The food was great, definitely felt like a great value with their 2 for 1 sushi special. The rolls were very creative. I wouldn't recommend for a traditional sushi experience, but their rolls were yummy and different than others I've tried! Service was great, I loved the outdoor seating options.

Love going here to get my sushi. Super good 2 for 1 deals and whilst some rolls have a Mexican twist to them they're actually very nice so maybe order something a bit different. They also do other main dishes but I've never tried them. Service is also good here.

Sushi rolls are good value for money. The Tori Roll is a personal favourite. The interior of the restaurant is very nice and modern. The food service can sometimes be a little slow, but overall service is good.

Esta cadena es un ejemplo de esas en las que dependiendo la sucursal, es la atención y el sabor de la comida. En este caso, esta sucursal es la que a mí me gusta, siempre son constantes con la calidad de los alimentos; el servicio puede mejorar pero es bueno en general y la atmósfera es linda (tal vez por la colonia).

Pedí por Uber y la verdad me sorprendió el servicio llegó muy bien todo impecable solo que ya frío 😞. Pero aun así está rico el sushi yo creo caliente pudo haber estado mejor

Los postres están deliciosos, la comida buena y lo mejor el servicio se su personal, en especial el de Esmeralda 😉

El lugar agradable, excelente servicio pero mejorar un poco el tiempo en el que se entrega la comida ya que pedimos 2 California sushi y se tardaron más que los primeros rollos que habíamos pedido. La comida muy rica

Pedí a domicilio, el sushi esta que ni se puede comer se desbarata todo, el sabor del aguacate es como si ya estuviera a punto de pasarse. No vuelvo a pedir este sushi.

Procuraré no regresar. No tienen soya natural, "sólo preparada". Pedí un vaso de agua simple y me dijeron que "no servía" el filtro, sólo me venden botellas de agua=+basura. El servicio muy lento y mediocre y eso de que el lugar estaba a un 40% de su capacidad. El Yakimeshi de verduras, sólo tenia zanahoria y pimiento, lo cual lo hacía muy dulce. No me gustó. La verdad no recomendaría el lugar para una buena comida.

Service is so slow, 30+ minutes for the sushi. Food is not too bad, the 2 for 1 deal is good value for money. But the wait is very painful.

Nothing crazy about those sushi. I had the salmon and philadelphia roll which had way too much rice and not enough salmon and cream cheese. I also had the mango roll that was good.

Las raciones son muy pobres aunque con buen sabor. No lo recomiendo la Ramen Shoyun es muy poca. En la foto. Se ve que tan poco es. NO RECOMIENDO EL LUGAR. Hay mejores por el mismo precio.

En el lugar había 2 mesas ocupadas y se tardaron como 5 minutos para pasarnos al lugar, otros 5 minutos para darnos las cartas, la comida tardo mucho apesar de que el lugar estaba casi vacío y el personal no estaba haciendo nada, una chica estaba poniéndose crema en las manos en lugar de preguntar si necesitabamos algo, nuestros platillos yacestaban en la barra y nadie los llevaba a la mesa y cuando lo llevaron a la mesera se le cayó una pieza de sushi y me preguntó que si lo tomaba ella o yo con la mano para ponerlo en mi plato. Al final cuando pedimos la cuenta también se tardaron y la mesera fue un poco grosera. Ya no nos dan ganas de regresar.

I had 2 of the most mediocre sushi rolls I have ever had. The rice wqas dry as if it was sitting around for 2 days. It was inexpensive, around 7 USD with a lemonade but spend a few extra bucks and try another spot.

Meh. Subpar sushi for the price. I am pretty sure they watered down my Mezcal as well (I am a big fan of the brand, doesn't usually taste that flat- waste of $100 pesos on that one.) They are trying really hard, but not quite making it. The tempura was borderline soggy and very small. I work two blocks away and was excited to find what looked to be a good sushi spot in the neighborhood, but won't be returning.

Pésimo servicio y atención de parte del personal. Realizamos un pedido bajo la aplicación de DIDI MÉXICO pidiendo una promo de arroz y PAGANDO un rollo de sushi, se llamó a la sucursal a verificar que pudieran cubrir las modificaciones nos dicen que si, llega mi pedido sin el rollo que ya pague. Al momento de llamar a presentar la queja la señorita atendiendo ni dejaba hablar y su respuesta fue que ellos mandaron completo un pedido que claramente ellos no metieron en su sistema. PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN

Me gustó la comida , lo pésimo que el mesero me añadió a fuerza la propina sin mi consentimiento y sin preguntar , cuando yo ya la había añadido a mi cuenta , me la cobró doble en mi tarjeta, fue en la sucursal de la Roma , se me hace de muy mal gusto que se porten así los meseros y más cuando el servicio no es de lo mejor.

Hay una chava medio gordita cabello corto, desde que vi abierto pasé, entiendo que su servicio comienza a la 1,así que espere pacientemente a dicha hora pero esta señorita llegada la 1:04 pm del día 26/02/2026 me afirmaba no tener sistema con tal de no tomar mi orden se me hace una falta de trepador ya que dispuso de mi tiempo por más de media hora para que al final no pudiera tomar mi orden por que “no hay sistema” escribí la fecha y hora para que tomen acciones en contra de esta chava cabello corto lente rellenita

I had a horrible experience at Kabuki Sushi in Mexico City, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Yes, it’s cheap, but the quality follows along in every possible way—from the food to the service to the overall experience. Shortly after eating, I started feeling sick, and by the time I got home, I realized I had food poisoning. The fish didn’t taste fresh, but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt—huge mistake. To make matters worse, the manager was an absolute nightmare. He was rude, dismissive, and acted like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. Any time I had a simple request, he made me feel like I was asking for too much, rolling his eyes and speaking to me in the most condescending way possible. It was clear he had no interest in customer service and even less interest in addressing concerns about the food. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place was bad enough that I felt like I had to. Terrible food, awful service, and a manager who should find a new job. Even for the low price, it’s not worth it. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely disgusted and disappointed. Food was average at best , sushi was overly sweet and service was horribly sour. The lady quite literally sighed at every one of us for not placing a tip even though the final payer did leave a tip . She then refused to clean the table and got someone else to take over. Would 100% avoid- there are so many nicer places around to eat.

I’ve eaten here before a few times, but todays service was horrible. I received an naranjada that tasted expired. We tried to explain that it tasted expired and we could not drink it, only to receive the response that it was our opinion. I asked for the manager and as well, the response from Ricarco was “the manager is not here”. She did not try to help us and was extremely rude, not offering anything else. I also asked for my receipt which she did not give me, only the store copy.

If you sacrifice an animal, make sure it tastes good. We were 7ppl having a last minute bite so we thought we’d give it a try but have never had fish or sushi taste this bad. First it came out frozen and when they swapped it it was just as sad. We’ve not had a single bad meal in the past year in Mexico until last week here 🙁
