The service here was phenomenal, friendly staff and great attitudes. The food is always incredibly delicious and doesn't leave me feeling like death and full of chemicals, like most of the cheaper chains with their mystery foods. If you don't like the food don't go there, enjoy your mystery meats. :)
There food is great. The hamburger used is organic and the chicken is too. I wish more places were like this place. The prices are a little high but it's because it's organic meat being used. Very good place to get great food. There is a kids menu and you can relax and have a bottle of beer.
This is a great place for friends and family! The buffalo wings were first class and the burgers were a delight! Really good size portions cooked to perfection! This will Definitely be one of my go-to places from now on!
If you guys have a bad experience here, please give them a second chance. We all know how it is working the food industry 🙏 foods good, selections good, bathroom and dining area is clean and nice. 5 stars all around from me.
Carlo ALWAYS takes good care of us. He IS Mr. Hurricane Grill. The Honey Pecan Grilled Chicken Salad was delish! Loved the onion rings and fries. ******************************** 5-29-25 Tonight, GinaBee and I devoured the Hangover Burger and chased it with seasoned fries. The burger was stacked with bacon, eggs, caramelized onions, a slice of tomato and some lettuce. Yummy!
Burgers, sweet potato fries, & lemon pepper chicken wings were awesome. The price is very reasonable, too. The place is very cozy & clean. The service is fantastic and our server Jessica was very courteous. I would give this place a 5 star considering it was our first time. We would definitely come back to eat with family and would recommend to my friends.
The customer service here has always been top tier! we always have the same waitress during happy hour and she’s always been so sweet and patient with us! she also makes great drinks and seems to take care of everyone when she’s the only server/bartender there. food has been very good as well
This place is outstanding. The food was on point. My family and I order the macaroni cheese balls, bone in wings honey bbq and Garlic Parmesan and the Philly cheese steak. No complaints besides needing a wet napkin cause I was going in on those wings. Our server Annalisa made the experience over the top with her hospitality, very kind and respectful, hard to find this type of service from young people these days. We are definitely making this place a go to for now on. Thanks for serving our community.
Barbara Williams is the best bartender / waitress & all around go to woman there! Her drinks are absolutely amazing! The food is delicious as well. Definitely a recommend, and if you live in the area like we do....it is a spot that is worthy of becoming a regular!
Food was EXCELLENT, we had the maple Sriracha brussel sprouts, and firecracker shrimp as appetizers. Both were excellent!!! All three of our dishes were delicious! The portions were very good. I'm even taking some home. Thank you Layla for Great and Friendly 😊interaction. We greatly appreciate you!!!!!
Back at one of my favorite spots, bringing another person that's never been to Hurricane's. The food is good, and service is the best! Barbara is great! She always remembers us when we arrive and even remembers what we like to order. That's service!! The atmosphere is very chill, I'll be back again!
Great food and great service from Andrea! I prefer this place over Buffalo Wild Wings. Can’t go wrong with any of their wings. If you like brussel sprouts, get the appetizer! Oh and I love the hand washing station near the restrooms.
What A GREAT find! This was our first time and we ordered online and picked up. Online order was easy. If you want to pay cash, call your order in. Since I don't eat beef, it is great to find a burger place with a vegan and even gluten free options!! The sriracha crispy chicken was battered in a gluten free powder and fried perfectly. The chicken was tasty and moist. We ordered with cheese and didn't get it, but it was tasty without the cheese. This is one of the best vegan burgers I've eaten in a long time!!! Neither of the sandwiches were ordered with bread or buns so I cannot comment on them. The prices are high, but I believe in paying for GREAT QUALITY and Elevation Burger did just that! My husband loves burgers so he will eat one of the burgers. We also like that the beef is from grass fed cows. We will be back!!
I was craving a burger so I stopped by the other evening, I was immune greeted when I walked in and the staff was very friendly. I ordered a basic burger which was amazing and the seasoned fries were good too. Everything was fresh and made to order. Highly recommend
I never regret going to this burger place. I am 100% in love with their fries. Their milkshakes are so delicious and I love that they use strawberries instead of syrup or something to that nature. The staff is friendly, and always so patient as you build the burger of your dreams!! I have been twice this month alone!
