Round Table Pizza

The only Roundtable in the area that still tastes like old school Roundtable.

Brian delivered our delicious skinny crust pepperoni, sausage, mushroom and olive pizza and it was hot! Everyone at this restaurant is very friendly, competent and the pizza is always delicious.

I went there about three weeks ago. I was there about the time they said it would be ready. I waited an additional 20 minutes for which they apologized and said they would make it up by giving me the next pizza free. I thought, sure. Fast forward to 4/19. I called in the order for two pizzas and advise them that I was told to just mention that I had a free pizza coming to me. After speaking with Hanna, it was confirmed and got two pizzas for $20. Needless to say I took tipped them well for their efforts. This is a business with integrity, and a business that truly values their customers. I won’t go anywhere else for my Round Table Pizza!

By far my favorite 🍕 chain. Superb crust (big fan of the Pan crust, but regular has its charm as well). Very consistent quality and great customer service from this usually busy location. Make sure to have some coups ready or order on Monday (if you know you know) as regular prices can get run pretty high if feeding a group. Always our go-to when we think of Pizza.

Very impressed with this location! 1st thing I noticed was how clean it looked. There was 6 people in line ahead of me but they were very efficient. Hannah was very personable, funny and attentive. I noticed she knew a lot of these customers by name. Her service was above and beyond, even when a customer had a gripe she still had him leave with a smile on his face- even though he was going to have to call corporate to resolve his issue! She communicated great with her staff as well. I drove to this location, passing 2 other Round Tables closer to me, for a special they were having but with today's experience I might make the "trek" to this location as it is well worth it. I did ding a star on the "food" category however as the twists were cooked as one log and that leaves the centers squishy, and the pizza toppings were not well distributed. Regaurdless, hands down great experience.

We drive past a couple Round Tables to go here. I usually love their pizza and have gone here for years. They have been extra busy lately and burned the pizza two times in a row. Hope its not three strikes and your out. If they burn it again we will find another pizza place.

I know there are tons of round tables but the staff at this one seems to be pretty upbeat and always in a good mood. They usually get your food out before the estimated time and then on Mondays with a half off any large,extra large pizza between 4:00 and 7:00 is a must..

The pizza here is really good- the prices are a little overboard though. No pizza should cost $50. The Monday night half off prices is what it should be on a regular day 🤔.

We went on half off Monday. Boy oh boy does it get super busy. Which I'm glad for them but it can be a bit crowded. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Made us feel welcomed. The salad bar was stocked and filled with delicious things. Pepsi product soda bar. Tvs with sports game on in the back area. We enjoyed that they had an aracdey section. Pizza came out pretty fast and delicious. Would go back but maybe get take out on Monday nights.

Lunch buffet is the best deal. Seems to get pretty crowded around lunch time so sometimes it's better if you can go a little bit later like after 1pm.

This location exceeds my expectations on service every time. I’m usually greeted no less than twice when I walk in. The crew is always busy and they’ve never gotten my order wrong. The ambience is as expected, kind of cold and ideal for nothing more than a short chat over a Guinness while you wait for your pizza.

Round table has always been my favorite, but this will be my last pizza from them. A medium half pepperoni half combo was $40. That’s fricking outrageous.

First I will start with a positive. Pizza is great and up to par with where it should be. My reasoning for this review is to hopefully make one small change that makes a difference to people's opinion of a restaurant. We're paying good money for pizza and I think the level of customer service should be set highter than other places. My small suggestion to you is that recently we bought a pizza and 2 liter and while picking up the pizza we wanted 1 ranch side for the pizza. We had already paid for the pizza and didn't have the change to purchase it. So therefor we went without. So either A) include 1 ranch for free and additional should be charge or B) While ringing up the customer you should train your staff to ask so that you can charge the customer up front. The main problem isn't the fee it's how it was handled. But, I do still think 1 ranch isn't asking too much when you're spending good money on pizza. Just an idea. Hope you decide to improve that one small problem. If I visit again and it changes I will gladly raise the 3 star review. Thanks so much. Enjoy.

This is the best Round Table usually. Recently I ordered a medium supreme which left me disappointed. The edges were burnt and had large bubbles which meant no toppings. This time the pizza was a real let down. Skimpy toppings almost no olives or onions . Think I'll take a break from here. Hopefully next time I order the pizza will be as it normally is . Couldn't even enjoy the leftovers, too burnt.

For the record, I've been eating at various Round Table Pizza restaurants since I was a young. It's my favorite local area pizza chain. And this particular shop is one that I used to frequent back in the nineties when I had friends that worked there. So I have a pretty good idea of what to expect. That being said, I really only have one complaint... If you can't cook the pizza properly (make sure the dough is fully cooked) then maybe Monday Appreciation day should no longer exist. I get that it's a promotion that fills the joint and that customers, like my wife, really appreciate because of the savings; but I've started to ignore the savings and save my stomach. Last night was the first time in a while that we've been to this restaurant. (Del's pizza up the street makes a great Garlic pizza and it's fully cooked, but expensive). I won't be back again on a Monday as the problem still exists. The Pizzas are fine on other days. But Mondays are a no go.

Ordered pizza and salads on November 29, 2022. The girl took the money in his hands, held paying our order. And then not to wash your hands, gave us a salad bowls. Pizza is very tasty. Very cool to do salads. The girl was very polite, offered us a business lunch. But I did not want to leave a tip girl due to the fact that she served us the plates were not with my hands.

