The food was delicious and the portions were perfect for the price. The mango tower was amazing, and the cotton candy (I don't remember the exact name) was delicious 🤤🤩👌🏼 My husband and I were blown away by Alex Rocha's service and kindness. He's such a great guy! 🙌🏼✨ If you visit, don't hesitate to ask for him. He's super friendly, attentive to his tables, gives recommendations, and makes you feel incredibly comfortable. 🙌🏼✨ We'll definitely be back soon! 🍤🫶🏼

I can 100% recommend the food, drinks, service, and attention at this seafood restaurant. And Alex, in particular, was incredible. From beginning to end, he focused on making sure we had a complete experience. They even play the songs you want to make your meal and the experience even more enjoyable! Thank you for your hospitality, Puro Sinaloa! Don't let your service and quality slip away!

We visited on a Tuesday and, thankfully, didn't have to wait for a table. The service was efficient; the ordering process was quick, and the drinks and dishes arrived in a reasonable time. The food was delicious, especially the grilled octopus, which my husband loved. The prices are also quite reasonable. We were told that there's live music on Fridays and Saturdays, which fills the place up. Unfortunately, though, there are no stairs nearby, which can make access difficult. Overall, a very positive experience.

Puro Sinaloa, located on the third level of Gran Terraza Coapa, is an excellent option for those looking to enjoy fresh seafood in a pleasant atmosphere. Its convenient location within the mall is a major plus. The place, although decorated in a simple way, is very welcoming and feels like a perfect haven to enjoy a good meal. They also have a small children's area, making it an ideal spot for families. The service we received from the waiters was impeccable. From the moment we arrived until we left, they were extremely attentive and friendly, always willing to help. Now, let's talk about the food. To start, we ordered tuna carpaccio. It was good, although it wasn't anything that surprised me; it perfectly served its purpose of whetting our appetites. Then, we tried the tuna carnitas taco and the marlin taco; the tuna carnitas taco stole the show—simply delicious and a good size! However, what truly stole the show for me was the Sinaloan volcano with a cheese crust and shrimp. Honestly, it was the best thing I tasted. My wife, meanwhile, fell in love with the house aguachile, which was also exquisite. To wash it all down, we opted for beers and an Aperol Spritz, all perfect. The total bill, including the tip, came to $1,800 pesos, a fair amount considering the quality and quantity of what we ordered. In short, Puro Sinaloa is a highly recommended restaurant. It's a place where the quality of the food, the service, and the ambiance come together to create an experience that is definitely worth repeating.

The place is nice... The portions are normal, the food tasted good... The service is good... It would be nice if the beer was ice cold and they didn't put ice in it 👎🏻 and the chili powder they rim the glasses with is tasteless... Although I thought the price was a little high... They're common dishes... there are places with Sinaloa-style seafood where you get more for a better price

Puro Sinaloa Gran Terraza Coapa is, without a doubt, a true find for lovers of Sinaloan cuisine in Mexico City. From the moment you walk through the entrance, you're greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere, adorned with touches that transport you to the rich culture of northwestern Mexico. The menu is a celebration of the traditional flavors of Sinaloa, especially known for its delicious fresh seafood offerings. The shrimp omelet is a must, with its perfect combination of ingredients and appetizing presentation. The ceviches, which honestly made me feel like I was at the beach, stand out for their freshness and balance of flavors. The attentive staff is a plus; they are friendly and well-trained to recommend dishes based on your preferences, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Each dish arrives at the table beautifully presented and in generous portions, ideal for sharing. As a dessert lover, I couldn't resist trying the coconut flan. It was a perfect ending to a memorable meal, balancing the sweetness with a light touch of coconut that makes it irresistible. In short, Puro Sinaloa Gran Terraza Coapa is a place that not only satisfies the palate but also offers an authentic experience that transports you to Mexico's Pacific coast. I will definitely return to continue exploring their menu!

It's a place with a good atmosphere and quite family-friendly. The reason for my rating is focused on one particular point: "the glass of water law." It's absurd that they force you to charge $35 for a bottle of water if you ask for a plain glass of water. They say they don't have it, just a bottle. We consumed enough, and besides, it's already regulated in Mexico City, even approved by the Chamber of Deputies, but oh well. The food is adequate and tastes good. I feel the price-quality ratio is balanced. The drinks are quite simple, the waters are somewhat bland. The children's menu could be improved. It has a small but functional children's area.

It's a very pretty place, with a unique decor and lovely details. The food is delicious, with the seasoning and Sinaloa style you'd expect. We ordered seafood-stuffed mojarra, grilled steak, shrimp appetizers, and micheladas. All were exquisite, but the portions were small. The prices are high, but the experience and the flavor are worth it.

