Great tasting & excellent service! We had sweet & sour chicken, fried rice, & seafood boil Combo 3. Honestly, not a bad thing to say about any of it. The restaurant is cute & clean too. Definitely now one of our favorites that we will frequent often!!

Very good delicious, flavor and quality is better than boilingcrab. Highly recommended. Staff are always friendly & they are not crowded unlike in boilingcrab that is also very pricey. Here in asian cajun the prices and combo price is reasonable even though they raised prices coz of inflation. damn california inflation, blame it on gov newsom too for all prices going up at restaurant and everywhere in cali.

We were warmly greeted and received great service throughout. My wife ordered the crawfish and she enjoyed it, and she has high standards imo for crawfish. I had some fried rice, chow mein, and chicken and they were all on point. Thanks Asian n Cajun 2!

Amazing food at a really good deal. Used door dash to look at the menu, but called to place the order and saved ~$10 that way. The sesame balls were hot and fresh and it was only $7.25 for 8 of them. Best chow mein ever

This was the best restaurant I have had the pleasure of being to in a while. The food was really good, my waiter was really nice and did their job perfectly. All in all 10/10 would make a regular eating spot if I had enough money to constantly go out and eat.

Love love love this place! Kai is my absolute favorite. The service is unmatched, the food is amazing and greatly priced. So delicious, best honey walnut shrimp in town. I am always recommending ‘Asian N Cajun 2’ any chance I get.

Kai is awesome! Sent us positive vibes the entire visit and Kai gives EXCEPTIONAL service. Absolutely incendiary. Broken king crab has plenty of meat. 🦀🦀Me and my mom had the most pleasant visit. We both left feeling great about our time with Kai.

This place is an ABSOLUTE GEM!!! So glad we decided to come here vs The Boiling Crab in Sac. This place is much closer than boiling crab and their seafood boil was incredible, fresh, and so flavorful!!! 10/10 we will definitely be back when we are craving seafood again. Also can’t wait to try their Chinese food! For 2 people we paid just under $98 for a lb of snow crab, a lb of shrimp, 2 corns, fried crab wontons, and garlic noodles.

Great food! Kind employees. Fun decor. I came an hour before close on a Sunday and the food was still high quality and much tastier than most Chinese food I order. Another pork chow mein I have liked is at Fortune Garden in El Dorado Hills and it’s much saucier than here. I think saucier dishes is sort of a thing to appeal to Americans. This one is very tasty and seems more authentic. I feel better after eating it than a saucier version. I want to come back at an earlier time because I would hope to see it very busy. With a name like Asian n Cajun I honestly wasn’t expecting high quality Asian food but this is a good Chinese food restaurant.

If you enjoy seafood boils, Cajun flavors, or just good comfort food in general, this place is definitely worth visiting. Highly recommended!

I am on a visit to California, and a family member insisted this is a must go to place. I am glad I had the chance to eat there. During a weekday, the whole place was mainly for us. They have these buckets that have all kinds of seafood in them. You get to choose whether it's spicy or mild. Each bucket has shrimp,mussels, crab legs, lobster, potatoes, and corn on the cub. They also have different rice choices. The food tastes great, and the service is very friendly and pleasant. Just prepare to get messy and enjoy. I would definitely repeat that experience if I happen to visit again.

At first I Was disappointed they didn’t have the same menu as Natomas. Had to order sides but when the food came out it was pretty big and we were able to share for 4.... taste great! $30 more than worth the price! And 2 drinks were included!

The food was exceptional. The breading on their chicken was shockingly crunchy, but it had a lot of give to it—it wasn't overdone at all. This place is a hidden gem.

My husband and I visited this place last month. The food here tastes amazing! The reason they get 4 stars is because when I got the Szechuan Shrimp, there, literally, were only 5 pieces of shrimp and a bunch of veggies. My husband ordered a chicken dish and the same goes for him. But it all tasted amazing. They just shouldn't skimp on the meat/seafood.

When I did got their food, it was thru Doordash & it was good from what I can remember!

