Omg my sister and I were out for our sister night it was our first time here they had live music a guy named Alex was playing he was incredible and the food was amazing and our server Kassie was so busy but still took excellent care of us we had a wonderful experience

We had a amazing time at Sammy's, great food, amazing service and fun times. Haily was so awesome, over and above service she made our whole night and we have little kids and she made sure we had a nice table in a great area. She is Amazing our first time at Sammy's and we will definitely be back.

I love this restaurant! The staff take great care of me when I come in, & the food was back to Awesome today! I'm just sad that they downgraded the dressing that they put on the duck tacos, it's definitely not as good as it was a year or two ago. I regularly order the Duck tacos & fried Brussel sprouts. The lobster bisque is amazing!

Love it here! Great atmosphere! Competitive, quick game play. Employees are lots of fun and very interactive with the tables while making sure to maintain ga high standard of professionalism and class. Sammy's restaurant is always on point and while you're playing, Stones offers 35% the entire food menu. I highly recommend anyone in, around, or traveling through the Sacramento area to stop in and enjoy themselves!!

My family and I have been going to Sammy’s off and on for years. Lately they have been having many staffing issues and have had delays in food and bar service. We had the best possible experience from Patty the sous chef here, she was the active manager for the night and was very proactive in telling us their situation and making sure we were taken care of. She was an absolute delight and very compassionate. Despite the issues that MANY businesses are facing I will happily be returning as soon as I can for some good food and good drinks.

I've been coming here for the past year and half every time I visit from SD! This location is better than any location I've been to, even in my own city. The vibe is great with the booths and TV's everywhere. I love, love the employees. Josh always delivers friendly & INCREDIBLE service. The manager Kelly, always makes sure me and my bf are taken care of as well Holly and Daisha as well!! thank you guys for always making my favorite pancakes ever!!! I'll be back per usual

I was a little wary considering the restaurant was inside a gambling hall, (not to get confused with a casino), but I must say the inside was very impressive indeed. The food was actually very good, although the New York Style pizza was far from being "New York Style", IMO... The Messy Sundae was incredible and you better ask for 2 spoons to share it with!

They have a bar, a restaraunt seating area, and the gaming floor. All seperate. NO SMOKE INSIDE. Also on a side note 35% discount if you are playing a game. Great and I mean GREAT food, reasonable pricing and bigger than average portions.

My boyfriend and I just ate here for dinner. Granted we came in around 11:30; our waitress, Shannon, was very obviously not satisfied with us. She Lost out on a great tip due to her uncalled for rude service. She passed over us multiple times and just seemed overall unhappy that he and I sat in her section. I know we look like a couple kids, and with us both being under 23 I understand why she might think we were just a couple kids. But that was completely uncalled for. Other than the service, the food was fantastic especially for the price. I'll definitely go back, but I'm most certainly asking for a different waitress. Never judge the books by the cover.

I am a regular; love the happy hour prices. The kitchen staff gets it wrong occasionally but overall the food is great. The bartenders are attentive and provide good service. Daniel has integrity in his craft and is a phenomenal bartender; he makes a great whiskey sour! Wish they had coasters at the bar😉

Wagyu burger? Nah, but they make a run of it. This place exceeds expectations everything. If you were their gym coach you'd say, "puts the E in effort".

I went to this restaurant for the first time. It was my 60th birthday and I guess I was expecting a lot. The food menu is okay. But no different from any other restaurant. I was hoping to see a larger selection. Something like the casinos have out of state. The server was very polite and friendly. And the security guard at the front of the building was extremely and friendly.

Love gambling here. I play Blackjack mostly sometimes Spanish 21. Always usually a seat open at blackjack tables. Dealers are friendly staff is attentive. When it's busy can sometimes be hard to get a drink but just be patient. Tip your dealers and wait staff well. They deserve it. I love the lucky lucky bet. And Sammy's restaurant and bar is a great place to grab some food. They will bring it to you while you are playing as well if you don let wanna leave your seat at the game tables. Love the big booths they are great for big parties of guests. I like them even if it's just me. LoL.

Second time here. I must confess I don't drink and didn't gamble; I came solely to eat. Service is to notch and it's a good place to watch a game; I was here during the NFL playoffs. Although I don't care about sports great chance to get a bite, have some drinks and watch a game.. Did I mention they have have happy hour 7 days a week, 3 to 6..

Sammy’s Restaurant & Bar has a variety of foods on their menu which my little family can appreciate. My 12 year old loves the Pho. My 2 year old loves the Truffle Fries. My husband likes the Pizza (either hawaiin or Pepperoni) & I love their Duck tacos. The Salt & Pepper wings are good but in my experience they over seasoned them with the Red pepper flakes which made them unshareable. We usually walk right in to whatever seats or booths are open. Overall service isn’t super terrible but we normally get a drink or two from the bar and usually wait a while to actually get the drinks. Definitely check the happy hour if you want to try some of their food items at a discount. Atmosphere wise it’s tucked away enough from the casino to not feel super weird we are having dinner with kids. Overall the place is really nice. They now have an indoor golf simulator. We will surely come back.

