The workers, I feel like they're being racist, it's so sad. They threw away my coffee while I was in the bathroom for 2-3 minutes. It was ridiculous.

I placed a mobile order for drive through and unfortunately did not notice until I drove away. Did not receive one of my items, recieved someone else’s coffee (poorly made anyway), and the one coffee that was right tasted absolutely disgusting. Starbucks customer service chat is a joke. Had to call and wait 20min to speak to someone to correct this. I’ve never had an issue with Starbucks but this one is a joke

Definitely stay away from this place. They don't care about the customers inside. They only work the Drive Thru and get angry when you ask where my coffee is. It's like I'm the one who couldn't make an Americano for 20 minutes...

This location makes me understand why starbucks are going out of business. Seems to be a high turnover of employees and/or they are extremely overwhelmed. The second to last visit here I had my iced mocha missing whipped cream and tasted like mud water. Then the most recent time, I came here they gave me a hot mocha when i asked for iced via drive thru. Which makes for uncomfortable encounters with staff, for simply wanting the right order. Steer clear of this location

I don’t know what happened to this place. Moved out of the area a few years ago and stopped by for a nostalgic cup of coffee, and that is where the Starbucks that once was, no longer existed. Came in with my son, and we were looking at all the snacks they had which took some time since he’s a toddler. The barista waited for me to order, and I told them I’d need a few minutes. When I was ready I went up but they seemed to want to return the favor of making me wait to now order. Ordered an iced coffee, no milk or sugar. Waited and waited and waited. People came in after me and they started getting drinks before me. My drink was sitting there for over 5 minutes near the drive thru window. Finally I asked what was going on and they grabbed the drink and gave it to me. There were so many people working there, so many….but the assembly line indicates that if it’s not “their” job in the line, they are not willing to jump in and help. If the Manager was present, they simply did not care. People are weird man. Longest cup of coffee I ever waited for.

Ignored at the drive thru, had to wait after getting the barista's attention. Ordered and waited 20+ minutes for 2 drinks 2 food items with 1 car in front us. The car in front wasn't served or talked to during that wait.

Ready to go for them, thats mean ITS NOT READY FOR CUSTOMER!! I was waiting for my drink for like 20 mins after the app noticed me its “ready to go” But when I asked for my drink, staffs said” It doesnt mean your drink is ready, we just printed out the sticker for your drink” And all staffs just dont freaking care at all. Just stand there for nothing This is ridiculous! So basically has been waiting for 30 mins with no drink and already paid through the app. Horrible experience ever!!!!

This place is one of the worst starbucks i have ever visited. Lets start off with their cc chip machine not working and the drive thru person not elaborating that i can still use my app to pay. Then when i come in, to be ignored stared at by the rude barista Davia. Not only did she make my drink in a tall cup when i ordered grande but chucked so much ice in my cup, even though i asked for light ice. This woman did not speak to me at all but grabbed my drink when i placed it down and had an attitude due to her incorrectly making my drink. Starbucks do better, your employees at this location need training and should learn basic service skills. If not dont work in a customer facing role. Look at all that extra room she left and how much ice….. unbelievable….

Please train your staff on how to handle dairy allergies. I asked to order the pumpkin spice chai dairy free w oat milk, due to an allergy. They did use oat milk but put the cream on top anyway, and I later found out that the pumpkin spice syrup itself contains dairy! I called to let the staff know and they were pretty dismissive, and said “I don’t know whether the syrup has dairy to be honest, but I know the cream does for sure.” Not helpful to find this out once I wait in the drive thru line for 15 minutes and then get home. Your signage says to let staff know about allergies - once someone does, there should be a better way of handling (let someone know if the drink they are ordering literally cannot be made without dairy, note allergy on the drink ticket so the people making the drink pay special attention). At the very least when someone calls to let you know, offer them a free drink for the trouble.