Me and my wife go all the time and sit by the bar. Barbara the bartender is always there and she’s always in a good mood providing 10/10 service. The the garlic parm buffalo wings with blue cheese are great and the Bulgarian pretzel is my favorite. 10/10
Love the wings! The staff is super helpful and friendly. Love the atmosphere and being able to sit and enjoy a beer with constant service and attention. Even though they are still working things out, the fact that they really love the feedback and make changes based on that makes them 5 stars to me! Nothing like an organization that WANTS to do well and please their customers!
Hurricanes in Eastlake is a really good place to go for a hangout, happy hour, etc. The servers are very friendly and the bartenders as well. One of the bartenders, Carlo is super friendly and has really good customer service, he's very attentive and is fast in making your drink. I appreciated his service on my last visit! Thanks!
I loved this place and will totally go again! It was so easy for me to understand their theme, because they have signs all over the wall about their organic beef! The burgers weren't ridiculously huge and I appreciate the portion control. They said there would be plenty of fries and we should just buy one order and I thought that was thoughtful. There were a ton of them - super crispy and not grossly salty the way some fries you get for $1 are at fast food places. We spent $25 on two burgers, a shake, a water and some fries, which I thought was totally reasonable for date night somewhere that uses that quality of ingredients. We will totally go back to this location and other franchise locations!
Tried out the new spot for Wings and I, wasn't disappointed. They were juicy, flavorful and hot! I got Bone in and my son got Boneless. They were both delicious. They are a little short staffed but I think that's happening everywhere at the moment. They were all hustling and trying to get orders out. The only negative was I ordered a nice cold beer and it came in a acrylic cup vs a cold glass. Other then that, everything was great.
Thank you for having us for our team dinner much appreciated. Great service and great people!!
I have had the pleasure of coming to this local gem 3x now and each time has been more impressive than the last. From the fat burgers to the wings everything has been hot, accurate and delicious. The bartender Ivy always takes care of us with a warm smile and makes hands down the best margaritas outside of old town. Even when she is the only one there she never misses a greeting or order.
Moe was the experience! Welcoming knowledgeable. Walked me through the menu. Had great food, good drinks and a great time. Will visit again soon.
I ordered some wings beer and fried pickles. was greeted as soon as I got there and my server Andrea did so good on checking up on me and making sure I was good!! Food came out fast and was so hot and good
I came here without looking at the reviews and once I sat down I noticed that they were at a 3.9. I was already seated so I was like okay fine I'll see how it is. After I ordered my food I read the reviews and noticed that most of the one star reviews were from 2 or 3 years ago. They must have gotten better since because everything we ordered was just fine and the service was great. I would never order this place for delivery it's just not the right kind of food but what we got when we were here was fresh and flavorful.
This place is great! The wings are cooked to perfection, and the chicken tenders are plump and the best I've ever had. The staff was attentive and very friendly. The place itself was clean and comfortable. I will definitely be going back for more.
Nice people serving. We had crispy wings and a delicious impossible burger. The bun was lightly toasted, with a generous amount of shredded lettuce, tomato, red onion, mayo and pickle. We would recommend.
It was our 1st time here and Nubia was are server and did an exceptional job! She was always making sure we had what we needed and great at recommending different things on the menu and everything was delicious 🤤. Definitely coming back and having Nubia as my server.
We were skeptical because we are not from San Diego and the place was empty when we arrived, but we were pleasantly surprised. The server was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was delicious. We got the chicken nachos they came out super quick and were bomb! Kids got chicken tenders and fries per usual and they loved them! Great sizes there was more food than we could eat. We also got wings, and they were delicious. Drinks were good, could have been a little stronger but not complaining. We ate outside and had a wonderful time. The staff was friendly. They had sports playing, bathroom was really clean and played the games aloud on the speaker so you don’t miss anything if you go to the can.
