Manager SAM for not accepting and understanding his professional answers to my questions ALSO I’d like to extend a GINORMOUS THANK YOU TO Sam AND ALL OF HIS TEAM MEMBERS FOR EVEN SHOWING UP TO WORK and taking care of us!! Hoping the balance of their shift goes smoothlY!! HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO THEM ALL!! PLEASE TREAT YOURSELF and DINE HERE!!!!!

Build your own is not an option. You can only get the new super subs at a super expensive price. Added bonus, the bread is always stale! Lettuce is brown. Eat fresh! The company that brags about fresh bread fails. The bread is a crumbly cracker/ crouton. All for the lovely price of $9 for a 6 inch.

would give it 0 stars if possible; worst salad I have ever had! Should have read reviews before ordering a salad online for sure. Lettuce was almost non existent and I had asked for increase in lettuce. Spinach was the same and had asked for more of that also. Bowl was less than 1/2 full yet the picture show a bowl ready to overflow. How disappointing! Guess I will have to get my vegetables elsewhere
Have ordered food here multiple times, most recently ordered a salad on two separate occasions within the past couple weeks.... orders arrived BOTH times without lettuce... I guess their version of salad is different than the majority of America 🤷🏻♀️. (Even though it states right in description it comes with it and there’s no option to remove it.)
Their system was down and didn't tell anybody at the time that I arrived that they weren't accepting credit cards a few people ahead of me luckily had cash they were able to get their sandwiches by the time it got to me they were expecting cash but the people behind me specifically two older white ladies were able to get their sandwiches for free and I had to leave my sandwich behind and walk out and no one said anything to me The lady preparing the sandwiches even told the two older ladies that it was the least she could do since she failed to tell them about their system being down but she said the same thing to me as well and I didn't get my sandwich for free don't get me wrong I can pay for my sandwich it's just the fact that she offered free service to some but not to everybody else that was affected by their system being down.

Skinny guy with braids and glasses was extremely rude when asking if I could do spinach instead of lettuce on my wrap he shot me a look of hate and harshly stated they don't make customizations I do understand that. I don't however appreciate the treatment I received I also work in a cooperate setting and get days are worse than usual but customers should at least be treated better
They “closed” at 8:42 (18 min before closing). I walked in and workers said they shut everything off, when I clearly saw everything on still. I’d understand if I had shown up 3-5 min before closing, but 18 min? Cmon now that’s just pure laziness. Owner needs to find new employees because I have no idea how they maintain business like that
Very rude guy working tonight with glasses on. The one guy was super nice but the skinny guy with glasses hates his job. I was about to order and he rolled his head and eyes because I didn't say my bread type 1st. He laughed in my face as well when I said never mind your attitude is too bad.
After being in the hospital for my husband's unexpected surgery and having a newborn in the mix the last thing I want is bad service for being hungry. The guy working register seemed very irritated making our order. Idc what time it is you took the job you do the job.
Absolutely unacceptable. I walked out and won’t be back. I stopped here for lunch — something I do often as I travel for work — and ordered a footlong teriyaki chicken. When the meat was added, it didn’t even come close to covering the sandwich. Multiple bites would have had no chicken at all. When I pointed this out, the employee told me it was pre-portioned and he couldn’t do anything about it. He offered to call the manager, who came over and claimed the portion was 3 oz. I asked if he could weigh it to confirm, and his exact words were, “I ain’t getting the scale out for you.” That’s the level of professionalism here. I explained it looked light compared to nearly every other Subway I’ve been to across the country and that it might’ve been portioned incorrectly. He insisted other stores don’t weigh anything — as if he somehow knows what happens in every Subway nationwide — and flat-out refused to check. At that point, it felt less like he didn’t care and more like he didn’t want to get caught skimping portions. I left, and I won’t be returning — not to this location, and probably not to any Subway for a long time. If this is the level of service Subway stands behind, it’s not worth the money or the hassle.
THIS PLACE STEALS! I used to come to this location every week. I get the same thing. Today they charged me $1.50 more. So now it’s $9 for a 6 inch sub?? I pointed out to them that the sign they had up still says “oven roasted turkey 6 in: $6.49” The employee goes “well now it $8 and we can’t change it because we are giving extra meat to everyone.” First off, I didn’t ASK for extra meat. And I get the same thing every week and watched the lady make it, she definitely did NOT put extra meat on it. Just admit you are jacking up prices for your own profit. They didn’t care at all. Literally stealing from loyal, routine customers. I’ll never go back to this location again. Could not believe it!
