We first came here when we lived in Chino Hills. Even though we moved away, we still come here. You get your food quick and everything is on par for what you come to expect from PHO. Definitely worth a try if you have not been here...

Been here a few times, service was fine, they are very Asian, sometimes hard to communicate too, but fine people, pho was fine too, would return. Open 7 days @ 10am too!

The Pho is pretty good, almost homey. Also had their grilled pork and rice which was pretty delicious as well.

It was pretty good, the Garlic Noodles was very garlicky and that's they way I like it. Didn't like the pesky flies that were quite bothersome.

The food is really good but the service is not great. The servers do not speak English well and have difficulty understanding what you are saying. They need to develop a better system in their workflow. Great Pho place in Chino, CA. It is not located in Chino Hills like the previous review

I love Pho! But this place was just ok.. wouldn't recommend it.. there are better places.. The service was quick and friendly... Egg rolls were not the best...

Ordered pho ga. The chicken was tough and overcooked but the broth was really good. Service great. I also like their bun.

Wow got the chew main and the chicken was undercooked and generally I wasted 18$ on a plate of food I didn't eat much

1. an old cashier was rude and impatient unreasonably to me when I walked in for ordering to go, total bill was about $30.00. (2). stirred fried combination noodle was black burned

My family and I have been eating here for years! A few months ago we found a bug in the lettuce with egg rolls, and we complained. After this incident, we still came frequently to support this business. However, today we ate here again and found a total of 3 bugs in our lettuce again!! I definitely won’t be coming back.

I love this pho so much ! But The second to last time I went I found hair in my food and it wasn't that gross that time because it was a tiny eyelash, so I chose to ignore it for the sake of good pho. BUT the last time I went I found at least 4 hairs !!!! And one was in my pho, TWO in my friends Pho and ANOTHER ONE in the shrimp rolls! That's so disgusting and all they did was give me ONE bowl of pho for free. they're unsanitary and I will never ever be returning it makes me sick thinking about it. Please save yourself from this place.

Ordered to go. They told me 5 to 10 minutes. 30 minutes passed by and they told me another 5-10 minutes while everyone else that is not a to go order is getting thier food. Even sit in customers that came 15 minutes after me were already getting thier food. I had to spend my lunch time waiting and not enough time to eat since i had to go back to work. There was a couple of other people waiting for to go as well and didn't look nor sound happy with the service. One a food delivery driver said he had been already waiting over 30 minutes when i got there. Which he left without the order because they kept telling him the same thing they were telling me. From my oberservations (and this is not the first time) they push to go orders to the side and prioritize sit in customers first. I dont see that as fair as we are also thier customers . They dont have an equal flow of a serving system. A bit further from my job but I'll stick to pho grand on grand ave and won't be coming here any longer. These guys can't set the right expectations to their to go customers and favor sit in customers over to go customers. So beware your order will be pushed to the side (who knows how long because they dont) if you order to go or delivery.

Instead of making a completely new order of soup with all the correct meats, they took back the old order and just added to it. Then the waiter accused me of possible eating the missing meats. Never will I eat at this place again. There are too many other Pho establishments in this area.

I ordered some soup and the cashier was having trouble with the credit card machine. I told him make sure not to double charge me. The cashier got offended and gave me a major attitude, i told him my concerns, just gave a nasty look. No apologies. Guess what i was double charged. I dont have any idea why this restaurant got an A rating when the cook and other kitchen staff were not wearing hair restraint while preparing food for the customers. I did not see them washing their hands, in between cashier and serving food. I will never go back to this place again.
