Our food was great. The sea bass is always really nice, but the best part of our visit had to be our server Roldán Alex’s service. He was so kind, welcoming, and offered fantastic suggestions on drinks and food. Will definitely be coming back in hopes of being greeted by him again!

Roldan was amazing! He provided outstanding customer service, and I was so pleased with the way that he took care of us. He kept checking in on us to make sure that everything went well and I will definitely come back because of him. Roldan was so helpful and friendly. This is definitely one of our go to spots on special occasions!

The chairs weren't cleaned up completely but totally understood because it is busy night as it has to, being very the first evening of the year. I ordered Mongolian beef, Northern ribs, Spicy chicken, Kungpao beef, and Fried rice. All were good except some were too chewy and salty. It was good first day of the year, welcomed and served delightful people here, Thanks a lot.

Went in for a dinner meeting with a few of my work colleagues. Our server Daniel Mercado had great customer service. Took very good care of us. He was very patient with our large party. And kept coming around to make sure that we didn't need anything. Awesome service guys! We will be coming back here for our future dinner meetings.

The place looked great, and the food looked and tasted even better. All of that was good, but my server put everything all together. I asked Camila to bring my food out as soon as possible before my little daughter had a meltdown, but everything came out faster than expected. I was very pleased with how she kept the table clean and the refills came before we even had to ask. Not used to having such good service, it was more refreshing than the strawberry Cucumber limeade. I love this movie theater. I went with my family yesterday and it was kept clean, it was staffed well. The tickets were only $8.50 and we took advantage of the Sunday family meal deal which was only $11 and it included a bucket of popcorn, candy, and two drinks.

Excellent service. Kaylee was our server and she was extremely helpful, friendly and such a genuine person. She had great recs and always checked in with us. Food was delicious. Honey shrimp and lo mein was tasty.

My wife and I went to our PF Chang in Eastlake Chula Vista , California for the “All Day Everyday Happy Hour” and we were very impressed by the menu, prices and service. We sat at the bar section and we ordered the Chicken Lettuce Wraps, a very delicious and generous serving and the Pork Dumplings coated with a wonderful light spice and light sweet sauce…$10 each and our cocktails were $5 each. The service was impeccable, Jose and Walter were behind the bar and they both are amazing. The ambiance is incredible and a place to go with your friends and family. We will be back…Thank you!

Our server was Roldan at the Chula Vista (Eastlake) location. He did perfectly with an order split between regular and gluten free, got everything the first time, & checked in efficiently without being intrusive. We ordered the Chef's feast (for 2) and had leftovers. For the gluten-free entree, we substituted shrimp for the chicken in the Chang's Spicy Chicken (up charge $2.25), & it was excellent. Menus do differ slightly by region, especially gluten-free options, but most are available in most places.

Amazing Service from Josselyn! I had the pleasure of being served by Josselyn at P.F. Chang’s, and she was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we sat at the bar, she was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She made great recommendations and crafted some of the best cocktails I’ve had in a long time. Her warm personality and professionalism truly elevated our dining experience. Haven’t been to PF Chang’s in years but decided to pop in for a hot soup on a “cold and raining” day in San Diego. I had the Chang's Spicy Chicken Noodle Soup Bowl and it was really delicious. Family size. Check out the pic. Definitely recommended.

I dined in here about a week ago and had the best experience! We got greeted as soon as we sat down and our food was out right away. My kids loved our server, she was super sweet. Definitely will be dining here again for the holidays with our family.

Love this place, it was my bf and I first time here and its not gonna be the last everything was really good, we recommend the dumplings and the dynamite roll, for drink my bf loved the plumb wine and for me the pomegranate lemonade, for dessert we got the changs Apple crunchs really good!

This was our first visit as our newly-created Birthday Club! We shared 2 2-person feast specials for $21 plus tax. which included a choice of soup or salad, choice of an entrée from a list, and one appetizer from a list share! The birthday 'dessert' was as spectacular as a fireworks display! 🎆

This place is amazing!! My grandson has came here since he was 2 years old and we came eat here, his favorite dish is the Mizo Glazed Salmón and now hes 11! Has never disappointed us and is always fascinación. Fast service and nice employess giving you service through out the time your in the stablishment and give a lot of attention just in case you need something. This place is delicous and will never let us down. A fancy and comfortable envireoment the second you get in it. This place has a big variety of food to offer. The rice is also amazing and you can pick either fried rice and white rice, we come almost every saturday. You should defenitley come here!

We attended this P.F. Chang’s as a part of our Xmas work dinner and we loved it! The service was on point and so was the food! We attended at 8 pm so it wasn’t as full and everything went super smooth! It was also one of our employees birthday and they were so kind to bring him cake! Which was also delicious! Lots of parking at this location and super clean place as well. Everything was great I would definitely recommend coming here!