My husband, daughter and I had an amazing experience here! The wings are top tier. Some of the best flavorful wings we’ve ever had. They are cooked fresh. The flavors are strong and delicious. Our favorite flavor was the secret weapon, which tasted like a sweet teriyaki sauce. The garlic Parmesan was also good, super buttery. I kept thinking about how good that sauce would be on popcorn lol. Their seasoned fries are also fire!! Our toddler had chicken tenders and unseasoned fries. Our server, Layla was extremely friendly and helpful. Since it was our first time eating here - she answered all of our questions and delivered good advice. Ambiance is a non-casual, loud sports bar vibe. Spacious and Family-friendly. There’s also a bar. We’ll definitely be back to try other flavors.
Wings are great. But recently discovered they serve Fat Burger. I have to say their burgers are better than their wings. Overall great food!
Came here on a Tuesday for their 79 cent wings. The wings were good. Service was good. You can choose a different flavor for every 5 wings. We ordered 20 wings. We went with hot, teriyaki, habanero lime rub and garlic parmesan buffalo. Hot was listed as the second hottest on their spicy level. It was not spicy at all. Also, one thing to be aware of, it was my first time here so I didn't know but when we got seated, the host gave us 4 cups and told us it was a self serve fountain drink. We were like cool free soda so we all got soda but it was not lol. If you get soda, they will charge you.
3 stars for now. I will go back in a month or so and update the rating if needed. They just opened this location and have not worked out all the bugs. This is to be expected. The staff was very friendly and helpful and there was a lot of them. They were a little unorganized and out of my first two beer choices. Not a huge deal and again, I will give it another shot down the road to see if things smooth out.
Chef was overwhelmed by large birthday party group (around 20) 3 dishes near me were served missing a key ingredient. How can you call it a cheesesteak sandwich if there is no cheese? Otherwise food was decent, skimpy on all fries that came with plates.
Gave this place a try when I saw a live band setting up in their outdoor seating area. It was the house band for School of Rock. I ordered the nachos. I didn't realize it had beef chili on it, but they quickly remade them without the chili when I requested it. That bumped up the review. The nachos themselves were just okay though. Queso sauce is not really my jam, I prefer shredded cheese. Next time I'll probably just get wings.
Every time we've been, it's usually bit very crowded. Food comes out fast and the service has always been great! The waitresses there are very nice and attentive. Food is consistent and wings are pretty good with lots of flavors ro choose from.
Great place! I got the four tenders with fries and I couldn't eat it all. The all white meat was very juicy, and the breading was very good as well. Not too thick or crunchy, just right. I highly suggest going to Hurricane Grill & Wings. I don't think you will be dissatisfied and this is a great place to keep in this neighborhood!
Pretty good food and it's fun that they have live music from time to time but there are some weird issues with the menu. For example, there's a side order of fries which is about $4 and a non-side-order of fries that's twice as much but you seem to get the same amount of fries with either one (i.e., go for the side order!). They also tend to lose track of orders when it's really busy, which can get frustrating. Overall it's a "recommend" but not a "must go".
Staff is great! I came in today and p!aced my order, but when my daughter got the veggie burger I had forgotten to tell them to put swiss cheese on it, they replaced the burger. I will be going back. Didn't get fries, but they looked awesome. Keep up the good work! Thanks
Every time I come to Chula Vista for work, I visit Hurricane Grill and Wing. Food comes out quick and its good. I ever had a bad meal or service here.
My first experience here was not the greatest. It was a new business and they were still getting settled in. Over time the food and service got much better. The quality of their burgers has drastically improved and they have also partnered with Fatburger. I enjoy coming here to watch a game and grab a burger. It is a sports bar, but also family friendly.
Great spot. Service excellent. Got the lunch special quesadilla. But the garlic fries stole the show. My man who served was chill, attentive and good at what he does
I got the MacDaddy burger and it was good. It has fried mac and cheese balls, bacon, and queso on a thick patty. The flavors were good, the food was hot, but the service was very slow. The fried were alright.
Great place for lunch and dinner. They also have a fat burger inside, so there are two menus you can order off of. Lots of variety and everything we have tried has been great. I like that I can order a completely vegan meal and my family can also eat whatever they'd like. Great atmosphere too, the staff has always been nice and attentive. We don't ever have to wait either, usually get seated right away.
