Honestly cool location can't say enough about the upstairs seating and huge overall coffee shop. BIGGEST DOWNFALL, why were the baristas wearing masks still? Lol I found it silly I asked and they said personal safety tried not to laugh. Food was great tho got the wrap. Besides the people wearing face condoms I'd recommend this place.

Finally found my ideal study cafe! Coffee is great (so do the price!) the atmosphere and environment is good for study, no loud talking, chill vibes music. When you walk in you see people sitting with their laptops. There’re plugs charging (although some of them do not work). There’s free wifi too! Highly recommended! Vanilla bean latte is super delicious 😋

The staff here are always super friendly and welcoming; you can feel the good energy the moment you walk in. The environment is popping with great vibes, making it the perfect place to grab a seat and get some work done. I ordered the Iced Crème Brûlée Coffee, and let me tell you; it was absolute fire! The perfect pick-me-up that totally made my day. Always a pleasure visiting this location. Klatch Chino Hills never misses! 🙌☕️

I ordered my usual coffee at Klatch — the LG Iced Latte — and it had that strong, rich coffee flavor I always look forward to. While I was picking up my drink, I accidentally dropped it, but the server was incredibly kind and handled the situation so well. Both the server who took my order and the barista who made my drink were extremely friendly and provided the best service I’ve experienced in a while. Definitely the best server and barista team I’ve come across in Chino Hills! 🌟10 out of 5 🌟

I'm visiting from out of town and wanted to get a blended coffee. One of the few places I found that actually have blended coffee and it was really good. I had the mocha with whip. I Sat upstairs and checked some things out on my laptop. The atmosphere was great and the people were nice. They have outside seating too, which I thought was really nice and this is kind of a cool little coffee shop. I'd come back again

Excellent food items to choose from. The cappuccino was perfect both days I visited here. I will definitely come back the next time I'm in the area. So, since I reviewed Klatch coffee in chino hills. I have returned many times when traveling for work. Aside from the pleasant atmosphere and welcoming getting you get from the staff. Consistency in quality is what truly matters and keeps people coming back. I've attached a picture of this morning's dry cappuccino and cinnamon twist. Micah, the barista, not only presents a beautiful work of art but also a delicious cappuccino.

This is a great place to come for a coffee. Love what they did with the space, it feels more open yet there is more seating. The coffee choices are simple yet offer a good diversity for different tastes. The offer of secure wifi is a first for me, I'm pretty impressed honestly as I've been surfing open wifi all this time hoping I wouldn't catch something nasty. I love the lower volume and relaxing choice of music as too many stores blast your ears out with their overhead radio.

I frequent the Pasadena location almost daily. Came to Chino Hills on the way to my destination and was as pleased as the Pasadena shop! 5 stars and always my highest recommendation! Cappuccino Shake and Cinnamon Twists are excellent! Klatch Coffee maintains quality at every location! Great business, Coffee Bean and Starbucks look out; Klatch Coffee has your number and is real legitimate competition! Two stories, outside dinning and Free WiFi; relax, work or play, Klatch is the way! I choose Klatch, come check it out, and you will too!

My favorite coffee chain!! Highly recommend for new comers, and Klatch Veterans. This new location is beautiful! Filled with nice dine in area, Klatch Merch, and delicious goodies. During my first visit ( I've come here several times already), there were sunglasses and stickers laid out for visitors to take. What a fun touch for this new location! Swag for customers is always fun. As always, the coffee is amazing!!! My favorite is the iced Vanilla Bean latte. It was made exactly how I enjoy it here. I am a regular at the San Dimas location, and become a regular here too! I have visited the locations in Rancho and Redondo Beach as well. If you enjoy those locations, this one brings the same amazing coffee and vibes. I am so happy this location is close to the Tesla Supercharger, and other neat businesses. Get to grab my favorite coffee while my car charges.

You can tell how meticulous the effort they put into their menu as well as they source their coffee beans. I have bean blessed to have heard been going to the Rancho Cucamonga site for many years now and am glad to see I will be able to go to this store more frequently. “Carbonic Beans”, are so fruity and sweet in lattes! You’ll love the taste if you preferred fruity taste like wine in your espresso shot but, I think this is more acidic than non-carbonic… I ordered the whole beans and took a little longer to deliver because (I think) they roast this biweekly, so better check the schedule on their website first.

I truly enjoyed a cup of black coffee and the excellent service of the staff. The atmosphere is engaging for enjoying your choice of coffee and food. There was a constant flow of patrons, whose desires were met with dignity and efficiency.

I ended up going inside carrying my child, only to find the staff chatting and my order sitting on the counter. I was told they don’t bring orders to the car, which contradicts the pickup option I selected. By then, my hot coffee was cold, my iced coffee was watered down, and no replacement was offered. What makes this worse is that I even tipped on the order for a service that wasn’t provided. Very disappointing experience. ——- Update: The store manager reached out and handled the situation quickly. Appreciate the follow-up and great customer service.

Ordered a iced latte and a cold brew with chocolate syrup and got the 1 drink quick. I had to ask for my cold brew since they forgot make it and they forgot to add the chocolate syrup. Cmon heather perry this chino location needs to step it up lol. The San dimas location Is great though. And I left a tip too at this location lol
