I had an amazing experience at Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse! The service was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Cruz and Angel were especially amazing they provided such great service and really made the experience memorable. They were professional, welcoming, and always made sure we had everything we needed. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

This is a decent place for party, get together and small team entertainment. It has become a go to place for our company Team to reward good quarterly performance to individuals for our 21 club refreshment. Customer service is impeccable at this buffet. Went to Fogo de Chão and had a great experience. Service was amazing, especially our waiter Azul, who was super attentive and genuinely kind the whole night. The picanha and garlic steak were my favorites. Perfectly seasoned, juicy, and kept coming at just the right pace. The filet mignon was insanely tender, literally melting in my mouth. Finished with the tres leches cake, which was light, moist, and the perfect ending. Overall, way better than expected. Great food, outstanding service, and definitely a place I’d come back to.

The food was amazing. I went with a large group including children under 6 that ate for free. I enjoyed the buffet option of sides, the assortment was perfect. For non read meat eaters you are able to order a meal from thier extensive menu. The seabass was delicious. I will be heading back soon for the seafood tower. The price was just right. This is a great place for date night ,birthday party, and the rent out for large scale events.

Beautiful restaurant in what was likely a bank built in the early 20th century. Soaring ceilings beautiful architecture lovely bar. This is an expensive restaurant but you will not leave hungry. There is a salad bar so you can eat something before your meal arrives. But I would not fill up on the salad bar though there is a wide selection of much more than salad. We ordered a selection of meats and chicken and servers came by the table throughout the meal with different offerings. Sirloin filet mignon barbecue chicken wrapped in bacon pork bellies sausage etc. they have an excellent cocktail menu. It’s a little hard to hear conversations because the ceilings are so high and it makes the restaurant a little noisy. Very comfortable seating. Overall excellent dining experience. This is a beautiful place to dine. Valet parking makes it a pleasant experience. Dress is casual for most everyone.

The meats were seasoned and cooked to my liking, the drinks were delicious, and the desserts made me want to go for thirds. To top off the experience here, I had a sever, Sofia, who was super attentive and helped with all my requests. Fast and responsive. Could not have asked for a better experience. I had a great time at Fogo de Chão. The décor is beautiful, and they have a seating area for those who want to relax, work on their laptops, and enjoy the atmosphere. I visited the Manhattan location for a business event and had dinner there. They offer an all-you-can-eat salad bar with a wide variety of foods and fruits. Although we were there for lunch, we had to try the Churrasco. The caipirinha was decent, but overall, the food and drinks were delicious. The service was fantastic, too! I found it more affordable than Churrascaria Plataforma, although I think Churrascaria Plataforma is slightly better, but also more expensive. For a more intimate dinner, my favorite spot is Via Brazil. It’s a family-owned business, and all the servers are fluent in Brazilian Portuguese, so I can practice my language skills. They serve a perfect caipirinha, similarto that of Churrascaria Plataforma. Our total bill, including a 20% tip, was a little over $370 for four adults.

The location is convenient and the food is exquisite. Great value overall. Very nice furnishings and friendly staff. Clean bathrooms. The one major downside, however, is the restaurant's acoustics. All you hear is a low roar at all times, making it impossible to understand what the waiters are saying. Initially I thought that it was just my deafness due to age, but my young son experienced the same. Exposed marble surfaces may need to be felted or something to make the acoustics bearable.

The only reason the food got three stars was for the desert. The Meat and the presentation was pretty but the meat didn't taste very good at all! Not the steak not the pork not the chicken none of it! The free cheesy bread was good though. I actually asked for more because it was better than the food but they forgot. That's just facts. Don't believe me try it for yourself! The atmosphere was nice and it was a beautiful interior though. If I had to rate the desert and the rest of the food separate. I give the desert four stars and the rest two. There was four of us and the price came out to about $500. Luckily it was my father in laws treat. Because the food was bad enough that I might have done a dine n dash! Lol just kidding.

Service is great, and atmosphere is wonderful. I do feel it is unnecessarily expensive. This was my second time at this restaurant. To walk in and JUST get the salad bar, which isn’t great is $40. I ordered the salmon($48). For the portion and the lackluster taste, I felt this was over priced. This price comes with the salad bar and the sides they provided to the table to share (garlic mash potatoes, Maduros or sweet plantain and I think it was yuca fries). I paired the salmon with a side of lobster Mac and cheese ($18) which was decent and while there lobster mixed in, they do give you a piece of lobster on top. I did the Churrasco experience my first time going, and I wasn’t a fan of the meat. I felt the cuts were fatty and a little dry so I went with entrées this time. I don’t think the price matches the quality of taste and portion. I prefer Texas de Brazil for the price. No disrespect to the staff they were all very friendly and attentive.

Very disappointing experience. The food was bad, old, and not fresh at all. The meat was dry and had no flavor, and the buffet items looked like they had been sitting out too long. I went to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and for the amount of money we paid, it was absolutely not worth it. The prices were much higher than what is shown online, and the menu was different from what we expected. This place is way too expensive for the quality of food they serve. I would not come back and do not recommend it for a special occasion.

Had the worst service today at Fogo de Chão on Valentine’s Day. Our server was Val and he had to be the worst server we ever had. I had to complain to a different server that he went missing for 20 minutes. The guy I complained to (didn’t get his name) put in a dessert order for us to take home and went I got home I found a woman’s hair in my cheesecake. Retaliation for complaining about the crappy service! They gave me the wrong bill also trying to charge us $50 more for three alcoholic drinks we didn’t order. Never will go back and I warn you not to go also unless you want your food tampered with.

I usually have a great time at Fogo de Chão, but this place was a massive disappointment. We visited in the late afternoon when there were only a few tables occupied, yet the service was incredibly slow and uncoordinated. Three main issues ruined our experience: •We ordered a drink that simply never arrived. I could see the bartender had nothing on their hands and there were no drinks waiting at the pick-up station. When I finally asked our waiter, he blamed a "printer issue" at the bar. If a drink doesn't show up for a long time, the waiter should proactively check on the order rather than waiting for the guest to complain. • We opted for the "Full Experience," which is usually fast and seamless at other Fogo locations. Here, we waited over 20 minutes for the meat service to even begin after we had finished our salads. For a steakhouse of this caliber, that gap is way too long—especially when the restaurant isn't even busy. • We had to ask for the grilled cheese FOUR times. We requested it three separate times during the meal and it never showed up. It wasn't until the fourth time, right as we were closing our check, that it finally arrived. Overall, the service was non-existent. We’ve had great experiences at other Fogo de Chão branches, but the management at this location really needs to look into their staff's attentiveness and timing. I won’t be returning to this one.

Made a reservation for 13 people a week prior to the event for a birthday celebration. The entire party arrived for the reservation and didn’t get seated for 30 minutes. Once seated another 20-30 minutes passed before anyone came to serve us. Apparently no one was assigned to serve the party of 13. Not only was the price expensive, the service didn’t reflect the price. Anthony was great in taking the initiative to get us served. Not only was it not his job, he did a great job making the experience more pleasant. Overall the food was ok, not worth the price though. The indulgent experience wasn’t very indulging. Over all very disappointed with the experience.

We went for my husband’s birthday and brought the whole family for Sunday lunch. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst Brazilian BBQ experience we’ve ever had. All the meats were burnt and dry, tasting like leftovers from the previous day. The buffet was also missing most of the traditional items of a churrascaria and very uninspired options. It was very disappointing, especially for a special occasion. The only redeeming part of the meal was the brigadeiro chocolate cake, which was delicious. Definitely not coming back.