Mixed Feelings I stopped by Hurricane Grill expecting more of a typical sports bar vibe — you know, loud games on the TVs, lots of energy — but it was actually much more chill and laid-back than I expected. Not a bad thing, just different from what I pictured. The service was friendly and attentive, so no complaints there. The staff checked in at the right times and made sure we were taken care of. As for the food… I had high hopes for the burger, but honestly, it was a letdown. It lacked flavor, didn’t really hit the spot, and to top it off — you actually have to ask for cheese. Like, when have you ever had to specifically request cheese on a burger? That should be a given, or at least an obvious option. Now, the wings were a different story — way better. Juicy, flavorful, and actually felt like the specialty of the place. If you go, I’d say skip the burgers entirely and head straight for the wings. The beer was alright — nothing memorable, but it got the job done. Would’ve been nice to see a few more local or craft options, but I’m not mad at it. Overall, it wasn’t a bad time, but it didn’t exactly blow me away either. Just one of those places that’s “okay.” Worth checking out for the wings, but probably wouldn’t go out of my way to return unless I was already in the area.
Okay had not been in awhile it was the 2nd choice. Had a couple of adult beverages that were really tasty but the cocktail lacked the sophisticated flavor I was seeking and the beer cold and refreshing. The food was good full of flavor. The service was topnotch. From my perspective the only drawback was the style of music and the volume.
The service was nice, the people working there were accommodating, but they were out of ranch and not everyone was aware which caused confusion. The quality of chicken was really good, with the kids chicken tenders being much larger than expected and the kids burger also being of a good size, particularly being thick. For my wings I got them in firecracker and the habanero flavor, neither of which were actually that spicy. So if you're looking for spicy go high up on the chart.
Food was really good, service was great. That being said it seemed a little pricey for a burger joint. They use great ingredients, but for me the price was high for the type of restaurant. Sort of a cross between a fast food restaurant and a Starbucks.
Finally got to try this place after all the waiting due to covid. I am extremely disappointed with my first visit. Ordered the burger with all the fixings for $12, no fries included. Got home to take a bite of the “flavorful” advertised burger all to taste a bland flavored burger. Bun was probably the only great part. Staff was also friendly and welcoming. $12 for a basic burger is waaaay over priced. I will try the wings next time i come here. They better beat wingstop.
Victor the barman, is the reason this place gets 3 stars. Cheesesteak was huge but not good. Cold fries. The beer did not taste right. Those plastic pint glasses don't do craft beer justice. It's new so I'll give it another chance in a month or two. I know they had a few brand new employees tonight
Ordered online, was finished when I got there. I'm from out of town and we don't have an Elevation Burger remotely close to York,PA. However, I have been to a few different locations when traveling. I was so excited to get this meal on vacation until they got my order wrong. I just dealt with it since I was already back to my hotel for the night, but it was a huge let down. Double check torr online orders before you leave this place!!! Food still good as always just not the way I requested it.
First off great social distancing and covid protocols. However when we got to the table it was still dirty and we had to clean it up ourselves because the only lady working there was busy, but when it came to the food it was great. Wings were nicely cooked with a great seasoning, but when it came down to the burger it was dry and the burger itself was missing more sauce for better taste. Overall great wings and great service!
The place is OK, you can tell the place is new because they are not organized well enough. The menu is big and unique but like I mentioned, the restaurant is new so it takes a some time for your food to arrive. Food is OK too, the flavor of hamburgers and wings get the job done but dont expect buffalo wild wings flavors.
This is the first time we ever ate at Hurricane Grill & Wings. We wanted to give it a try. The food is average. My husband ordered a "Hurricane Burger" which is 1/3 lb. It looked small, about the size of his palm. And it came with a handful of french fries. He said the burger was dry. I had the "Honey Pecan Chicken Salad" and it was average. It looked like a grocery bagged salad with a few pecans. The grilled chicken in the salad was ok. Overall, the food is "meh", so so, average. The serving sizes are average, not generous at all. Go there for the sporty atmosphere. There are several tv screens to watch games. Also, go there for the drinks. Our server was nice. The staff seem friendly. We went at lunch time on a Saturday. There were only a few people eating in the restaurant. (should have known that was a sign) I left feeling like we wasted our money on overpriced average food. We rarely eat out because money is tight. I regret spending our money at this restaurant. I was disappointed because this place can be better.
