We had a wonderful dinning experience at Chili's the other evening. The restaurant was quite full and we were taken care of quite well. The staff did a really good job. We chose from the "3 for me" portion of the menu which worked out well for us. Payment is very easy with the little device on the table. I like the food a Chili's and I like the price too.

I don't know if they had remodeled or what, but my burger was beyond heavenly it was called a Big Mouth bacon Rancher. The burger gets five stars alone. But the cherry on top was our waitress Liz she is probably the best food server that I've had the experience with in a long time. Hands down polite, funny, attentive, welcoming. Definitely will be returning.

Staff is always very friendly, and they always accommodate our large extended family for get togethers or birthdays. If you're in there while all my kids are in there, sorry about that. Burgers are good, and prices aren't bad. Good times.

Great service. They were understaffed and had a difficult party behind us. Our server and one other made SURE we were comfortable and doing well. The situation was mostly entertaining for my party but the staff suffered dealing with rude and inconsiderate party of 6. Food, as usual, was good and there was lots of it. They let us stay till they closed. Our server was Averi and were seated at table 53/1.

I love this place. I sit in the same spot every weekend and get my 3 for $10 which includes a great burger, soup, fries and a drink (which I upgrade to a margarita for $4). When it's happy hour (all day on weekends) the beer menu is amazing. There's a guy that runs the bar and literally every other position. He is amazing friendly, efficient, and just overall awesome guy. Tons of screens if you like sports, but overall great place to chill and never really that long of a wait even when it's packed.

Came here for our 50th Anniversary. It was wonderful. Our server was Jillian. She was very attentive even though it was packed. The manager was wonderful too, I didn't catch his name. We had great food super filling and Cheesecake for dessert plus margaritas. I love this place. Atmosphere is awesome. Everyone is friendly.

The Chicken Enchilada Soup has been a favorite for years. It's quite comforting on rainy days. Tried their Secret Sauce Burger for the 1st time and it was great! Loved the crispy onions and well cooked meat. Burger was huge and worth the price. I recommend trying their Skillet Queso as well.

Come here and have wonderful food and amazing service. Hunter was my waitresses both times I came this week, she is amazing and cares about her customers. Jan '26 Update: staff is still amazing! I really enjoy my meal that much more when I see smiles on the staff all the time and not just when they are talking to me. They all seemed genuinely happy and laughing and having a good time while busting their butts on a very busy Saturday night. Chilli's is chilli's. The food is to be expected. The kitchen and the staff are where this place really shines. They kitchen was fast and perfect, and the front of house was quick, attentive and super friendly! Great with kids! Will be going back soon! Also free chips and salsa and a non-alcoholic beverage when you sign up for their rewards program!

We had excellent service in Chico, California. All the staff was wonderful. Our waiter was Maddi she was on top of her game. She keep bring our drink before asking for a refill on our drinks. The Manger named Koa Yee stop at our table she was very welcoming. She said welcome back. My husband and I had a wonderful conversation with her. She also got my husband a birthday dessert. That was so sweet of her. The food was so good. I asked our waiter, Maddi, our waiter, on two options on food she recommended the quarter pounder burger, which was so amazing. (It also has a second slice of cheese.) Over all we had a wonderful date night at Chill's in Chico. I would recommend going to Chill's. When don't have Tobe or Sam. Rhey will come by our table and say welcome back, how are you guys doing, and we have a little conversation. We also like Maddi, who is wonderful.

Some Chili's are hit and miss with this service. Since we moved out of the Bay Area we have been here quite a few times. Food has always been great, friendly and attentive service. We normally go to lunch (2/3) but do dinners/late nights (1/3). Never had a bad experience. Food is served quick and hot, unless its a salad😉. Most of the time as my drink gets low another one appears (i generally drink 3-5 glasses), but never more than a minute or two without one. Even better is the 3 for me promo, which for $11 to $15 can't really be beaten. And has been there a for a long time. Our favorites are Sam and Toby for lunches, and Maddi for dinner. I'm sure the others are great, but they are the even stop by and say hi even if they arent on shift or serving us. Kao Yee and the managers are great. Again everyone moves quickly but still has time to greet, welcome, or give recommendations (not just for food). I probably eat here too much, but its hard to resist the service and food. In addition to collecting an optional donation for St. Jude, last week Chili's also had St. Jude outside with a pop-up tent. Servicing/helping the community should never be overlooked.

