The smell of Cinnabon is so good. One of the employees was doing the right thing. He gave us the box not from the display in front of the register. I think everything was delicious. I hope they always make everything fresh.

The cinnamon roll is very good, the cinnamon stick and dip is good also. The ice mocha is about $5, could probably get a better cup from Jack in the box for $3. Staffs are friendly and attentive, however, could use a menu with prices to avoid going over a small budget.

Friendly service. Nice upsell, bro, but I’m good with one cinnamon roll and my black coffee. No milk alternatives for lactose intolerant folks. Meh.

So I actually Haven't had a classic roll I want to say in like two years now and so I was excited to go today and have one but It wasn't good. It's kind of stale and the bread tastes different from what I remember and i even bought extra icing. The cashier even offered for the second one to be 10% off, which makes me think now that probably it's been there for a while and they're trying to get rid of them. It's also a pretty warm day and I asked the cashier to give me a big tall water with ice and she agreed to it but then they just handed me over this small half cup of water with no ice after i paid. I don't really know what the issue was there. If I needed to pay because I asked for a large water that would have been fine with me but she didn't say anything. My kids were with me so I didn't want to stir up trouble.

I bought a churro swirl & mini Cinnabon. They were cold and stale hard to bite I took 2 bites threw it away & I had bought icing for $1 for the churro pff. Waste of money the Cinnabon was also cold & doughy we just threw them away. Won't be back for sure. I got fooled by the delicious smell & look of the product. but nope not again 👎

I love Cinnabon but usually go to the one in parkway plaza, where the rolls are soft and gooey. The rolls at this location were so dry I couldn’t finish a single roll. Very disappointing

If you try this place be ready for your order in mind, I was undecided, and the lady on the register was in a mood like I'm her mother of this teenager, excellent costumer service and a smile it's part of your uniform

Worst customer service of any retailer. Refused service because they decided to close early without updating their hours online. Made a 40 minute trip, and yet they wouldn’t provide service over a matter of 3 minutes. Closing time posted was 7pm, and yet at 6:03 they refused service. Will never spend my money with any Cinnabon ever again if this how they treat their customers. Thanks for wasting 40 minutes of my life.
