Pretty dang small place. Decor is fun and different. You walk in and there’s a server there to greet you and help you find a spot. There aren’t very many seats in this joint. Food came out pretty quick and the server made great suggestions as the menu isn’t all that big either. Just get the staples. Everything was solid - definitely one of the better ramen spots in the area.
You’re here because you want to know what to eat. Here’s the list: • Tonkotsu ramen. Creamy broth. Deep umami. Chashu pork that’s smoky and fall apart tender. This is the one they’re known for and it lives up. • Braised pork buns. Soft. Warm. Filled with pork that melts instantly. Sweet and savory with just the right bite of pickled onion. Order at least two. • Karaage fried chicken. Crazy crispy outside. Juicy thigh meat inside. Do not overthink it. Just get it. • Poke rice bowl. Light. Clean. Surprisingly flavorful. Perfect contrast to the heavier dishes. If you want the short answer: go to HiroNori, order those four things, and you’ll walk out happy. And if you want the why, here it is: I used to hate pork in ramen. Like borderline gag reflex level hate. HiroNori changed that. Their chashu pork hits different. Charred edges. Soft center. Deep flavor that actually makes sense in a bowl. For the first time ever I wanted more pork. Then the pork buns hit the table. One bite and it was over. The bun is so soft it’s barely there. The meat just dissolves. That quick zing from the pickled onion is perfect. I’d eat five of these as a full meal with zero hesitation. The karaage is stupid good. The crunch is wild. It sounds like it’s mic’d up. And it stays juicy inside. Not dry like most spots. I’ve had a lot of fried chicken. This one is near the top. Even the poke bowl surprised me. It’s not trying to be fancy. It’s just good. Avocado. Rice. Fresh tuna. Everything hits right. Nut allergy? You’re good. I have a severe nut allergy and this spot is entirely nut free. Nothing made with peanuts or tree nuts. Everything made in house. That alone makes it a go to for me. What else? Service is tight. Staff checked on us multiple times. Asked for feedback. Actually seemed to care. It’s a small place. Maybe 18 seats. So join the waitlist early. Worth it. TLDR: Where to eat in Chino? HiroNori. What to get? Tonkotsu ramen. Pork buns. Karaage chicken. Poke bowl. Is it worth the drive? Yes. Allergy safe? One hundred percent.
Loved it here. So excited there is finally one closer to us. Normally we go to the location in Orange. The food was amazing and the atmosphere is nice. Cannot wait to come again. Also the infused water was delicious 🤩
We stumbled on this place when we were headed to another place for dinner, and we decided to dine in after a customer waiting for takeout raved of how good it was, and he was spot on. It was one of the best ramen I've had, and the sides were excellent. The crispy rice with spicy tuna was amazing. I'd go back just for that. We also tried the pork Buns and they were yummy. I tried the tonkatsu ramen and it was delicious creamy broth and the pork was perfectly cooked and the egg was perfection. My husband tried the chicken bowl and he loved it too. The place is small but felt cozy and beautifully designed. Highly recommend.
I highly recommend coming here. They are so friendly and clean. Drinks and food are incredible. They are very flavorful and taste homemade. They have other locations, and all have been a great experience.
I like this place.. ramen was tasty and the spicy tuna crispy rice was delicious. I do like the fact you can add a mini rice bowl to your ramen.

First time having Ramen. Absolutely amazing. Service was top notch. Definitely going back.
Has mandatory optional service fee which is a bit sus but then again restaurant business these days are struggling. Had tonkatsu and was delicious . Had cold boodle also but can't say the same about that . Very satisfying on a cold rainy day .
I just tried this place for the 1st time with my daughter and it was delicious. They had this Pina Colada drink that I loved!! I had the salmon bowl and it was delicious as well as the crispy chicken!! We will definitely be back again
Hiro Nori, a delicious surprise nestled in off of Grand avenue in Chino. From the appetizers, to the main courses, each had their own delicious flavor profile that will have us coming back. And the drinks! Amazing!
Loved it here, I ordered the chicken rice bowl and it came perfectly cooked and tasted amazing. Honestly a good place, will be back again soon .
I recently visited this place and everything was absolutely delicious. I ordered the tonkotsu ramen, karage chicken, and the cucumber mint yuzunade, and I was blown away. The tonkotsu ramen was very good. The broth was rich, creamy, and full of deep flavor. The noodles were perfectly cooked, the pork was tender, and the egg was cooked just right. Every bite was comforting and satisfying. The Karage chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, full of flavor. One of the best I have had. The cucumber mint yuzunade was refreshing and light, with a perfect balance of citrus and mint, which made the whole meal even better. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the service was friendly and attentive. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I will definitely be coming back and recommending HiroNori to everyone.

