The place is nice, the service was just okay. I mean, the staff is friendly but nothing special; they never approach you to ask if you need anything. The prices aren't too high for what they offer; it's not anything amazing or particularly delicious. My son and I each spent 500 pesos on one dish and two drinks. I wish the food, like paninis or hamburgers, came with fries, either French fries or homemade, since the side is just a salad (lettuce and tomato). The best thing is that they have board games to pass the time.

We were served very quickly; however, it took a long time to clear the table, then to bring the menu, and then to take our order. From the time we walked in until our dinner arrived, it took an hour. That said, the food was delicious. I had a great burger, and the fries with arrachera steak were excellent. It was worth the wait. The drinks were also good and had some unusual flavors. The silverware was wrapped in a napkin that was stuck on, and it was difficult to separate them.

The employees don't know the details of the menu. I ordered a sugar-free drink, they told me it was, and when I received it, it was excessively sweet. I told the waitress, and she replied, "I was told it was sugar-free," and she didn't offer me any change.

This time I left disappointed and annoyed. We went to the boneless chicken buffet on a Tuesday, but we were never served. They only brought us the first plate. The place was practically empty; there were only three tables. We called the girl, but she ignored us and was constantly on her phone. My daughter ordered a pizza, and it was just a flour tortilla with tomato and cheese—it didn't taste good. We ordered mineral lemonade, and it tasted like nothing; you couldn't even see the carbonation. When it came time to pay, I argued with the cashier because they wanted to charge me for the buffet even though I hadn't received any service. In the end, they agreed to charge me only for what I had eaten. I left very upset, since it used to be one of my favorite places.

I ordered boneless lemon pepper burgers, which were inedible, very salty, quite expensive, and didn't include fries. The "La Torita" burger was $150 and not worth it. The lemonades were bland. The only redeeming qualities were the milkshakes and crepes.

We ordered 3 milkshakes to go, two were okay, but one was awful, it tasted like ice water. We asked to exchange it and the employees, a little annoyed, reluctantly replaced it. They just added flavoring or something to the "milkshake" because it was very runny.

Hi, I want to be as positive as possible about this place. It was our first time, and it's raining cats and dogs 🥵. I ordered a strawberry milkshake, and the waitress told me they didn't have strawberry and chocolate. Okay, I understood, so I ordered a cherry one, which tasted more like mamey. Next, my husband ordered a café de olla (Mexican-style coffee). The waitress came back and told us they were out of it and only had espresso. It wasn't espresso... it was instant coffee, and we charged them for a refill of café de olla. I'll keep it simple so I don't have to explain too much. I ordered lemon pepper boneless wings, and the vegetables they put on them were ridiculous. The price said 125, but they charged me 130. They used bottled lemon juice as dressing, and the pepper was super sour and not tasty at all. I thought it was so expensive for what the place offers. The only positive thing is that at least my husband and I tried to have a good time playing around. We won't be back because of the price. We can't complain about the service, though. For a place to be enjoyable for most people, it needs more than three things to be good. Food, drinks, space, service, and price—good luck to the owners! And try reading the reviews so you realize the competition is fierce, and if you want to survive, you need to keep improving. Success!
