Highly Recommended for Work Lunches & Student Meals! service Good . Recommend Beef Roll Cut into six small pieces, each one packed with tender beef, fresh scallions, and rich sauce. Every bite is full of real, hearty flavors — once you start, you just can't stop. Tomato Beef Noodle Soup: $13.99🔪 This dish isn’t spicy at all. You can actually see chunks of tomato in the broth, clearly simmered to perfection — no wonder the soup tastes amazing. The beef comes in large pieces! I have to say their beef is really well-prepared: tender but not falling apart, juicy without being dry — just the perfect texture!
I previously tried the San Gabriel location and really enjoyed it. Last time I had their Taiwanese braised beef and some dried noodles. This time I had their beef rice rice noodles and I thought the flavor was light yet flavorful. It definitely hit the spot during these chili colder evenings. I love all the variety of noodles they have here on their menu. Their seasonal Sichuan spicy wontons is a must. They are probably one of the best I've had at any restaurants. The refreshing cucumbers as an appetizer is also nice to balance all the different flavors out. Lots of parking at the plaza and it wasn't too busy around 7pm during a weeknight dinner.
Heard this was the best rice noodle spot, so I decided to stop by while running errands near Chino, and it really lived up to the hype! 🌟 Beef Rice Noodles - Not spicy, just the way I like it. The portion is huge, I couldn’t finish it on my own! The broth is flavorful and refreshing, and there’s plenty of beef. 🌟 Handmade Spicy Wontons - The filling is delicious, and the soup is perfectly spicy! If you can handle spice, don’t miss out on this one! 🌟 Pickled Chicken Feet - I was pleasantly surprised by how plump these chicken feet are. I’ve never seen them this big in stores, and the taste and texture are on point. 🌟 Beef Roll - Packed with beef, the flavor is amazing. I couldn’t finish it, so I packed it up for my kid, who enjoyed it a lot!
Noodology is tasty and serves big portions of noodles and other Chinese dishes. I enjoyed the #1 noodle which has a little numbing spice but was not too spicy. I also had the tomato broth with beef noodles. The broth had tomato chunks and was flavorful. The beef was tender. The price was very good as a whole bowl of noodles was under $15. The noodles came in a big quantity. I also enjoyed the beef rolls that were crispy on the outside. The tofu was crispy too. Parking is easy in a big parking lot.
A nice place for noodles and Chinese food. I love the potstickers. The noodle is very yummy (but also very spicy for me even after removing all the visible chili). The service here is much better than most restaurant I went in USA. The server is very friendly and attentive. I got something sweet to ease up the spice, which really made my day. Parking is plenty. I packed some to-go and the bag is very cute and reusable!
My new favorite noodle bowl I ordered the minced pork noodle medium spicy and it was the perfect bowl to have on a cold day. Little bit spicy with great flavor. The peanuts and vegetables give a lot of good texture. I ate it up and kept thinking I want another one right away. I'm getting one to go for dinner, it was that good. Prices were awesome and food came out quickly. This place is going on the rotation.
Dropped by this place cuz I was in the area. Nice chill spot. When I walked in it was hella quiet. Its located in a nice shopping center in chino. The food was consistent with smooth taste. I had the cajun noodles and the sichuan spicy wontons. The Cajun noodles were pretty good. The shrimp that were in them were nice and fresh. The sichuan spicy wontons had a sweet and sour taste to it. Interesting combination. I liked it. They have many more items on the menu go satisfy your hunger need if want something other than that. Fried rice😋. @jwardhooper22
5 stars+, great taste, generous portions, reasonable prices, and a clean and elegant interior. Highly recommended! You can choose between noodles or rice noodles, and there are so many options—each one looks so tempting to try!
Authentic FOB Mainland China Flavors have landed at @noodologyca and it’s taking me back to when I traveled all over China! The flavors don’t backdown to American taste because Noodology believes in authenticity! The Golden Soup w/ Augus Beef & Egg Noodles is packed with unexpected flavors. I have no idea that Golden Soup was going to give me a sour punch with a kick of spice that never knew I needed. Along with flavorful punchy broth, the slices of Angus Beef, bok choy and slippery noodles paired well . Come check out Noodology in Chino Hills the service is prompt and friendly. The cafe itself reminds me of an actual in China
This restaurant is truly impressive. The service is attentive, with staff taking care of every detail, making you feel very welcome. The portions are generous, perfect for those with a big appetite, and the dishes are well-balanced and thoughtfully prepared. Best of all, the prices are very reasonable, offering great value for money. The food comes out quickly too, so you don't have to wait long to enjoy your meal. Overall, it's a fantastic place that I highly recommend.
I really love this noodle dish! The portion is huge—I can’t even finish a whole bowl. The beef chunks are big, and the soup is so flavorful!
I love this rice noodle place! I’ve visited this restaurant since I was in high school and now I’ve graduated from grad school and worked for a year. The various kinds of rice noodle soups are all outstanding and flavorful. If you are not sure about what to eat at any days, you should definitely go and try this place! It’s like my dining hall in the school:)
The minced pork noodles were delicious and the popcorn chicken was crispy. The waitress was so nice and sweet. Everything was clean and organized. A chill place to enjoy my noodles.
This is a rather unique restaurant in that they feature about 10 different noodle dishes from 10 cities throughout China. Considering how every region is so different in its cuisine, I’m surprised that this restaurant has done such an admirable job. I haven’t been to all these regions (I’ve been to about half) but from what I can tell, some of the spicy dishes have been toned down to be more palatable to most Chino Hills residents.

This is a good noodle place called Noodology located in Chino Hills. I stopped at Saturday night and ordered the Cantonese style braised beef brisket, beef rolls and sliced beef & OxTrip chili sauce. The foods are Szechuan spicy style and very delicious. The service was nicely and bring out the foods very fast. I will highly recommend for who loves noodle. The parking is very convenience, it’s in a large shopping plaza.
This is a good place if you want authentic Chinese food. The beef w/ chili peppers was a flavorful explosion. The meat was super tender and the noodles were nicely cooked. There is a numbing spice to the dish. The fried tofu was one of our favorite dishes. It was perfectly fried and the sauce was good. The shrimp fried rice was also solid. There's a lot of seating inside. It is located in a large shopping plaza so parking won't be an issue.

Trying out another new store around Chino Hills/Chino. Appears to be a franchise of Noodology. Anyway if you like spicy.... this may be a place for you to try out. Be aware that the map may be off, it should be located next to the starbucks. Anyway ordered the following: For appetizer had the sliced beef & Ox tripe in chili sauce. For the main dish ordered the Chongqing braised pork intestine with rice noodle, Chengdu instant spicy steam pot, and non-spicy mushroom chicken & corn with chicken soup. To finish it off had the Szechuan crystal jelly, and brown sugar rice cake. The noodles were fine with exception that the instant such steam pot was a bit too salty.

Poor attitude. We scanned the QR code menu and didn't see sesame balls. Asked the server about it, he impatiently responded if it's not on the digital menu, then it's sold out or no longer available. Didn't bother to display sold out items anywhere in restaurant. No good.
I didn't enjoy the food. Very salty. I couldn't stomach it. Not my type of flavoring. I didn't stay long at all and when I left, they gave me an attitude for not leaving a tip. As far as I know, tip is still OPTIONAL! They kept pushing me and started to make a scene! When I wouldn't budge they told me to never come back. That suggestion was the only good thing I got from this restaurant! I was left with an even worse taste in my mouth than their food due to the horrible and rude staff there!
