The staff are courteous and friendly, and the subs from there are delicious! I feel like they really care about customers, because the food tastes like they put love into them. My spouse and I love this location out of all the Jersey Mike's! 😁

Amazing staff so kind, welcoming, and happy! I mentioned I was pregnant and asked to heat up the cold cuts, and they were super accommodating and sweet about it. My sandwich was delicious and made with care. Can’t recommend it enough truly a top-tier atmosphere and seriously the best staff!

We ordered the BLT heros and also the Italian Heros. Food and service is always great and spot on!! We have been coming here for years!!

The food is fresh. The place is a bit underwhelming. The staff side-eyed me when I asked for some salt so.. idk.. Uploaded a nice pic to match the energy.

Believe it was the 20th of September talked to the store owner super nice guy and has been trying to correct issues at the store and offered to correct the issue so changing the star rating based on the conversation and his willingness to listen and correct the issue. I dont delete original posts but I will always give 2nd chances and add to a post when contacted by the owner or manager of a business as I get its hard to control others actions only thing you can donis release them.from employment and hire better people. sep 18th 2020 I ordered a number 17 from this location my order was wrong had pepper and everything else on it when order clearly shows is was not to be on it. Called the store at 6:41pm asked to speak to the manager and was told he was not in by a young lady asked if the store was a franchise she put me on hold a guy answered the phone and would not give his but wonted to know mine very rude and short with me not sure why he wont to know my name first as a club member for years.

Jersey Mike's is great and the food always delivers. The one thing is that there always seems to be some kind of error with the sandwich, a missed item or mixed up substitution. But the food and the service is still great

Waited for about 15 mins and this was how my husband’s sandwich was made. For a sub that costs around $18 this looked like trash. I gave 2 stars because my sub which did not require the grill came out decent.

The food is always good but this Hartsdale store is atrocious. Rude cashier. 40 min for a mobile order is insane. Plus the place smells so bad for some reason. I don’t know why I even go. Cancro get your stuff together and fix this location, bad for your name.