Haven’t been to PF Changs in sometime. We got a seat within 5 minutes as the host promised and may have had the best waiter in the house. I had the Chilean sea bass which was excellent and a must try if you don’t mind the price. My wife had the Singapore noodles and that was superb. For appetizer the tempura fried calamari did not disappoint. We will be going back very soon.

I feel like this place is losing it's aura. Last time I went it felt like an overpriced Chinese restaurant. Service was rushed, food not exciting and overpriced. It's the 3rd and probably the last time I go.

I have the chance to experience to eat here today. I'm overwhelmed about there portions of their food especially the dessert. It's good for 3 person on the slice of their chocolate cake. The Thai salad was delicious I like it. Red Dragon sushi and soup was good too.. I'll be back for the other menus to try..

I had a very enjoyable dinner at P.F. Chang's, and while there were a few minor misses, the standout dishes made for a memorable meal. The service was attentive and the overall ambiance was pleasant. We started with the wonton soup, and it was absolutely delicious—flavorful, with perfectly cooked wontons and a rich broth. The banana rolls for dessert were also a highlight, an incredible end to the meal that I would highly recommend. The sushi was another winner on the flavor front; the rolls were incredibly tasty, though I do have to mention that the pickled ginger served with it tasted a bit tired and wasn't as fresh as I would have liked. The main disappointment was the rice. It came out a little dry, which was a shame since it's a staple of the meal. It's a simple thing that can easily be improved upon, and if they can fix that, it would make the entire dining experience even better. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives. With a little more attention to detail on the basics, P.F. Chang's could easily earn a five-star rating. I'll definitely be back for the wonton soup and banana rolls!

Our waitress, Frida, was very sweet and welcoming. We had the Brussels sprouts and the Cauliflower appetizers which were very delicious so I highly recommend those. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken. It was okay. I wish I would have ordered something different. The fried rice was not what I expected. My rice was a little bland. I would come back, but I’d order something different.

Had food and drinks at this location. It’s been about 15 years since I’ve dined here. I figured, I had such a nice time hanging out at the bar at PF Chang’s in Fashion Valley, why not give it a try here. It was on a week day. The bar had a couple people sitting around the bar section while myself and partner sat at one of the nearby table. We were only greeted by the hostess, at the front door. Upon entering the bar, there was no staff present. We sat down anyway. Found a wobbly table that bartender later “fixed.” Minutes later a bartender appears. He was basic, not pleasantries. He never checked on us or offered us anything else. He wasn’t terrible, just basic. The bar area was not as busy as Fashion Valley’s. But the again, we had gone to Fashion Valley location during the week before new year. It was packed and lively. We also went during evening time. Our experience at Otay location was good. Besides the bartender lacking “personality,” the bar area was missing something. I can’t quite figure it out. It was just basic, just like the bartender. I would return again, but suggest getting a bartender that’s not so basic

The family and I like to come to this PF Chang‘s in the Otay Ranch area of Chula Vista. The service is always good, the food is always tasty fresh and delicious. We especially like that it’s close to the movie theater and lots of shopping areas and different sightseeing venues. We definitely highly recommend this PF Chang‘s.

We ordered the Lo Mein and sushi. The Lo Mein noodles were inconsistently cooked. We had noodles that were not cooked at all, and noodles that were somewhat soft, but it was still hard to cut the noodles. The sushi wasn't good. The rice was too hard, tasted a little fishy, and the roll was falling a part. The drinks were good, and the service was great.

Food was great, drink was great, dessert was great. So why only 3 stars? I don't like it when I haven't even finished my meal and they bring me the check. Like you want me to leave? am I annoying you? The place had plenty of empty tables.

I love the food, everything I have eaten in this place so far has been great, love the environment, Chinese food at a different level. Every P. F. Chang's I have eaten in has been good. No complains, I have come to this in particular with groups and on a date with my wife. Service always lack a bit , but this time they really, really took the cake! The waiter took about 25 min to take it drunk order,. It took about 10 to 15 min to get us the drinks and another 10 min to take it order. We weren't a big group to say he had to do a lot. Everything so far was ok but the worse part was that he to about 1hr to get us our did order. It was not until I talked to the junior manager that magically out did appeared. Then when it took time to past they charged us for items that we never got.

It's been a while since I've been to PF Chang's. A lot has changed. The "traditional" portion sizes are much less than the traditional share sizes we remember. And the breaded chicken dishes are more bread than chicken. The service was great though and the atmosphere is still cozy and intimate.

This chain restaurant is targeted to a different audience who likes a specific taste. The plating and the vibe is amazing. Just not worth the overpriced menu. Hostest at the front was very sweet. Waiters were ok had to wait a while for food and for the check but food good. Bathrooms almost didn't match the indoor dining area which was nice, neat and clean. Bathroom was a bit dirty and just looked unclean.