Second time ordering from here... it took them forever to get my pizza. I get that it was a busy day seeing it was a Monday. I got there around 6:16 after I phoned in my order around 540, and finally actually able to leave with my pizza around 640ish. When I was told it was only to be 5 minutes left.. But the next day me and my daughter are having stomach issues and the only thing I've had that would have bothered me is the pizza.

I just can't get over the smell in the bathroom. Anyways, staff was ok nothing to complain about, if anything they were particularly patient with an odd customer there at the same time as us... My daughter's pizza was ok. My salad, not so much. Some of my toppings had a fermented taste. It was our visit to the restroom that drew a line and prompted this review. It smelled soooo so bad, like a litterbox for multiple cats (odd I know) but it was so bad and to top it off there were cockroaches seen while in there. I don't think I will ever go back to this location again 🤢

All restaurants are a lot stingier with coupons and promotions, so this sort of deal is really rare. And every time I go in on a Monday, they seem more than twice as crowded as they otherwise might be, so I hope they keep this for a long time. 3) alway clean location and friendly staff. BUT… my issue: the pizzas are center-loaded more often than not (see photo). There is an outer ring of crust, a little sauce and cheese, and a smattering of toppings. Then there’s an inner ring where there’s a whole pizza worth of toppings. These then partially melt back together after slicing, and since there’s way more toppings than the pointy end of the slice can possibly handle, so the crust slides out from under the toppings. Which is sad because toppings want to be eaten with the rest of the pizza, and shoveling the toppings back onto the slice from the bottom of the box just isn’t quite the same. I did delivery for a much lesser brand of pizza years ago, and as a driver, they knew better than to let me near the actual production area, but it was drilled into all the employees -“no center loading!” I mean there should be a silver dollar size circle at the very center of the pizza that should only be cheese and sauce, because no topping is going to survive being cut that many times. That gives more topping to the rest of the pizza. So, RT, please look into this. I know you can do better than this. You’re way better than this! I look forward to visiting your location for decades into the future.

Dealing with the people up front and ordering the food was great we didn't have to wait long we were able to get what we wanted the problem that I'm having with round table Pizza and this place is that it's pretty disgusting when you want a salad and you have a child over there with dirty nasty hands sticking their hands in all the vegetables it's not changed the child's not corrected but gee the next person gets to eat something slimy so good luck with that.

I haven't had a pizza in 5 years. I decided to go to round table Pizza and order a small pizza. Well it was dry. No sauce and just awful. So I called them and told them the pizza was no good that it had no sauce on it. It was dry. She said. Oh we'll make you another one. I went back and got the second pizza. It was even worse dry cakey pizza. It is awful. I'll never go there again

After we get done eating, an employee asked how our pizza was. I informed the employee that there was way too much sauce on our pizza and the employee followed my statement by saying that he did not really care how it was. He was just asking because it was his job. Ive never experienced this level of disrespect before from someone in customer service. I will never return to this round table again.

Ordered a pizza . Was told 45 minutes. Went straight in after work about 45 minutes after ordered. Waited an hour before they presented me the wrong pizza. Waited another 35 minutes for my pizza. Was told next pizza is on the house just give them my phone number on next order. So i calm in my next order and they have no record of my "on the house pizza". Last time i go to this location

At first the owner greeted us we came in... a great start so I thought... lunch buffet, not truly a lunch buffet. He only had 3 pizza up and only one was half pepperoni. Can not eat any other pizza due to allergies. We asked the owner to do another pepperoni due to allergies, he refused due to there were only 3 people in his establishment, then advised me I should have ordered my own pizza, if I needed something special. I did not know pepperoni is considered a special pizza. I had 3 slices of a small pepperoni pizza. I asked for my money back on my meal only, owner refused... unsure where the customer service is, but it is not here.

I have ordered from here several times and this time I have to say was the worst. Placed the order at722pm, the guy on the phone took my order then said it would be about 50-55 minutes. My response was "wow really"? Then he just repeated himself and ended the call. After about hour and ten minutes I call back to find out where the pizza is and had a girl answer who asked me several questions before she could find my order?? When she finally found it she insisted that the guy I placed the order with told me it would be 60-65 minites. I hung up with only receiving a discount on my order which is the coupon I always use. As I write this review it is now 843pm and the pizza has still not arrived. The worst customer service. And to add I am a whole 10 minutes from their location..... Update pizza finally arrived at 855pm was luke warm and vastly under cooked. We called them asked for a new pizza to be sent they told us it would be another hour before it got here. We asked if the driver come back and get the pizza and gives our money back. She said it would be another 45 minutes before they could do that. After about ten minutes of being on the phone with a very disrespectful female employee we offered to bring the pizza back and get our money to go and get dinner else where....it should not take one and a half hours to get a pizza from a place only ten minute down the road.... will never order from here again. Subpar pizza for the price and terrible service✌️😑👎🏻🍕

I have had the ocasion to order from this location many times, the people are very rude, refuse to take valid coupons that have their store address on it just because they were having trouble with the code. I have recieved my orse wrong, but excepted it anyway so the driver wouldn't have to go back, you would think that they would show they appreciate it on their end, but not here. I ordered and paid for soda to be delivered w my pizza, what they failed to mention is they changed the size.

Looked like they’d only be good for an hour before they turned hard and stale.” I mentioned that I’ve eaten day old twists that were way better than this.