Our drinks were continuously refilled, ensuring our cups never ran empty. As part of our rewards program, we were able to enjoy unlimited refills on our meals. The food was delicious, and the waitstaff frequently checked on us to ensure our needs were met. The restaurant proved to be very accommodating and welcoming to families with children.

Great lunch deals! Went today with my friend for lunch today....march 8th..see receipt. They have an extensive menu with many deals. We shared the 3 items lunch special...we chose the hamburger with fries and tortilla soup. Upgraded to a margarita for 3.99. Burger was tasty and the fries were fresh and delicious. The soup had plenty of white chicken meat. My friend had the patron margarita for 6 bucks. Both margaritas were refreshing! If you sign up on their rewards you get a free appetizer which was bottomless tortilla chips and salsa. Easy to join and well worth it! We finished lunch with a slice of cheesecake and coffee. Again..plenty of leftovers! It started getting pretty busy by noon but they are fully staffed and the employees work in tandem with each other! HUNTER waited on us and she was awesome! ROMAN also did a great job. Both delivered great customer service! They have a full bar and plenty of tvs to watch sports. Fun atmosphere! DEFINITELY be back!

The take 3 is an outstanding deal. You get a drink (upgrade to margarita for $3.49); chips and salsa, soup, or salad (upgrade to a trio of dips for $3.49), and a burger and fries for $10.99. Good lunch to get full. Great service, attentive wait staff, and good atmosphere. Will visit again especially with the mighty tasty food at bargain prices. The bartender went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and seemed to provide special treatment. I think he does that for everyone and that is spectacular service.

Waitresses was great. Food was good except the Cajun shrimp pasta. The shrimp had a bad fish taste.

I like that there's a lot of options for people, whether it's burgers, sandwiches, soups, etc. Also the skillet cookie is absolutely delicious! However the service was just okay. The employees are nice but seemed to have some trouble figuring out where to seat people so we had to wait awhile even though there were plenty of open tables. I went with something different than I normally get but ended up not liking it that much. It was a crispy chicken sandwhich. Not bad, but not as good as it sounded. Overall it was okay, the potato soup was tasty and the dessert was the best! I'll be going back to try something else!

Went in for happy hour. Got a good deal on food. $10 for 1/2 a chicken sandwich and small side salad. Was happy with that. It was very good. What I wasn't happy with was that my server/bartender didn't inform me that the particular margarita I got was not part of happy hour until I questioned the amount on my bill. So it cost $10, as much as my food!! Definitely should have let me know when I ordered!! Especially since I mentioned happy hour.

Cheese balls are a number one favorite here. Their buffalo chicken sandwich is also tasty. My favorite will always be these chicken and waffles though. Yum.

Several of my coworkers got the quesadilla for lunch, so I got it for lunch later on. The service was good, but my quesadilla was kinda burnt, I couldn't eat all of it. I saw others that did not have that problem. It seems like they accidentally left mine for too long but didnt bother to remake it.

Meals were decent, the soup was great, and the dips were too. My quesadilla was alright, but the fake tasting bacon bits were not great, they were like the grocery store bacon bits. Our main complaint was we were charged $2.99 for games on the tablet at the table, but we did not want or play them. We chose to move the tablet off our table for more room so it was not even touched during our meal and still we were charged.

I got the Berry Blitzen 'Rita made with vodka, it was really tasty and I would definitely order it again. They only do happy hour on the bar side. So, if you're seated in the restaurant area and order happy hour drinks, don't expect happy hour prices. Wish they would change this, but whatevs. You can walk over to the bar side and order drinks for happy hour prices and bring them back to your table, which is a nice alternative.