Yummy little Ramen spot! The food was really tasty! The best was the crispy rice spicy tuna! I could have eaten 10 of them! Its a cute tiny spot, most of the seating doesn't have a back rest. The service was just alright, could be better. They do charge a 17 percent service fee, which in place of a tip. I honestly prefer it, no need to figure out a tip!
Good food, nice restaurant. I dont understand why this place charges their customers a 17.4% service charge. I will never ever come back to this place.
Update: the shop started adding service change 15%. I asked them to remove it. This is my second time here at Chino location. The Noodle texture is still not consistent yet.

I was conflicted between 2 or 3 stars but decided the food was edible so it should be a 3 star. Call me a ramen snob but I LOVE ramen. Will never have better ramen than I’ve had in Japan. My little sister brought me here(she’s vegetarian) maybe that was the first mistake. The place has a trendy vibe to it, very small seating area. The waitress was very nice but unfortunately overwhelmed with having to take care of the whole front area by herself. We waited 20min into our meal for beers that were ordered. Received one then received the next one 20min after that. We waited like 7 min to get some chili because she was so busy taking orders and brining plates out to the front. At that point I wish she would’ve just told me where the chili was and I could get it myself. Tonkatsu ramen was eh 2/5. Felt there was no flavor to the broth that’s why I was waiting for some chili. Noodles were eh nothing memorable about them. Pork chashu meat was good 3/5. Overall edible but nothing that would make me want to come back for more. Crispy chicken was exactly that crispy overly fried chicken. 1/5 There’s better less expensive ramen out there, this place just wasn’t it. Unless you’re vegan then maybe.
I recently ordered the spicy dipping noodle to go, a dish I often enjoy from HiroNori's Monterey Park and Irvine locations. The ramen noodles and toppings were up to their usual standards. However, I noticed that the dipping sauce was quite salty, and the chili oil tasted a bit aged. Additionally, there seemed to be a lack of ponzu flavor in both my dish and my sister's chashu bowl, which is usually a highlight. My family member, who ordered the tonkotsu ramen, also found the soup to be overly salty. I would kindly suggest considering some adjustments to enhance the overall food experience.

Tonkatsu ramen was very rich, i got the thin noodles. The karaage was sooooo liiiiight, soo goood. It was crispy and juicy, and fresh. 100/10. Good amount portion too. We got fried rice with spicy tuna, i thought it was just oily. Wait time for a table on a saturday at 3:30pm, 1hr Wait time for the shoyu ramen, 1 more hour, only to be told the order wasnt placed 😑

The ramen was good, but the floor was noticeably dirty and sticky. They automatically added an 18% tip unless you asked to have it removed. We were a party of two — that’s not cool, and it might not even be legal.

I was really excited to eat here with my daughter after seeing all the great things on Instagram, but our experience was honestly pretty disappointing. We ordered two shoyu ramens. Mine came out first, and they told us my daughter’s would be right behind it. After about 15 minutes of waiting, I finally tried mine — and the noodles were raw. Nobody checked on us at all, and my water had been empty for a while. After roughly 30 minutes, a waiter finally brought my daughter’s ramen. I told her that my noodles were raw, and she mentioned they were having issues with the boiler. I also asked for a water refill. They took my bowl back and eventually brought a new one and refilled my drink. Overall, it just wasn’t a good experience — the food or the service.
Didn’t get a chance to try the ramen but was told our party of six was blocking the aisle way so they sent us outside in The rain. Sorry but you definitely need a bigger location or asked us to wait in our vehicles but the way they said “I know it’s raining but you can’t be in here”… it’s cool so we took our business to Yoshi’s across the street. Won’t be going back
