Desde que cruzamos la puerta del Animation Café, supimos que no era un restaurante cualquiera… era un lugar donde la magia se siente en el aire. Nos recibió Stitch, y ese momento quedó grabado en nuestro corazón. Se acercó a la más pequeña de la familia, le habló, la hizo reír y la hizo sentir especial. Ella ama a Stitch, y verlo frente a ella fue un sueño hecho realidad. Ver su carita iluminada fue, sin duda, lo más hermoso de la noche. El concepto nos encantó. Haces tu pedido en una pantalla digital y luego pasas a sentarte, lo que hace todo más ágil y cómodo. Mientras te acomodas y disfrutas el ambiente, el tiempo vuela sin que lo notes. El lugar es pequeño y acogedor, lo que crea una atmósfera íntima y muy especial. El staff estuvo siempre atento, amable y pendiente de cada detalle. Nos explicaron que podíamos pintar los manteles y que al fondo había un espacio donde los niños podían usar acuarelas acompañados por alguien del equipo. Fue maravilloso verlos dibujar, crear y dejar volar su imaginación mientras esperábamos la comida. Las bebidas estaban increíbles y la comida deliciosa, pero más allá del sabor, lo que nos llevamos fue la experiencia. Ver los cortos de animación, descubrir cómo de un simple dibujo nace la magia, participar en dinámicas y aprender más sobre Disney hizo que la noche fuera aún más especial. Es de esos lugares donde no solo vas a comer, vas a crear recuerdos. Donde los niños se sienten protagonistas y los adultos volvemos a ser pequeños por un momento. Sin duda, uno de nuestros favoritos y un lugar al que volveríamos mil veces más. ✨💙🎨

Es un lugar tematizado el sabor rico de Liverpool la verdad lo mejor es el servicio y su servicios es muy bueno en sabor de alimentos es muy de su estilo con una temática los jugos muy frescos el club sándwich muy rico y todo estaba con buena calidad yo creo que es como su Gourmet de Liverpool pero de Disney. Maravilloso felicidades por el servicio de César ya había puesto 5 estrellas pero pasó que su chico de recepción cuando llegamos muy bien y al final fue grosero estábamos tomando la foto donde está mickey y llegó a decirnos que no se podía sentar los niños y otros muchos ya lo habían echo y no hay ningún letrero y se hizo con cuidado. Ese pequeño detalle arruina toda la experiencia de servicios que hizo mesero, la de los dibujos que linda atención con mis sobrinos y los de cocina. Ambiente lindo y si todos muy contentos.

The food was delicious, the ingredients were clearly high quality, and it's definitely worth experiencing with the kids. They'll have fun, and you can also share a nice moment while you wait for your food—you can even draw! The waitress and the entire staff were very friendly.

The place is very pleasant, with a varied menu for children and adults. The coffee is delicious, and the lemon pie is one of the best I've ever had. You can draw on the placemats with the Animation Cafe app and the stylus they provide, which you can take home as a souvenir, along with a small lithograph.

I loved it!!! Without a doubt, an amazing place to enjoy breakfast. It's located on the upper floor of Liverpool department store. If you arrive early, it's very easy to get in; otherwise, I recommend making reservations online to avoid a long wait. The entire restaurant is decorated with a Disney theme and characters. Every so often, they give you a card featuring a character, and you can start your collection. While you wait for your breakfast/lunch, they play Disney movies and/or music, which can keep the little ones entertained. They can also draw or color. All the food is based on Disney characters. A must-try in Mexico City.

Last night I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant after browsing the Christmas bazaar. I finally got to try the eggnog!!! The atmosphere is also peaceful and family-friendly, perfect for taking children. Personally, it took me back to my childhood, watching my favorite Disney movies and believing that all it took was setting your dreams high, and that Christmas was a time when anything was possible. They show clips from their movies and play iconic songs on the screens, the service is very friendly, they're attentive to making sure you have a pleasant experience, and the dishes are themed; for Christmas they have turkey in cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, and vegetables.

Highly recommended. You can draw your Disney character on a sheet of paper with the help of an app that guides you through super easy steps. There are other activities for children as well. The atmosphere is fun and the service is good.

Everything was incredible, from the reception to the attention of the two ladies who served us. Food: The portions were very large; at first, I thought the dishes were small. The dessert (Cruella) was good, but the raspberries and berries were super sour. Drinks: Totally different and unusual, I tried Ursula's. In my opinion, the gummy bears weren't as tasty, but it's worth trying. The only minor detail was that upon arrival, we told the host that we were celebrating a 2-year-old girl's birthday. She probably wouldn't like a hat, but they could sing to her, and they didn't. That was the only nice touch. Out of a bill for 3 people and a 2-year-old girl, I paid $1,700 with a 15% tip, so it's a great value for money. Thanks to all your staff, they were very friendly.

A great place Good food, carefully considered thematic details and flavors. The service is very good, friendly, and attentive. The atmosphere is pleasant and in keeping with what you expect from a Disney experience. Plus, if it's your birthday, they bring you cake and sing you a surprise song 🎂 My partner and I will definitely be back.
