Update.. now ive tried several things here especially the chicken curry soup!!! WOW FRESH & DELISH!!! ..Ran in bc another pho restaurant up the street completely ignored me when I asked for a take out order.. This was fresh delicious gentleman was so kind & I'm eating leftovers next day as I type this. Delicious !!! Closer to home easier to access. Plenty of parking!!

Great food, amazing, always super friendly service! Food comes out quickly but is very, very fresh! Staff is consistently overheard explaining menu items and answering questions with amazing patience and insight. After almost a dozen visits, I have always had a very high, always positive experience. If you like Vietnamese food (not just Pho) you need to go!

I come here with family and by myself. Food is always good and hot, and customer service is great. I always come back for pho :) but the rest of the food is also good.

Wow! We were in the area to visit the Aldi next door and decided to stop by to grab some pho. We were not disappointed by the pho. The broth is amazing! We are used to having to add spices and sauces to our broth to improve taste but here we hardly added anything for most of our meals because the broth was so good! The price is great, food is delicious, and service is good without being interrupting. 10/10 would recommend!

It's hot in here! As in humid! Leave your jacket in the car 🔥 Great noodle texture! No stickiness you can comb through the noods with a single chopstick and they'll break apart effortlessly. Their chili sauce is real spicy 🔥🔥 Asked for no onions. Got them anyway. Same thing happened yesterday at Cow 7. Gotta figure out a work around to this 🤔 They add green onions and Cilantro. Combined with a squeeze of lemon makes the broth exciting. It's quiet.... Eerily.... There's no music no TV's on .... So everyone can hear everyone's conversation chewing burping noses being blown cooks yelling etc ... Walked out covered in sweat but worth it!!!

The all time best fried egg rolls ever!!! Love this place. Went with a friend and we didn't realize we had talked for hours. We apologized for staying so long but the waiter was so nice about it. Even commented on good friendships! The parking lot is right out front and I've never had an issue with it. Overall a great place to eat!!

It's always delicious and a hearty serving. BBQ pork is smokey and delicious. Sandwich is flaky and full of meat and pickled veggies. The taro Boba is really good. Must try if you're in the mood for pho.

Very quick service and good pricing. Had the beef tendon pho and wife had the chicken pho. Also had the BBQ chicken fresh roll, very good and Thai peanut sauce was great. We enjoy the place Everytime we go..

Good pho, but I hate that the staff sits and watches tv while you eat. The kitchen looks clean and the service is fast and nice.

I was surprised that the taste and quality of their pho didn't change between locations. I frequently go to their original location near Broadway in Chula Vista, but decided to try this location and wasn't disappointed. I really recommend their vegetarian pho, even if you're not vegetarian. It's a simple yet savory base as far as broth goes, letting u really mix in ur own person flavor with the condiments provided. It's also really refreshing seeing a dish with bright green vegetables, even if you're not vegetarian.

I had the vegetarian pho and half an order of the spring rolls (I ate 2 before I took the picture). Everything is delicious, very clean and savory. I gave it 4 stars because the waiters were very distracted 😁

I had the Pho. Soup base was really salty. Tripe was tough. Beef was ok. Noodles were solid. Server was nice. Overall, 3/5

This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I never write reviews but I had to for this one. The Old man was very mean and unwelcoming. I don't know why he's like that but we will never go back here.

Unbelievable.. Says they open at 8. We were there at 9. Said it would be 20 minutes until we could order. We waited outside, then the door was locked. Lame.

Disappointing pho and cleanliness. Pho noodles were cooked so long ago that they were caked up together and disintegrated when I tried to eat it with chopsticks. Tendons had so many black hairs still stuck to them. Made me think they don't clean their ingredients before cooking. The sink was broken, so I couldn't wash my hands after using the restroom. Also made me think workers don't wash their hands after using the restroom. Springroll sauce was watery like someone already used it previously and drooled all over it. I'm never going back to this place.

Restaurant says they close at 9pm Online order until 8:40pm Placed order before 8pm, didn't realize it needed to track order to confirm, and for them to accept. Hubby walked in at 8:20pm and got rudley told by the server that they weren't serve anymore, and that he didn't have time to make the food even do it 8:20pm and they close at 9pm. Make it make sense!!!

I’m very furious leaving this place I brought my son who’s 3 years old and he was playing with the spoon I get it he loves to drum. But when the server came and start yelling at my son. HEY YOU CANT DONT DO THAT !!!! And kept on staring and wait for him to do with a nasty look. I couldn’t help but told the server you know what I can’t eat here I’m goin to leave. And approached us in a rudely manner and the person from the kitchen basically went out also. I said you can’t talk to my kid like that and he said yelling you don’t teach your kid manner. He is 3 years old you nearly traumatized him !! He said get of here LEAVE ! he is very rude. We had a man listening to us the whole entire time outside he event felt bad and he agreed with us. I left crying the place of how I am very upset. Once I was leaving I saw the man we were talking to went inside and approached them also. Never ever going back here again definitely not kid friendly !!

Placed and order with good time before their cut off time. I show up to pick up my order and said he cancelled it cause he can't make it ..I said you close at 9 right? And there's clearly customers in there and a lady ordered as I walked in.asian worker got mad cause I was telling him you close at 9pm right? And he said "hey don't talk to me like that " and I just kept saying u close at 9 Order was placed before 830pm Not a good way to treat customers Why stay open till 9 if u can't order anything. Worst experience and we got our card charged with no food at all What an inconvenience to have to dispute this with my bank Don't recommend this place at all.

I gave him the benefit of the doubt not knowing if he had heard me. He then brought me some lemons so I realized he purposely did not acknowledge me. Later I came to look at the reviews and noticed so many bad reviews about him. I’m never coming back to this location. The restaurants on Naples and Palm are cleaner and have better food and customer service.
