The bubble waffles are always fresh and delicious, and I love the banoffee here. It’s a great vibe to hang out for a while with a couple friends, very chill location.

I really loved the boba here and the dessert selection is wonderful! I highly recommend the ice cream and waffle! I usually order my fruit teas at a low sweetness level and it was the right amount of sweet and tart. Great drinks all around, and it's a great study spot with good lighting and nice ambiance. Free 1 hour parking is available on the street around the corner.

The Bobacat brown sugar milk tea was delicious - tapioca pearls are yummy. ✨ The chocolate bubble waffle is tasty too. 🧇 I'll return here and bring a friend! Plus they were dressed up for Halloween 🎃👻 Love it!

The atmosphere is very cozy, the shop’s in a good location (though not wheelchair accessible) and the staff were kind! Although, the tea was mild in flavor and the snacks were not as appetizing. The buns were Hawaiian rolls with a thin glaze.
