Like almost all branches of this local lunch chain, the seasoning is respected. What varies from location to location is the attention of the staff and the specific characteristics of the branch. In the case of my visit to the Juventud branch at midday, due to its south-facing glass walls and the lack of air conditioning, my wife and I decided to minimize our order and instead go somewhere with a natural breeze (picnic-style).

We bought the combo cuates, the potatoes were delicious but they lacked salt, in terms of flavor they are not that delicious, the meat has a peculiar flavor, it is cooked and not well seasoned, but if we talk about filling up it is perfect 👌 it is not something that I buy for the flavor, we buy it because it is close or because we are definitely looking for something filling, the sauces do not have a good flavor, it is chile de árbol with salt and water and the toreados chiles are raw

One of the major advantages of this Piolines branch is that they have a drive-in service. Delivery is quick, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the sandwiches' backs are very dry. They also lack the classic toppings found in other branches (radishes, onions, etc.).

I waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru, got out, and all four employees were on their phones on the stairs. The cashier got annoyed because I interrupted their "break"—it was 1 pm. She spoke to me very rudely, rang me up, and didn't even say thank you or good afternoon. Then they all went back to their phones. Only one girl was friendly, but the rest were awful. I'll never go back. Lazy, rude, and unfriendly. I'm never going back; I wasted a lot of time.