First time at this location and we were NOT impressed. The portion sizes of the food were a joke. I had the Mongolian beef which was overcooked (hard) and very bland. My wife's food was decent but she said the same. No taste. Was definitely not worth the 90.00 we spent. The food portions again horrible. Save your money!

I’ve been to PF Changs all over the world. But definitely this is the worst one out of all. We got our food and the waiter never came to check on us til the end. No refills during the meal. The egg roll sauce tasted like nail polish. We should have just gone to Panda Express if we wanted Chinese food. You usually come here for the experience. If we go back to PF changs it’ll be to a different one for sure.

5 Star Prices with 2 Star quality. Dont know why we're paying $13-15 a roll for shrimp and tuna that aren't fresh. I could've bought better rolls at the grocery store for half the price. $20 Pad Thai that's just so-so. My rating would be 3 stars if they charged half the price because their food is half the quality. Combo Pad Thai comes with 2 small bites of chicken and 3 pieces of shrimp and loaded with tofu, some sweet sauce at the bottom and somehow some burnt looking pork made its way in the dish. Taste nothing like actual Pad Thai.

Came for dinner on a Saturday night. They have a drink special Mai Tai or Margarita for $8.99 which we ordered two Mai Tai's. The server brought them and they were very small maybe 8 oz. in short glasses. Not the typical tropical drink. We were very disappointed and sent them back. They would not make the taller ones for the same price. They said we could have them but would be $4.00 more. I really felt it was a bait and switch. They did nothing to make it right. We spoke to the manager and he did nothing. Very bad customer service. The spicy chicken and green beans were good, but we both got upset stomachs after eating it. We will not eat here again.

Went for lunch. The servers were lovely and tried to make things right but the salmon I was served tasted (was) rotten and the rice was cold.

Started off ordering drinks and dumplings. Took about 15 minutes to get the drinks. Ordered dinner, got the dinner before the appetizer (dumplings) Got the wrong dinner at that, server asked if we wanted a new plate without sauce I said sure. Next thing we know we’re getting to go boxes and a check. So confused, the dinner was subtracted from the check but I guess I don’t get served here 😂. It was just a horrible experience, and we’re very easy going lol. Probably just stick to the fashion valley location in the future

Honestly, I was shocked. I was about 30 minutes away from this P.F. Chang’s location and I have to post that the manager said he would refund me never got the refund. I spent just $20 but I ordered the lettuce chicken wraps and some crispy rolls. Everything was nasty from the meat smelling like horse manure to mold to plastic. I couldn’t believe it. I lost my appetite so when I got home after 30 minute drive I called the manager and he said that he would refund me that he believed me. I have not seen the refund yet so I’m waiting to see this must be a real accident and for anytime you’re unhappy with your food you should let the restaurant know definitely not gonna lose money. I wouldn’t even feed it to a rat sorry but this was unacceptable.

I've never been to this place. I was excited to experience a new restaurant and hopefully make it one of our go to places to eat. We arrived, was greeted, and was told there was a 10 min wait. Wait time was accurate. The restaurant wasn't too full. We were sta down and menus given. My wife and I looked over the menu and decided on what we wanted. Then we waited, and waited, and waited and nothing. About 20 min passed and not one single server stopped to even take our drink order. There were other individuals that had arrived after us and their orders were taken. It's not like we sat in a corner. We were literally in a booth right in the middle of the restaurant. As waiters kept passing by and even a manager we still did not get asked if we wainted to place an order of deinks or food. We decided to just leave. To be fair, I could have flagged women down but are a high end restaurant I shouldn't have to. I never experienced the Chang and will never come back again. Quick Update: We went to Golden House Chinese Food on Palm and we were not only seated but our order taken and served literally in 20 min. This is a great place to eat and the food is always fresh and affordable.

Whatever happened to PF CHANGs. It’s been going downhill for many years. They used to have the BEST MAI TAI in Chula Vista, now they serve it in a crappy glass and don’t put any orange liquor or dark rum in it. They used to bring you new plates for your main meal. They used to give you a knife and fork. They used to ask you how you would like your sauce, spicy or not. All of the classy niceties have gone! What a real disappointment!

Took like 10mins to pay cause the staff did not know you can pay with apple pay/ samsung pay..but that's not the half of it. I called in my order for a fried rice and a coconut cooler to go. After I finally paid and got my food I felt like the drink was half way so I checked I showed it to the manager he said it's because of the 12oz cup. I've had this drink at pf changs and I know the comparison it's not that much and they always pack this drink with ice so be careful with this hack of a place. Ps this drink costs 8 bucks and you can see in the image what it is 🤣

Recently made a dinner reservation for Feb 14 and confirmed reservation ahead of time. Understand it’s a busy holiday, however once we arrived at the selected time we were informed that due to amount of customers we would have to wait 30 to 60 minutes to be seated. In my opinion this kind of defeats the purpose of making reservations. Have been to this location on previous occasions and never had this occur before. Probably think twice before selecting this establishment again.
