Traditional Pulqueria ‘across the tracks’ in Cholula. Located in a residential neighborhood a few blocks from the Great Pyramid complex + touristy area of Cholula. The pulque is ladled in front of you, with fresh fruits power-blended in the attached residence. The pulque is delicious, not too viscous and well worth the effort to walk a few blocks off the beaten path. Basically you’re in the front room of the family’s home and you feel like it - Welcomed into someone’s home.
