The burgers and fries are truly delicious. I recommend eating there, as the fries delivered to your door just aren't the same. The Oreo frappes are amazing. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is very friendly. The best burgers in the area.

Very good food and good service, even though it took a while because they were busy. The complimentary appetizer they gave us while we waited was delicious. The only thing I didn't like was having to listen to reggaeton music. Other than that, excellent service.

The burgers are delicious. I've been buying here for a long time because I like the taste of the food. However, about a month ago, I ordered some fries, and they were so hard I couldn't even bite them. I mentioned the situation on WhatsApp, and they told me they would be free on my next order. I placed another order a short time later and reminded the person who served me about the situation. They said they wouldn't charge me for the fries, but when my order arrived, they did! It's so bad that they lie to their customers like that.

I live 2 blocks away and the wings and burgers still arrive cold. I don't know if they deliver or wait to deliver several orders in one. If you pay for delivery, the food is no longer good.

They take forever to respond, and on top of that, you pay for delivery and it takes up to 1 hour and 30 minutes to deliver a simple hamburger. I'd already forgiven them several times, but I don't recommend them.

At first everything was fine in terms of quality and service, but this is the third time they have given me cold food and incomplete portions, and the quality has dropped a lot. The worst thing is that when you let them know, they ignore you.

I'd been ordering from this place for a while, and at first the service was really good; I even recommended it. But for the past month, the service has been terrible. What's more, people I recommended it to told me it takes over an hour for the food to arrive, and when it does, everything is cold. Plus, the food doesn't have the same quality of ingredients or flavor anymore. The last time, they practically left my order lying around. So I recommend you don't pay by bank transfer; pay in cash so they'll actually deliver it.

Terrible experience. The meat was burnt, the cactus tasted awful, the steak was the worst, and at $25 per taco, they're not worth it. Tacos from 10X5 Tacos de la Esquina are much better. The wait was terrible, everything was wrong at that place. I don't wish them ill, but I hope they improve because this isn't how it works. I told them I wanted the sausage nice and crispy, not burnt. A terrible experience.