Came here around 2am. Our server Justin is was very accommodating. The food was very yummy. I liked the atmosphere, it wasnt too loud and the big booths were very comfortable.

It is a Casino restaurant. Right in the middle of the casino floor too. Noise is high. Food was substandard Las Vegas food. Was very pricey ($30 for chicken) so ended up getting dessert elsewhere.

We came here for lunch. The service was very good. It has an interesting menu with different cuisines on the menu. The food was ok. Nothing mind blowing. I had a salad with salmon. The mushrooms on this pizza was good. Crust was perfectly soft in the middle. Just wish it was a tad less rustic with the toppings. But I did eat all the crust.

The server was great, the casino was a bit loud which is fine if you are okay with that. It's great there was no smoking inside that I was aware of. What I am writing this review about was the food, which to be honest was mostly okay. We got dumplings to share, which was pretty nice. She got some kind of chicken and rice bowl, which was also pretty nice. I got the waygu cheeseburger with fries. From the start with my first fry, I thought if the rest of the food was this good, we were in for a great night. And then I tasted the burger. It was just missing something. There was nothing special about it. I tried putting ranch on it, and that didn't do it. I tried a mouthful of the burger and a bite of the pickle, which did add some, but it just wasn't right. For beef that is supposedly of a higher quality (waygu) than your normal grocery beef, the flavor was just not there. It was as if it was just hiding. Or it wasn't seasoned enough, or the bun just wasn't a right fit for this thing. I was disappointed. Everything else was pretty damn good, but the burger definitely missed the mark. Then as a to-go order we got the apple pie pizza since that seemed interesting, and I gotta say, it just didn't work. A thin pizza crust with the apple pie fillings on top is a giant miss. It really needed that pie crust to bring it all together. It was basically like emptying an apple pie onto a plate and told people to dip flavorless crackers into it. So the waygu cheeseburger was missing something, and the apple pie pizza was a dud. The rest of the stuff was great, but these 2 food options just didn't work. For a restaurant, the food is the most important thing to me, which is why I gave this overall a 3 instead of 4. Also apparently her something sunset drink wasn't great either. She said it was good on the alcohol portion, but the flavor wasn't good.

Came here for a breakfast meeting. Was able to seat myself, which is a plus. Unfortunately however, one of the plates that was set out for our table wasn't washed enough and still had food stains. The prices of this restaurant are decent, no bargains but it won't hurt your wallet too bad. I ordered a chopped chicken salad which was great. The only problem with it was the chicken was a little too charred. Other than that, nice place for being right next to a casino.

Made reservations.Requested a table since I use a rollator.I am 78 and have difficulty walking .When arrived ,told it was open seating and had to eat in booth which is on a platform. When food finally started to arrive, waitress plunked my husband’s order in front of me and hurriedly left . I had ordered the flat iron steak not a pasta dish . Never saw our waitress again until she brought out my steak about 20 minutes later. Others at our table were half way through their meal. I had asked for medium rare and it was raw in the middle. I only had a regular dinner knife and try to cut the steak but it was so dull I couldn’t. Asked for a steak knife and was told they didn’t have any other knives. My son had to cut my steak for me and he had difficulty. No apologies for anything. Prices were high and there were no extras like rolls or bread. My steak with fries was $34. It had little flavor. Took it home and recooked it.

If you look at their menu online, you won’t find any prices. There’s a reason for that. Overpriced, bland food being served poorly. Save your money.

Spent from 3am till 5am puking my brains out. Service was ok friendly staff, I waited a long time for my first beer but my server covered my second as a resolution. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and the wings. The wings were amazing very delicious and well cooked. My spaghetti on the other hand... the pasta and sauce were pretty good but the meatballs tasted bad worse than tv dinner meatballs... I was starving so I ate my meal as the meatballs were bare able. The wait was long so I didn't say anything until I saw my server again at the end of the meal I paid my tab and left... I spent this morning puking uncontrollably and I'm pretty positive it was bad meatballs. I hope to save someone in the near future from my same fate as my Saturday is most likely ruined now that I feel like garbage.

Always love the duck tacos here but today my wife and I came for lunch and witnessed the most ridiculous thing from the person who was making food. It is an open kitchen/prep area so you look directly at the people making the food. Right after we started eating our meal, which took 40 minutes to make for a salad and a pizza, an employee started working in the food area making food and in less then 5 minutes he scratched his beard with both hands and then went instantly back to handling food, he took his hat off or touched the bill of it and moved it around at least 8-10 times and then scratched and picked his nose. This was all in full view of us, he had no gloves on at anytime or washed hands after any of these occurrences. All the waitress could say was “oh I’m sorry” before almost running and hiding in the back. Thanks for the horrible experience and unfortunately we will not be back and definitely wont recommend here anymore either

I even ask the waitress "what breakfast does she recommend that have have a lot of meat?" She gave a recommendation, I said "I'll get that" The Meeting went on all the people who ordered got their breakfast. Meeting was done at 9:30 am. Never got my breakfast, they comp my coffee. I learn something today, if I am going to this place for a meeting, have breakfast somewhere else.