First time here and the food was pretty good. Loved the garlic flavor with mild seasonings. Upset that when we were odering the serve told us the combo was a lot of food and basically trying to convince us not to oder the plate of sweet and sour chicken plate. I want to give more stars because my walnut shrimp and fried rice was great. We were there with a party of 7 and most people really liked what they got. The downside was 2 people in our party were immediately in the bathroom once we got home. The other downside, one waiter was really great, the other not so much. He forgot one thing we ordered, made rude comments about a pitcher of soda we had at our table even though it was the other waiters idea to bring it to us. It was just a weird experience with him but the other guy was fabulous. So, while the food was pretty good, I think this can be a hit or miss.

We seem to go here often. The food is good when it's good, but the seafood boils can be super inconsistent. Ordered the King Crab boil last week and it had a lot of shrimp, only 2 mussels, and clams so small we couldn't tell the difference between them and the onions in the sauce. But somehow, we keep going!

Probably better than firehouse crawfish, flavors were good. Prices were fair. It hit the spot for my wife's cravings for seafood but unless it's a special occasion I don't know if I would come back again.

We went for Dungeness crab and they didn't have any. We we're disappointed and ended up just ordering an appetizer which was delicious. The decor looks as though it was previously a sandwich shop but it's clean and freshly painted. The staff are inviting and attentive. We will definitely be trying them out again.

Update Went again with a buddy and got 2 beef dishes, 4 beers, large rice, cajun frys, and boil Combo #2 Hot with fusion for the sauce. The 2 lunch special dishes were great and tasted pretty good. The Cajun Garlic fries have a great bite and are perfect in terms of the garlic. The Boil left much to be desired. The sauce was bland and very watery. It looked more like water with spices in it but still was bland. It doesn't coat the seafood at all and just tasted slightly spicy with no other flavors coming through. The shrimp and crawdads were great and weren't overcooked, but once again, no flavor due to the horrible sauce. The clams had broken shells in them. The server was great though. She was super attentive and when we said the sauce was bland and watery/thin, she went to the kitchen and got slightly thicker sauce for us to go. The sauce was now thicker but still had almost no flavor. Pic of watery sauce and to go sauce included. First Review I got a seafood combo with white rice and a shrimp chow mein to go for the wife. Asked the server to sub potatoes for either sausage or corn. I asked him twice and he said ok. He didn't write the order down and just left. Got the combo and rice and it was great. The shrimp weren't overcooked and tasted fine. However he forgot to sub potatoes and he grabbed one for me later when he placed the Togo order on the side. Got the check and saw that it was vegetable not shrimp chow mein. No offer to change or sub or anything. Overall, male server was pretty bad but food was great.

Disgusting!!! Worst seafood I have ever had, and we eat seafood and crab boils regularly. Asked for no clams, and still got clams. Wouldn’t be a big deal, but the clams were not stuck to the inside of their shells, so pieces of clam were floating all over the food. The food was luke warm. The sauce was DISGUSTING. Garlic fries were really good tho!!

Love some Cajun Boil but unfortunately multiple things went wrong while we were eating here. First, we asked for our food “to go” and they gave us dine in instead. This was not a big deal, however, we didn’t get any crab crackers and had to ask for them. We also chose to substitute out clams with EXTRA mussels; we instead got NO mussels at all (waitress also forgot to mention an extra charge for substitutions). Last but not least, we noticed a customer come in to complain that the past 3 times they had came in they either got sick or had some sort of mistake in their order. Our food tasted good so I’ll give it at least one star for that but everything else should have been fixed and/or covered while we were at the restaurant.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had! Waitress Sasha was her name only came on her own to the table twice once to give us the food. Then about 45mins later to see if it was good. We were there for 2hrs. Spent alot of money and every time we needed something we had to get up&find her. From water refills to asking other questions. Waitress (Sasha) was very snarky& condescending. Worst service ever! She shouldn't be in customer service if she can't atleast fake to be polite and provide customers w/a good experience. But food was AMAZING!!

Almost immediately I noticed it was a sister restaurant and decided to give this location a try. I was extremely disappointed to find the chicken for the orange chicken and the general chicken to be extremely over-fried to the point as you can see in the photos that I would describe it as trying to eat pork grinds. I will say in a positive note that the house fried rice was delicious. But after spending $50, I felt like I deserved at the very least, edible protein dishes. Before writing this review I attempted to contact the store but the line rang and rang on several attempts and I was not able to get in though with anyone from the store.

Maybe I got played because it was a Take Out order. Thanks. And of course they were closed by time I made my discovery. I'm grossed out & hungry. Happy Birthday to me.