Great staff and reasonable prices. Love their 2 for $22 deal. I would give it a full five stars if they would make the bar area a 21+ area. A lot of families go in that area so they don’t have to wait, but are offended if you periodically use sentence enhancers (cuss words) while sharing a funny story with friends. The bar area shouldn’t have to be PG rated especially when they are airing UFC fights and people are having a drink after a long day at work.

Nashville sauce was ok. The value was decent, nothing overpriced. The booths and table were clean and the atmosphere was bustling but not loud. Probably not coming back for a long time 3/5 stars or 6/10 if you prefer that rating, just barely above average.

We ordered two orders of fajitas and a full rack of ribs. The order of ribs was cooked nicely and very juicy but way over salted. The fries were fine but the corn on the cob was just salt lick. The BBQ sauce was just a vehicle for delivering vinegar and more salt. It was the worst. I'd normally give the food just 3 ⭐ but the people I was with loved their fajitas and the queso and chips were awesome as always. Our server was Jillian and she did an excellent job. She was very friendly and pretty quick with grabbing things.

My husband and I came to this Chili’s twice. The first time he ordered a burger with fries and I had grilled salmon with rice and broccoli. Although it was packed, we didn’t wait so long for our order, and everything was delicious. I’m not a fan of fries, but those were so great! On the second occasion, yesterday, I wanted to try those fries again. So, we had a triple dipper as appetizer (boneless wings, southwestern rolls and big mouth slider), and we shared the Alex’s Santa Fe burger. Staff was kind and friendly, service fast. The environment was loud, but hey, we went there for dinner on a Sunday, so we understand. The only complaint that day was that the sliders didn’t have grilled onions, as described on the menu. Their lunch combo doesn’t look expensive, so I might try it one day.

I've always liked chilli's getting pricey like every else. The food was pretty good. It was very loud though. That sat us by the bar. Between the music so loud and the 3 at the bar it was hard to hear the conversation.

Everything was great except for the prices. They have ran TV ads and internet ads talking about how their prices were lowered on several items and they had burgers for $10. What they didn't mention in any of that is that they are only $10 burgers during their lunch. On weekdays. Everything else is still the same price which is comparable to going to Olive garden. Just too costly!

They keep removing items from the menu. And even the things they're supposedly good at making are going down in quality. On the last visit, I had the full rack of ribs. There was barely any BBQ sauce on the ribs. It tasted bland and a little on the dry side. Dessert will go for over 10$ for a small slice. The service is better than average. Servers will be attentive if it's not crowded. Big if. The place only stays open due to having both a Kid's Menu and a wide selection of drinks for stressed-out parents.

Food is good, desert is the best! The staff is pleasent, service is a little harder to get. Things like refills on drinks took awhile to flag a server down.

Food was good. It's the rest of the experience that earned the rating. Hostess started by giving my husband the menu and me the one-sheet insert, and pointing out the QR code. So I read the insert, then opened the app and got the link to the menu. Not happy to be trying to view the menu on the phone. Barely started, and they're checking to see if I'm ready. Husband gave me his menu, but they're hovering, so I made a quick choice without reading the menu. My food was delicious, except for the crunchy, partially done rice. Music was something I actively disliked,and played loudly enough to deter conversation. They use the table pay machine, and it gives the option of an email receipt or NO receipt. Saw the restroom after eating, and decided that if I'd seen it first, I'd have skipped lunch.

The food and service were fine but the bar and dining area have different music playing which is insane. I shouldn't hear two songs at the same time. Not worth it

Me and my dad went to chilies and he got the chicken salad and I got the classic burger the burger was good but the salad was not it there was rotten lettuce and in our sparkling water there was rotten lime we picked it out and put it on a napkin the waiter was very nice though.