Food took a long time to come out. Otherwise id give 5 stars for service. Foods ok, atmosphere is typical, or what you would expect
The service was great and friendly. The food was just OK, nothing special. For the price not that much food. Got the bone in wings with Mango Habenero and Hot Sauces. Neither one was hot or really flavorful. The margarita was a good price but seemed watered down.
Came here on a Tuesday evening for their wing special place was empty lots of seating and tvs everywhere. Restrooms are clean and they have a handwashing station outside of the area as well Ordered an appetizer and wings. Both lacked flavor. Service was nice and attentive but I don’t see myself returning
Was very happy to hear that it had finally opened. I think it took forever because of Covid. I love wings so I was very excited to try it out but left not wanting to go back. Over priced was the main reason. Almost 16 dollars for 10 wings. 13 dollars for just a burger. Fries and drinks are extra. I came out spending over 100 dollars for a family of five. We go to Island's or Buffalo Wild Wings and average around 80. The food was ok, not bad. But nothing like wow. Definitely not worth what they are charging.
It's unclear to me if anything but the burger is "organic." As for the burger, it tasted like it had been steamed rather than grilled. It was dry and tasteless and well well done. I like juicy and medium rare GRILLED hamburgers. Range-fed lean beef needs fat added back to be juicy. The fries were quite good, but were they organic? I had a single layer burger, which was plenty enough. Stacked food like this kind of sandwich with two layers of (dry) burgers does not appeal to me. I won't go out of my way for this restaurant again. Sadly. The organic idea is super... But not executed well here. The restaurant at noon on a Thursday was...empty. Word has traveled I suppose...
Food and service could use a lot of improvement. It seemed like everyone that worked there was new. Ordered drinks and had to remind the staff three times about them. When the bartender came to deliver our drinks she thought it was okay to put her face 6 inches away from my 5 months old daughter's face. Come on! We're still dealing with COVID!! I was not happy about that. Will not be going back.
The restaurant itself was clean and kept up well. However, the food was not good and it was expensive! For 2 burgers, "fancy fries", and a fountain drink it was nearly $30! "Fancy fries" were not so fancy, they were greasy and just have shredded cheddar on them. Both of our burgers were bland and greasy as hell! I could have had the same quality meal at McDonalds for a fraction of the price. Also, their "half the guilt" burger is offensive in my opinion... 1 veggie burger and 1 beef burger. Never trying again.
Only 2 people ordering. Kids hamburger meal plus small fry = 25min. & $10. The fries were excellent but I won't ever go back. Wasn't worth the time or money. I went next door to the Chipotle and got so much food I couldn't eat it all for $7 and they comped to me a taco and apologized for the wait from next door, because I told them about my experience at Elevation Burger now that's a stand-up company (Chipotle)
The first time I went there the staff was very unhelpful and food took almost 20 minutes to get a single burger. Thankfully the burger was good and decided to try it again yesterday. I went with a friend and he ordered a double burger and I ordered a grilled cheese and we both got fries and a shake. Even though I ordered first, my friend got his burger first and the shake didn't come until he was done eating. 20 minutes later I still didn't have my grilled cheese and just asked for my money back. The place was not busy and all the workers seemed so droned out of it. Their loss on being able to charge me 14.00 dollars for a grilled cheese, fries and a shake. Will not be going back again.
I will say their service is great! When this place opened we ate here a few times, their burgers were good. We haven't eaten here for about a year and decided to get some good burgers; unfortunately good burgers don't exist here any longer. The burgers tasted like frozen watery paties, they were burned and had no flavor. Their Brussels were leaves only. 80$ for a big disappointment 😞
Friendly staff, however food was not worth the wait. The place was fairly empty so we thought it would be quick. There were two couples ahead of us. 1st couple couldn't wait any longer and left. 2nd had their food come out cold and replaced with hotter food. Outside took about a half an hour. The fries were burnt and the burgers messy. They did try to be nice with free shakes, however after a hair was found in my sons, we were done. It was pretty disappointing, I had always heard good things and looked forward to my first burger from there. Now I wished we just went to subway down the road. The service plus the 25 dollar charge for 2 burgers and one large shared fries was definately not worth stepping foot there
I did not enjoy the food as much as I was hoping to. By the end of my fish and chips I didn't feel well. The fish was crispy but a bit greasy. I also had their buffalo parm wings which were good but not the wow factor I wanted. The "eye of the storm" cocktail was not worth the money, thankfully they serve beer.
