I ordered the SourDough Double Star. Very good. Fries were ok. The employee only gave me only one napkin. I needed at least 5 because of the burger. The Coke I ordered was flat with no carbonation and tons of ice, barely any soda. It tasted like Root Beer. That is usually a sign the soda fountain machines aren't maintained. Make sure the customer has plenty of napkins..

I was disappointed they didn't have any fish tacos due to lack of food availability. I then had a crispy beef taco. It was actually fairly good. Service, at the drive thru was super. Very friendly young lady that made it easier to accept the lack of being able to get the fish tacos. Not a bad stop.

Usual Carl's Jr food made well, friendly employees, good customer service. Access to and from the freeway is good, the parking lot is set for RVs, so getting back on the road is very easy.

Don't use the app here; they don't want to redeem anything on it. I purchased a burger and tried to use the rewards and when I tried to redeem it, they said I had to buy something AS I WAS BUYING SOMETHING. ruined my breakfast plans, I don't feel like spending 40 bucks on two mediocre meals.

$12 for a burrito and $5 for a soda. Last visit forever to Karl’s jr.

I drove thru on the way home late cause it was convenient. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito with sour cream and extra sauce. He said we are out of red sauce is that ok? I said we'll I wanted extra sauce so do u have another sauce. He said yes green but that will cost u a little over two dollars. I said can u please just add the green sauce since u are completely out of red? He said no I have to charge u He said there's pico de Gallo. But to me that's not anywhere near the same. So I said I'll take the green. It was over 13 bucks for that and a SMALL drink. I was very bummed but then I had to wait for 12 min for my 1 BURRITO??? Cars behind me were turning off there cars. It was what seemed like an eternity!!! Its Fast food so you dont have to spend the time dining somewhere..correct?? I understand things happen sometimes but this was BAD BUSINESS. I also asked for extra taco sauce so I could at least get my extra sauce. I looked in the bag and there was 1 packet???? I mean think about that? It just dosent seem right!! I'm sorry but EVERYONE knows Carls Jrs is thee most expensive drive thru and it would be nice if they could bend the rules in that type of situation to satisfy a customer!! It dosent seem like that much to ask. I'm disappointed! Won't give them my business anytime soon IF EVER again. Very irritated...very disappointed! Sorry

This Carl's Jr makes me hate all Carl's Jr's. I mean we all get it Carls jr is expensive. But if you're getting paid $20+ an hour to do a job that literally takes no skill. All you have to do is interact with people well. You think you would do that. The guy that works late night as a cashier has no problem solving ability and isn't a very good people person. At times he can be rude. His customer service in my opinion is not worth $20+ an hour. this employee should realize that the customers pay his salary and should try to be more respectful. Don't be rude at the most expensive fast food place that's a quick way to lose customers and your job.

So I keep getting the run around for the app. For some reason I keep downloading and deleting and redownload. Then reach out to tech support and they say they don't know download again. Trying to use a coupon for 2 double western bacon cheeseburgers for 2 weeks. And they don't even have enough customer service to just apply the coupon manually. It's super inconvenient and they should really look into getting this fixed. Especially when their food is so expensive. Why have the offers on the app if they're not going to work. And they don't even try another register.

I ordered the 9-Piece Chicken Star combo meal with a diet Dr Pepper and waffle fries, but my order was completely wrong. First, I received regular soda instead of diet, which I specifically ordered due to health reasons. I even double-checked at the window to confirm it was diet soda, but it wasn’t. I couldn’t even drink it. Second, I didn’t get the waffle fries I ordered. Instead, I was given regular fries, which were mushy and unappetizing. To top it off, I also ordered a cheeseburger with bacon, but the bacon was missing. I essentially paid $23 for items I didn’t order or couldn’t consume. Unfortunately, I was just passing through and didn’t notice all the issues until I was eating in my car, so I couldn’t return the food. This experience was very frustrating and disappointing. Attention to detail and quality control need significant improvement.

The price is absolutely insane. One large meal and a kids meal $28. The large meal was $18!!!!! For a chicken burger!? The quality of the food is not worth the price. Only went because McDonald's was closed and won't be going back! Carls Jr read what i wrote. Thats my feedback.
