Best Jimmy John's I ever been to as soon as I walked in I was greeted places is clean everything was organized My sandwiches were prepped fast They taste delicious I give them guys a 10 out of 10

I went in to get a Turkey Tom and it was made in less than a minute! I got my sandwich before I finished paying. Great service!!

I love making this location part of my daily routine and the smell of fresh bread as I come in in the staff is always happy and cheerful to see me and ready to take my order exactly as I want , and before you know I filled my pop my sandwich was finished was very fast ! I came in Saturday morning, I was waiting in line to give my order and the employee Roxanne was by herself ringing up and making sandwiches. I just got to say she handled it efficiently and kept up the great vibes. Will come again.

Clean restaurant there on Cicero. Fast service and a good chicken wrap. A little wet, and pricier than expected.

First time at JJ and I have to say the food was delicious! But the staff at this location were very rude. Girl with the glasses at the counter taking our order was rolling her eyes and acting like we were wasting her time. I would come back to JJ but not at this location.

Im a truck driver and called for a delivery 0.9 miles from where their store location is.. and he told me its out of their jurisdiction.. a freakin joke this place is

I went to this Jimmy John’s and ordered a sandwich I told the cashier as well as the sandwich maker that I did not want tomatoes on my sandwich. After receiving my food I began eating and noticed that it had tomatoes that I am highly allergic to. I went back in and told the cashier and sandwich maker who identified her self as being the manager and was rudely told to leave that the store was closed and she was trying to go home. She did nothing to try to accommodate me the only thing she said was my bad after I informed her that I was allergic to the tomatoes. She then refused to give me the store number or provide me with her name. I ended up having an allergic reaction do to her incompetence. This woman was deliberately indifferent to my health and safety and failed to take the proper steps to prevent any risk of harm. I will be contacting the corporate office and possibly legal consultation. This issue could have simply been resolved be refunding my money or remaking my food. Instead I was cursed out and told to leave the store. She even went so far as to call her boyfriend to come to the store to harm me. I’m sure this is not Jimmy John’s customer service policy and this type of behavior is totally unacceptable

Be respectful! Respect doesn’t have a title or position! She needs to get demoted! Horrible representation of this company! 💯💯💯

Went here a few times. Asked for extras and sometimes wouldnt get everything I asked for but that was ok. Went this day and had asked for extras and less mayo. Received a regular sandwich with extra mayo and no extras and didnt get a receipt either. Not sure what the problem was but this was unacceptable and had to get a full refund. Not going to this location anymore. Otherwise, the place is clean and organized.

Didn’t even know the customer service number. You guys suck $2 extra to toast my sandwich then you took roast beef off my sandwich and didn’t replace the meat with turkey when I’m allergic to roast beef and you said it’s an up charge. You guys are going to end up in a law suit. Figure it out asap

I ordered a veggie delight and I get this... then I said oh its fine I'll just remove the turkey, and i find a piece of hair in my sandwich. I hope the manager sees this post and reaches out to me. Waste of money and time. I can't drive all the way back they're closed. I want a refund or gift card because this is unacceptable.
