This is the best ham I ever had!! Totally worth the drive. The ham was so fresh and juicy. The staff was friendly however, there wasn’t any seating and had no choice but to my car. But other than that I will return.
👍2020 recommended👍 A little history I learned as of the day I visited there are only 3 locations in NYS, Albany, Long Island and this Hartsdale location. Plenty of parking, outdoor seating, a decent amount of seating indoors too. Nice menu simple straight forward. I chose the soup/sandwich meal and it was 👍👍👍. I had Classic ham sandwich (I added the pesto, trust add it) with the ham and bean soup. Every bite was tasty at a good price.
Great spot to eat. Many options in meals and very affordable. Bbq smoked stacker was great. Mac and cheese and the bean soup was amazing homemade.

This place was so good and the staff was so nice! visited with my cousins, aunt and uncle from out of town. The service and food were amazing!
My customer service experience was amazing. Long story short, I had car trouble, and Rosa went above and beyond to get my order to me (after hours) during the holiday season. Thank you for the wonderful service.
OMG!! I ate the ham-bean soup & it’s delicious!! The perfect balance of Salty, savory, any hammy-goodness in a bowl!
You can never go wrong with a Honey Baked Ham. It’s a crowd pleaser for guests and takes a to do off the chefs list. A go to favorite for the main course of any holiday or celebration. The staff here are kind, friendly and accommodating.
The food never disappoints; the franchise owner (and staff) are incredible assets to Honey Baked Ham...they are welcoming, patient, knowledgeable professionals. This site is primarily a take-out and catering operation with an adequate parking area.
This place was awesome. The customer service was amazing. My husband and I went to visit after a long day at work. After seeing videos about it on YouTube we decided to stop by. The food was nice and fresh and made to order. I purchase a sandwich a Mac and cheese which was perfection. My husband ordered a pulled pork sandwich and a coffee rum cake. His food was good as well. I will be going back to get a family meal soon. The place was nice and clean including the bathroom. Thank you to the owner of the establishment she was so nice and so kind. This restaurant is black owned and in a nice neighborhood with parking. Check it out if you are in the area.
I live in MO and I called in an order to send some food to my brother who lives in the Bronx. Great communication, unbelievable service. 5/5!!
I had a great experience here. The staff was very warm, kind and respectful. I had the smoke turkey classic meal sandwich extremely yummy. Nice warm with a slight sweetness sauce not too overbearing just to add a nice touch to it. Fresh tomatoes and lettuce if I could I would give this place a 10 out of 10.
While we haven’t eaten yet (early pick up for Easter dinner). Rosa was very friendly and informative as this was my first time ordering items other than ham.
Rosa was super delightful, helpful and had so much patience. I had the pulled pork Cuban sliders and they were so good. I should have stayed and ate them. I recommend fresh and hot served 😋

Real rating is 4.25. Google should increase their star count or give us fractions. It's not the best I've ever had but it 100% surprised me. Being honest, my expectations were set low. Didn't know what Honey Baked Ham Co. was before going in. Was hoping for a Boston Market type vibe, it wasn't hence my low expectations. Got 2 of the smallest family meals (1 meat, 1 side, 4 rolls each). Chose 1 portion turkey, 1 portion ham, stuffing, smashed potatoes, and 8 rolls. Had to cook the sides in the oven at 375 for 55 mins. Meat gets eaten at room temperature, so take it out of fridge 2 hours before the meal. Meat had a great flavor and wasn't dry. The stuffing was moist and crunchy at the same time. Had visible celery and rosemary in it making it herby and peppery. Smashed potatoes contained cheddar, bacon, and chives. Only complaint there was that the chives on top turned into ash. To end, I bought the rum cake sampler for dessert. Contains 4 different flavors. I didn't try them yet but I expect them to be good. Will update this post once tasted. All and all, try this spot. It's something different and surprising especially when you don't want to cook.

We were the only ones in the store and the one associate was trying very hard to sell us on a $100+ meal package making me feel kind of awkward for only wanting a lunch lol. There were no prices on anything and I guess it's my fault for not asking, because a small sandwich, a spoonful of mac & cheese, and a can of soda ran me $16 and eventually made me sick I think bcs of how sugary the ham was. The one associate gave us a sample which was nice, but they were just trying to sell us a huge meal like I said. They got very clearly less enthusiastic when we said we only wanted lunch 🫠
Very good food. Weird the register wasn't working when I paid the total in cash with a $50 bill I was manually given cash back but the register was fine with the customer who refered me that day. Also stated the system was a brand new system but was able to put in my order easily before. The lady was nice but left the register open when I paid to take care of my order while walking around with a $50 bill in her hand. Lucky the place wasn't busy. I say alittle more training would help.
Rosa is an excellent host and this franchise location is impeccably clean. Parking is satisfactory and handicapped parking is good. Note: that this place did survive Covid, which is much to say being it was only open one year prior to Covid being announced. I believe that fact that they cater their items for people to take home has been their strong point in keeping this business open. However, labeling this place as an eat in place, is not accurate. There are a few menu choices to order from and the prices are pretty steep for what is on the menu. I surveyed their catering freezers, yes they have freezers full of take home meals; however these items are not on the regular menu for you to taste. Example, if you are going to purchase a family size mac & cheese to take home, you might want to taste it in the restaurant to make sure you want to commit to the high price you're going to pay. This option is not available. That is why I am giving this particular franchise location three stars. 02/25/2022
I was here once and because they were busy with holiday items they would not make me a fresh sandwich. I had to turn to the refrigerator and choose from premade selection. I think they termed it Box and go. So I left. I don't know if I'll ever return. They do have a nice selection of food. They do have some nice desserts. I'm sure it's easy if you enjoy ham. Maybe one day I'll go back and theyll make me a fresh sandwich. They should open up for breakfast and have ham and eggs in the morning with Orange juice and coffee and they'd make more money. But these people don't think out of the Box. When you walk in and you're the only person that asked for a fresh sandwich and they turn you down, you know there's something wrong with that picture.

Nowhere on the signage in store or on the website when ordering does it warn you that American Express is not accepted. This is 2025, if you choose to not accept all forms of credit you should make it explicitly clear to guests before they place an order.
