My smoothie was made perfectly, my pretzel was nice and hot and they had mustard! Some of the other locations don't always have mustard. The staff was very friendly and the restroom was also clean. I appreciate everything!!

Haven't been to a jamba juice in a long time bc of bad experiences previously, but I was craving it randomly and decided to try it once again and im so glad I did! The girl behind the counter (bella?) was super sweet and helpful and the mega Mango she made was definitely the best one I've ever had! I will definitely be returning to this location!

Good selection of smoothies and other specialty drinks. Staff are friendly and offer quick service. Parking is tight. Easy access off the street.

Haven't tried other stuff like the bowls mentioned in another review, but the place's great and the wait time is pretty fast even in the evening where there should be a lot of students from the school and college nearby.

I stopped in Jamba for a quick bite and I noticed that they were now offering empanadas. I ordered two of the chicken ones for $6 for two. The empanadas were pretty good. They were well filled with tender chicken, but the cumin seasoning was a little high. The crust was pretty good, but an additional 45 seconds to a minute in the high convection oven would have been good to develop a more crusty texture and a better golden brown color. They offer Tapatio and ketchup for a sauce. It would be great if they would offer the little Cholula hot sauce packets as well. The service was friendly enough, but they were not much for conversation. The offer inside and outside seating at this location.

They always mess up my order. EVERY time I’ve been there it’s wrong. The staff are nice but one of them are new and a bit confused. He keeps calling me “he”?? I won’t be going to this location anymore

The tall skinny mustache was pretty weird. All I asked after ordering a smoothie was change for a $5 bill to ride the bus, when it was the hottest hour of the day & he cut off his coworker that was about to give me change with “it throws the count off,” & “we need ones the most,” with a tip jar full of $1s in front of him lol. How does changing a $5 for $1s throw the count off, unless he couldn’t count to 5? It was not that serious, yet he responded so strangely… awkward human and poor customer service, will not return to this location

Just ordered an acai bowl and they for got the bananas!! Really? I was trying to be patient cause I knew they had a lot going on. But no…gonna be hungry in the next five minutes.

Went to buy a drink at Jamba Juice with my friends and just two of us got a drink (we were four) and this girl kick my friends out because they didn't buy a drink or were consuming a drink. We couldn't even wait together for the drinks. The place wasn't even full, tables were empty.

Ordering is horrible!!!!! Ordered had one get one free, she said you can’t use this anymore I’m going to give you a new one. I handed my twenty dollar bill and gave me back change for two of them. I told her about about my two for one she said oh no you have to download the app. Never asked do you have the app(which I did) and said I can’t give you anymore because I already rung you up.

The first time I went to this one I was not happy with the runny smoothie I got and was hesitant to go back, I waited a few months And thought I would try again and once again not happy with my smoothie. I said I would never go back to this location. Over a year later I went back because the one close to my house was closed and my son is sick and wanted a smoothie. NEVER AGAIN!! The girl behind the counter could not have been more rude!! I go to Jamba Juice in Santee and El Cajon at least 3 times a week and everyone is extremely friendly and they make it how you ask with no questions. This location is the only one I have ever had a problem with and it has happened all 3 times

I have bee here five times and will no longer be going back. My smoothie is never made correctly. You had your chance and you failed. I would recommend going 10 minutes out of your way to a better location. 2/10 stars!

Not very good service unfortunately 😩 The staff is normally always helpful and pleasant until today , the taller younger male with facial hair and wearing jewelry was not helpful and extremely unpleasant 😭😭