$2 burger Tuesday brought me in. After looking at the menu for eight minutes (unacknowledged), I stepped one step up to the cashier who was wearing a shirt saying "Manager". Placed my order and without even trying to upsell his products, he said okay and the total. Handed me my cup and said they'd bring my meal to me. Zero personality at this place. They have a Coke Freestyle machine with several choices unavailable. No Dr.P, no root beer, no Dasani flavors. The only great thing here are napkins on each table.
Our family was excited to find vegan options here and that they cook their fries in olive oil. But don’t be fooled!!! We spent over $70 on dinner ( 7 of us). There was no sauce on our impossible burgers, wilted little piece of lettuce, 1/2 tsp of carmelized onions. My kids called them “dinky” burgers. The fries... even more disappointing, saturated in oil, floppy and soggy.....and tiny serving ... even though I ordered 4 large fries that they said we could easily share! They did cook us new fries and offered a refund on some items, which is why I gave them one star for trying to do something to make it right. But, the new fries were still dripping in oil and still “kid size” servings. Needless to say..... won’t be going back there again!!!
Paid 20 bucks for the most measly meal I've had in my life. I had heard good things and expected a great meal. The burgers were something I'd expect for 2 dollars at a drive-thru, the fries were soggy, and everything tasted like pure grease. Not in the good way. They even forgot my bacon! Never going back and I advise everyone else to save their money. I try to give places a second chance but this is seriously the worst experience ever.
Worst burger I've ever eaten outside of an institutional cafeteria. Meat had no flavor! Gun was cheap, only flavor was the condiments! Fries tasted good at first but left a bad after taste. If you enjoy eating in a warehouse atmosphere, with your food served to you in a tin pan! You'll love the experience! I get the premise but they failed miserably! Best part of the meal was the beer, and the cat for everything was way too.much!
One of the worst dining experiences of my life. You won't be greeted unless you're friends with the cashier. The "warehouse" atmosphere people describe us no exaggeration. Everything about the kitchen and dining room feels unclean. Furniture is old, dated, and scuffed. Almost an hour in the building seeing every available table get used and NOT ONE PERSON did any cleaning! Ketchup and oil on tables, straw wrappers around, soda machine looked like it's never seen a cleaning rag. Paid $2.59 for a choice of 6 beverages, which actually includes 2 waters, no calorie free choices besides those by the way. Friggin machine can offer thousands of choices, and we get 6? And my burger was literally crispy! Overcooked is one thing, not having any clue how to make a burger it's simply egregious. Yes, they have healthier, meat- and dairy- free options, but I can't believe you'll enjoy those when what im guessing are their more popular options are served sui terribly. Premium ingredients served at premium prices in the least premium way possible. Not recommended at all.
Seems like a nice place but never satisfied after eating there. The old lady that works there is nice but very forgetful. Wings were not cooked properly gave me food poisoning. Also they always give you 2 to 4 flats per order of 10 wings and 6 to 8 drummets.
This place is horrible. The burgers I got for my family and I cost almost 80 bucks for the 7 of us. The seasonings are unable you be tasted and you get a hint of the meat is self but it's just bland. I'd rather eat at burger king. The staff is very nice but just can't get past the food.
Let me start off by saying the food at this establishment is good. I was dining here this past Saturday, Nov 11 and witnessed the so called "owner" of the business almost physically fight a customer because they complained about food not coming out in a timely manner. The "owner" who had been drinking behind the bar the entire day was clearly drunk and very aggressive.
