Went here to celebrate a double birthday. They where very nice and even provided us plates for a cake we brought it. The food here is very good. I ordered a stake med rare, but it came well done.. I was a little upset but they corrected by Getting me a new stake rather quickly. Only reason I'm still giving ng this place a 5 star rating.

I recently visited this restaurant, which is part of a well-known chain, and I must say the food was just as delicious as I’ve come to expect from their other locations. Everything was well-prepared and full of flavor. The staff were friendly—not overly warm, but polite and professional enough to make the experience pleasant. As for the atmosphere, it was okay. The place wasn’t particularly clean, but it also wasn’t dirty. Just average. Still, it was comfortable enough for a nice meal. Overall, I would recommend giving this place a try, especially if you already like the food from this chain. It’s a solid choice for a casual dining experience.

Well, the trio chip dip was truly amazing. The ribs were really delish, tender, and just right. The overloaded mashed 🥔 potatoes were the bomb. I forgot loaded potatoes come with bacon. So hubby scooped all that out, and he enjoyed it. We shared the full rack of ribs and the trio dip with chips. I loved each. White cheese, bean dip, and salsa dip. Wow. I wish I could take them home! I would go again and take family with me. So let me be perfectly honest. But..... we went at the end of the evening and before closing. It was noisy (sports bar), and still a good number of people crowded the sections opened. The restaurant had closed off sections, so we had to wait 15 minutes to be seated because the area opened was packed. They were too busy without adequate workers, I think. But such is life now, u never know who will call in sick! Upon entering the place, it didn't smell clean, kinda musty, sweaty? But again, u walk into the area that faces the sports bar.. am I being judgemental? Sorry. We were seated at the corner, which was perfect for us, but it was quite cold with the draft of the air conditioning hugging to the area near the window. I'm glad I wore my bomber jacket with hood. I used that baby real good. So, there was no decaf coffee. No hot tea avail. They offered hot water. 🤣😂 gotta love the waitress. I got my regular coffee but had to flag down a bus boy and apologize to ask him for sugar. He was super gracious. There were none on the tables surrounding ours. The nice lady who brought the amazing hot food gave us one plate. We asked for another, but never got it. The waitress checked on us several times when we didn't need anything, but that was nice that she did. She knew it was like our first time there and a couple not familiar with Chili's. So, in essence, maybe don't go so late? But the food is cooked very well even at the end of the day. The place was still loaded with people when we left.

Hadn't been to a Chili's in about 20 years. Service was excellent. I used the app to get in line then only waited about five minutes to get seated. The margaritas were delicious and a good size. The food was pretty good but the burger I had seemed a little bland with zero flavor on the meat, not even a little salt. Tasted like a basic ground beef patty. My wife had the trio and came sizzling for about two seconds. The trio was delicious but the beef was cold. They took care of that but when we got it back the the meat was well done, ehh, but still tasted really good and relatively tender. I thought I was going to eat the molten lava chocolate cake by myself but it was much larger than expected. The highlight was our server. Megan from Tennessee was awesome and very attentive even though she was overwhelmed. Thank you Megan.

It's not the most authentic, freshest gourmet food, but it's a good place for comfort food. Nice hang out vibe, have a decent dinner and drinks. The combos are fairly priced. The burger combo is the best deal you can find anywhere. The chicken enchilada soup is pretty good. Service is decent we did have to wait a bit to ask our server a question but that was after we were finished eating. Other than that overall a good place to eat

I usually come to Chili’s 3 to 4 times a month, but this last visit was extremely disappointing. I ordered a meat dish that made both me and my daughter sick — she only took 3 bites and felt unwell shortly after. My mother tried just a small, dried-out piece and also didn’t feel great. On top of that, the mashed potatoes were clearly old and dry. When I brought it up to the waiter, she was kind and helpful — she brought out fresh mashed potatoes and a small new portion of meat. I appreciate the customer service, which was the only positive part of this visit. But honestly, the food quality needs serious improvement. It’s frustrating and unacceptable to pay for a meal that ends up making your family sick. I really hope management takes this seriously — we’ve been loyal customers, but it’s not worth risking our health.

Upon entering the restaurant the door handle is extremely greasy there’s sanitizer had no sanitizer in it offered it to me when I use the restroom it was very dirty and dingy only one soap dispenser working only one sink can I sit down and order my food about 20 minutes to get my order in about another 45 minutes to get sugar for my iced tea I think this is the worst Chili’s restaurant I’ve ever eaten compared to Out of state the bartender turned out to be my best friend here he had my back every time I had to get up to get something to drink or ask for an extra Alyssa was just all over the place next time I come here I’m only getting my ribs to go I will never sit in this restaurant again. And then come to find out I can’t even pay for my food because I still have to wait on this waitress how much more awful can my experience get
