I wouldn't have imagined describing a Subway as lovely, but this location is so welcoming and nice to go to. I've come here for lunch a handful of times throughout the year and the staff are always friendly, polite, and upbeat. The sandwiches are delicious and the extra cookie brings a smile to my face every time. The place is clean and fresh. The lot is small but I never have trouble finding a place to park. I love this spot!

A great new sandwich! Are you ready? It is a tunafish hero on parmesan crusted bread with a touch of bacon, lettuce, tomato, onions and cucumber and make sure you put a little provolone cheese on it! It's spectacular. I'm giving them 5 stars because their place is very clean and the help is always very kind and considerate. I've been coming to them for about 20 years. They always have a good variety of bread to choose from and they make it consistent sandwich. At times you could sit at this tiny bar with a stool and enjoy a sandwich. The town of Greenburg should allow them to have several tables so that people can sit down and eat, especially for older people. I love the cookies for dessert and the raspberry iced tea that they have. If it's a quick meal you're looking for this is a good place. By the way, the breakfast sandwiches are pretty good too.
I’m a delivery guy. Piking stuff from DD. I don’t know about food quality. But two guys who work there always nice with me. Orders always ready for pick up, drinks always fixed in the cart box. Pick up counter always clean. Sometimes I’m using a restroom (I’m sorry): it’s always clean. I think, guys taking care of the place. Maybe sometimes they are looking tired. But they are hard workers. Please be patient with your orders. Thank you.

I absolutely love this subway location. The staff is really nice and accommodating. The food is great. I have a very sensitive stomach and I can enjoy a foot-long turkey sandwich with the artisan Italian bread pickles and provolone. It’s delicious. I also enjoy their salad, bowls, and, in one instance, I had DoorDash and they forgot one of the bowls and on the next order Subway remembered and they sent me a complimentary salad bowl which was really nice of them. A nice local establishment. I definitely recommend it. And if you order from DoorDash or GrubHub it’s super quick. Prices are really reasonable as well

Subway distributes coupons, but they do not honor them at this location. Staff are unfriendly, but they do a good job keeping the store clean.
I received coupons in the mail for Subway. My local subway doesn’t accept their own coupons which makes no sense. I called around and finally found this location that does take Subway coupons. Rounded up the kids and drove over. I showed the employee the coupons I’d be using and began ordering, half way through the order he tells me you can only get these specific sandwiches and points to a laminated sign with a few basic sandwiches which no one would even want. I told him you already made them he then says it’s ok “but next time”. Subway prints and mails out thousands of these coupons and literally none of the Subways will accept them and when you finally do find one that does it’s like this and then they have an attitude because you’re using a coupon. Very strange behavior obviously I will not be returning to this location

I am a loyal Subway's customer and wanted to finally use some of the Subway's points I have been accumulating (I have well over a thousand - so I have Subway's often) I will eat at this particular Subway's here if I am working in the neighborhood and I am feeling like Subways's as my destination for lunch. When I asked if he would honor my points the person who gave me the impression he was the owner of this particular store gave me some attitude and a story asking me if I have ever even been to his store. Of course (see above). He then said that only people who have been to his store at least 10 times qualified for a free sandwich (which is bull because he bought a Subway's franchise and he should be honoring the franchise promotions). Ultimately, and reluctantly he agreed to make my sandwich. I was with a colleague who has contributed to my point total in the past that I would use my points to pay for his lunch also. When it was time to pay, the owner said that I could only use my points for one sandwich at a time so my friend had to purchase his own sandwich. Also, he did not use my points for my drink either which my friend inadvertently paid for me. I need to read the Subway's fine print but did not care for how he treated me as a loyal Subway's customer. Also - there are only about 4 chairs lined up opposite the counter and under a 10" deep x 5' long shelf to eat on. There are no tables. This shelf was disgusting and sticky. To be fair, the sandwich was what you would expect from a Subway's except he did not heap on the toppings as some Subway's might - maybe because he knew I was using my points.

I went to this store a couple of months ago. I ordered a meatball sub with cheese asked him to put some onions on it and he smirks and gave me a rude response as if no one puts onions on a meatball sub. That's none of his business. We're paying money and I think this guy should put whatever toppings the customers wants. Isn't that his job?
Went to dine in order a combo meal and got a few refills omg did the person working there had something to say about it your only allowed 2 refills he made sure to tell you to stop getting refills never have I heard of limited refills at a subway...won't be going back to this store...
Went in to get a 6 inch sub. Guy was in the back somewhere and came out after a few seconds of waiting. Asked what i wanted, told him chicken teriyaki. He looked very uninterested making my sub so i didnt pay attention to him making it. It wasnt until i got home that i realized he had given me a veggie delight with no chicken at all, even though he charged me for a chicken teriyaki. First and last time i will visit this location.
They refused to honor a discount code even though the website says they're a participating location. They manually canceled it before I arrived. Their only explanation is "We don't do free stuff here." They said I can either pay full price for the order or not get anything. Pretty cruel and heartless.

Rude rude rude, my co-work and I was trying to get the 2 foot long $12.99 deal which can only be done online or through the app but as we add to te cart and try to check out the deal will not apply because it's saying items we added did not make it qualify, so we went in store and I asked one the worker what cant we add to our sub because it's not giving us the deal his response was we have no deal here ,nothing free here even though on the Subway website saying they are a participating store . I explained to him I want nothing free but go on saying no deal here and nothing free. So we left the store and went to Burger King. 1/10/25 1:09pm
Do NOT come here, drive to a farther Subway unless you want to be publicly yelled at for ordering a standard menu item - HORRIBLE rudeness from the man working (3/24/2025, 8:30pm, he seems to be the usual person there). Read some of the other negative reviews - actually humiliating experience caused by the man working there who began publicly screaming at me/shaming me because he made the wrong sandwich (i.e., diff meats, cheese, etc.), which I did not order (it appears he does not speak English, but the issue lies with his immediate/erratic aggression). I will actually be reporting him, never returning, and escalating this to corporate however far I need to.
Avoid this location - very rude/scary. Employee is aggressive, yells at customers, said that I did not know what I was talking about regarding a menu item, and made me feel attacked in the store. I live locally, but in the future I will drive out of my way to avoid giving business to this store. If this man is still working there after all of these negative reviews, then I trust he is the owner/franchisee, and nothing will be done - safer to go to a different location.