I had the worst steak I have ever been served. . I ordered their shrimp and rib eye steak, med. rare. It came well done, a crime in itself. I sent it back. The second steak was at least…

I ordered delivery or I would have sent my order back to the kitchen. The Hot chicken is drowning in Frank's hot sauce, which is now covering the other crispy chicken. Too much breading. Cold …

Ordered cheese quesadilla and it had barely any cheese not melted. Brought food out 2 minutes after serving appetizers. Only good part was the bartender/waiter. Food delivery was not his part and that part was horrible. Felt rushed.

My husband and my son went out to eat to dinner here and I have been here plenty of times. I ended up ordering the pick 3 and I got a Cesar salad for my appetizer, so I’m eating my salad and all of a sudden I see a green bug in my salad and I freak out. I am also pregnant and it was very scary. I did tell the waiter and she offered me chips and salsa to go which I respectfully declined. So we end up getting our entree and I asked for my steak medium and no bloody or pink. I cut open my steak and it’s bloody, I tell the waiter and they cook it more thinking it would be fine to eat. I usually do get a little red but being pregnant you can’t eat raw meat. I get it back and cut it open and it’s still red, at this point I am over it and I just don’t say anything. The service the waiter gave us was good, it was the food and like I said I have always been going here for years. At the end when we get the bill they only took off my salad which was ridiculous. I will not be going back to this place, which is a bummer because we have always been there.

For my daughter's 6th grade graduation we wanted to bring our family a 14 down and try out the Chili's in Chico we set two separate reservations one for 12 one for 12:15 when we showed up they gave away our table with no excuse pretty lame..

We went out for what we thought would be a nice dinner to celebrate my husbands 64th birthday. Wow, what a mistake. Our waitress was very nice but a poor waitress. She took forever for everything. My husband only received 1/2 his dinner. The other 1/2 was as promised but never delivered. We waited 15 minutes for leftover boxes and finally the bus gal got them for us. Then we waited another 15min for bill. The salads were lovely and good. The entrees took another 20 min. They tasted fine. All in all, a very disappointing evening out. My husband didn't even want to tip but I still gave 10%. We won't be going there again

Let me start with our waiter Mark was great. Now, the bad news. I ordered the Brisquet quesadilla. It was two tortillas, bbq sauce, a sprinkle of cheese and maybe 1 ounce of Brisquet. The small amount of Brisquet was on one half of the tortilla, so nothing on the rest of the tortilla. Half of the quesadilla had bbq sauce only. I do not reccomend. Service was great though.

Me and my family went to Chili’s for lunch yesterday. We were seated and while we were seated no waitress ever came to our table. There were 3 tables near us where customers had left during our time sitting there and the tables were cleaned and new parties were seated. The waitresses proceeded to continue to skip over our table and help the people after us. They were deliberately not making eye contact and the waitress turned her back towards us while taking the other customers orders to basically let us know don’t seek her for help. I made a complaint with the General Manager Deanna. She wanted to service us but at that point my family had left out because we didn’t feel comfortable and we did not want to take the chances of something he done to our food. Our experience was horrible and we’ve spent lots of money at this restaurant on many occasions for take out. We definitely were discriminated against as we were the only Black people in the restaurant it was packed with all white people. I will be reaching out to corporate today because when I asked Deanna for the 2 employees names who disregarded us and gave no contact she stated she will not give out their names because it’s confidential when that’s a lie waitress wear name tags and they introduce themselves I do know on out table kiosk it said our serve name was Alex. However, I can’t confirm whether or not that was accurate being that no one ever came to assist us. I wish I could give them a 0 but the app doesn’t allow me to however, attached are photos of the waitresses

They had no Diet Pepsi, they had no diet Dr. Pepper, they had no root beer. They said, come on down. It was, I think 9 of us got there. Like what a guy acted like. He had no clue. The service was horrible. I don't know the 9 of us. That was there we boxed our stuff up. They gave it to me. I took it home if I think had most of it gave to the dog. This is not a lie. This is not a wives tale, this is true. Roll the dice if you will, I won't be going back.
