Food was good, really good deal some days 2 whole chickens for $33 and change. Music was nice. Just change the TV primer impacto isn't something I want to be watching while eating.

The wife and I are regulars here but todays service was horrible. We arrived a bit before 7 decided to eat there but something was different this time. One section was closed of to everyone per the supervisor/manager on shift there...Soon after we got our order they started putting chairs on top of tables and mopping making the few customers eating already there uncomfortable including ourselves. There was a VERY strong PINOL order inside due to mopping,it wasn't 7:30 yet and we we're pretty much rushed to eat and get the hell out...I love this place but after today's experience things might chance...missing the old manager there (Lalito)

I am a regular customer and always like the food. Today’s service was totally horrible. They took a long time to give me the food and they forgot to give me the drink. When we taste the rice it tastes so much of garlic. I would not recommend this place to eat to anybody. Today is the last time I will buy chicken from Pollo Feliz.

My whole family got food poisoning from here. We were questioning why the chicken was so dry and had a weird smell. If you want the shits and a fever definitely eat here. Never again.

The chiken was pretty small was kind of dry and on top of the i was missing a side of mash potatoes. If you not that hungry go there if you need a full meal just buy extra. Or go somewhere else

What happened to this place? Service was the absolute worst. Couldn’t be bothered to break away from their conversation to take the order. Then just plain rude for just wanting to walk in and order. Two employees in the bathroom, they start at you like you walked into there break room. Felt uncomfortable to walk in there. The food had gone down bad as well. I hadn’t eaten here in a couple of years. Smallest pieces, no seasoning, no pollo feliz. Definitely not it.

This place takes for ever to take any order if you're at the drive thru. I waited for over an hour NO JOKE. I couldn't get outta the line as I was stuck between 2 cars. NEVER again!

Food was great but staff not nice at all. I made a mistake when ordering and Karla made faces and had a bad attitude, in fact she charge me for food that was free (jalapeños and unions). I thought it was ridiculous and i asked to speak the manger and clearly there was no charge. Thank you manger.

Drove 30-minutes to eat dinner here. Arrived at 7:13pm. Sign on door says they close at 8:00pm and Google says 8:00pm. I walk in and almost all the chairs are on the tables. The kid sees me walk in and races to place the remaining chairs on the last few tables to ensure I would not have a place to enjoy my dinner. I walk up to the cashier and she tells me that they only accept to go orders after 7:00pm. Well great, I don’t want to eat in my car. I wanted to enjoy a nice dinner and relax because I had a long day at work. Maybe you guys should change your sign or let people know your dining room closes at 7:00pm but your drive thru stays open later.

Arrived at 7pm and was advised that they only had for take as the dining area was closed (restaurant closes at 8pm). Staff just playing and joking with no sense of urgency to complete orders. Photo taken at 7:10 pm. No option but take out. Simple plate of combo #3 was placed at 7pm and ready at 7:25 pm.