Decided to finally try this place out. I love wings, I can eat them everyday. So figured a place with wings in the name should be great. Ordered a 10 piece boneless with a side of sweet potato fries. Was extremely disappointed, the wings were dry and chewy, had no sauce on them. The fries were good, but it’s hard to mess up fries. Doubt I will be going back, if I do, might be for a burger but definitely not for the wings.
Just received the worst customer service that I have ever received. We’ve all had an order that was accidentally messed up or food took too long, etc. But, then to have the bartender make fun of me for his mistake has never happened. I went here Sunday and ordered a drink straight from the menu, my friend and I both ordered it, multiple times. It was delicious. So much so, I went back again today because I wanted another one. I explained to the bartender what we ordered and another customer l, not the bartender, gave me a menu so I could make sure I was ordering the right thing. I confirmed that’s what we had. What he gave me was not what we had on Sunday. The items listed on the menu would look like what I had Sunday. It was a simple recipe listing vodka, lime, coconut water and simple syrup, so a mostly colorless drink would be what I would expect and what we got on Sunday. Instead I received a pink drink. I asked him why it was pink because the drink I had wasn’t clear and there was no ingredient listed that’s pink or red. He said it was pink from grenadine, which isn’t listed as one of the ingredients in the drink because grenadine drastically changes what a drink can taste like. When I told him that isnt what we got Sunday he blamed the other waitress saying she makes up her drinks but his was right, despite her’s looking how I would think a lime in a coconut would look and his did not. So, instead of making a drink the customer wanted that they received from the business previously he mocked me saying he made it right and then when I left I hear him making fun of me as I left. I wanted to contact the supervisor but I was too scared that he was the supervisor due to his arrogance. I have never received such poor customer service and couldn’t believe how this person is allowed to behave.
This place is a huge rip off. $ 49 for 30 wings. Ok fine because Hurrican claims they are jumbo. However they are small similar to little ceasar's pizza wings. If I wanted tiny wings I would have spent $15 at little ceasar's. All 30 wings were tiny wings no drumsticks. This place sucks don't waste you time and money.
Sunday, September 15, 9pm on the dot, came in because it was stated that they close at 10pm. However, when we arrived they were quick to greet us and then turn us away because they were closing early. Never do this, just because the night be slow doesn't mean you should close early, especially if it's stated otherwise. This place has great food, but I would think twice about just showing up next time. I hope they read this review, because this place is NOT cheap and I was prepared to pay a pretty penny for quality. Don't believe me, call and put an order in RIGHT NOW and see what they say.
It took 25 minutes for someone to come and take our order. It would’ve taken longer if we hadn’t got up, walked up to the bar area and asked if this was where we could order food. Not toddler friendly unfortunately. Food was a 4.5 out of 10 for it being cold. Not one of our items were warm. We ordered wings, burgers, onion rings, fries, and chili cheese fries. The chili cheese fries were the absolute worst! The chili was so cold like if it had just come out of the fridge. 😕
They open at 11am or so they say.! Its 11:20 still closed I've eaten here before but couldn't remember why I have yet to return. I guess this place just sucks.
This was one of the strangest restaurant experiences I’ve had. It’s counter service if it’s to-go, but table service if you dine in, which already sets a confusing tone. I ordered a drink and five minutes later, the server brings me… an empty cup. I had to fill it myself. Then there were the wings, $20 for 10, which would be ok if they were great, but they were underwhelming at best. The sauce and seasoning had zero depth, just bland and forgettable. To top it off, I never saw my server again. I had to go to the counter to pay, but apparently, I couldn’t just pay with whoever was available..it had to be my server. So they had to track her down. It was just a mess. Are you a bar and grill or a fast-food joint like Wingstop? Pick a lane. The whole thing felt disorganized, overpriced, and not remotely worth it.
Terrible food. Just terrible. I don’t even know what else to say about it. Overcooked boneless wings undercooked bone in and no flavor at all! The place is clean and the service was great. The food was just ok. I wouldn't return for any reason. I thought to myself this is a wings place and they are probably good. The wings were bad. Barely flavored with the sauce and the skin was very chewy. Yuck. The boneless was over cooked. 29.99 for a 20 piece makes them about a 1.50 each. Very expensive for nasty wings.