I visited this restaurant with my mom and we really enjoyed the food, especially the aguachile and the tuna tostadas. Everything was delicious! The prices seem a bit high to me. There are nicer places with lower prices. However, there were two awkward situations that negatively affected our visit: 1. Security: A couple arrived near our table, and the guy started playing with a restaurant knife in a threatening manner, simulating dangerous movements. My mom and I felt uncomfortable and afraid, which shouldn't happen in a family-friendly, public place. 2. Tipping: When paying by card, the server directly asked us if we wanted to leave a "15% or 20%" tip, as if it were mandatory. Tipping isn't mandatory in Mexico, but it's common to leave 10%, which we did, and the server gave us a clearly annoyed look. I was annoyed that it seemed mandatory to tip and that it seemed unprofessional that he got angry when we didn't give him what he wanted. I appreciate the staff's work, but this kind of pressure shouldn't happen. It would be ideal if they improved customer service and paid more attention to these details, because the food is worth it, but the overall experience suffered.

The food isn't Sinaloan style; they try to make it so, but it's not. The waiters' service is good. The food leaves much to be desired. We ordered a seafood platter to share; the potatoes were bland and oily, the shrimp were oily and tasteless, and the rice was mushy and lacked any seasoning. The only decent items were the breaded fish fillets and the shrimp with cheese, which were mislabeled on the menu as shrimp quesadillas, because they weren't. We were seated near the bar, and it was clear they have staffing issues because the bartender was constantly annoyed with the waiters and his coworker. The kitchen is cramped; there were too many people around one table, and you could see the mess every time the manager opened the door. Plus, the service was very slow. The place hasn't been open long, and some of the bathroom doors don't close properly, and they need to be cleaned more often. In conclusion, I wouldn't go back because it's not Sinaloan cuisine as they make it out to be.

HORRIBLE! I went to their New Year's Eve dinner, and everything was awful. The food was cold, it took two hours to serve the dishes, and they brought them out cold. The main course was just one tiny piece of toast. The tuna tasted like it hadn't been washed and was very strong. They offered us a complimentary item in exchange for not leaving a review. Seriously, the staff was terrible. The bill was 8800 pesos, but it wasn't even worth half that.

Horrible experience, terrible service, exceptionally deplorable food, and portions that aren't even worth a third of the price. The "show" they advertise is worse than any street performer at a traffic light, no exaggeration. As for the food, ALL of it was served cold, and it took over an hour to get it to the table, not to mention waiting for the bill, which also took over an hour.

One of the worst places I've ever been. Seriously, everything was disgusting, the hygiene was terrible, and the service was worse than awful. Never go there. UPDATE: The restaurant tried to censor my review, even though it's their responsibility. I went for their New Year's Eve dinner, and here's a list of everything that went wrong: broken speaker, not enough waiters, stale bread served on a napkin without bread baskets, all the soups were cold, the suckling pig was dry and cold with no marinade, the fish wasn't washed properly and smelled bad, and the "chocolate cake" was a crumbly mess. Everything was terrible, truly disgusting; my bill was approximately 8,000 pesos, a total rip-off.

The service was terrible. I asked for a glass of water that they never brought, and I ordered a ribeye steak that was served raw, which gave me gastroenteritis. The service and cleanliness of the place leave much to be desired. The food is nothing special. I absolutely do not recommend it. I've attached a photo of the raw meat; they never even asked me what was wrong with it.

Very bad experience. We were drawn in by the Julión Álvarez tribute, but unfortunately the service was poor and the food even worse. The shrimp broth didn't have shrimp, only cucumber, and the breaded shrimp turned out to be just balls of dough with no shrimp inside. A huge disappointment. I don't recommend it.

**There are cockroaches in the kitchen** (photo attached). I'm only giving it zero stars because I can't. It's a horrible place; even if you make a reservation, they tell you they don't have the tables. They take ages to take your order, and they bring it whenever they feel like it—almost two hours for a simple tostada! The fish tacos were awful, all served cold, and the dressing even seemed spoiled. If you order broth, it comes out completely cold; you have to ask them to heat it up three times. The breaded shrimp were made with open, flattened cocktail shrimp; it was more breading than shrimp, and they were tiny. They served the salmon carpaccio still frozen, with sauces thrown in haphazardly. Nothing was organized. The service was unreal. The live music was horrible; the sound was like a loudspeaker blasting from the corner! Seriously, don't come here; save yourselves and your companions a bad experience! In the end, we left! They bring you whatever they want, and it's all awful and unfussy... Understaffed, hardly anyone in the kitchen, there are better places! Don't waste your time and money!

The wait time for your food is excessive; it took over 40 minutes to bring a queso fundido and an octopus taco. Another thing I find in very bad taste is that they bring you one dish first, and then they leave the others waiting much longer while they gradually bring out the dishes, so that by the time the last dish is delivered, everyone else has already finished eating. We've been to the restaurant twice, and it was the same both times. The flavor is delicious, but it's not worth the wait time. I must emphasize that the restaurant wasn't even full. It's better to go to "Mi gusto es" downstairs, where the service is more pleasant.

We were given a table that had just been cleaned, however, I got chamoy all over my arm because the chair was filthy. After that, they made us wait an hour and a half for our food. When we asked what was going on, why it was taking so long, they told us the orders had gotten mixed up. Two tables that arrived after us, one of four and another of two, started eating almost an hour before we did. When our food finally arrived, it was very disappointing. The broth was only a quarter full, with very few vegetables and shrimp, and one of the shrimp was quite ugly (I've attached a photo I took as soon as the dish arrived). The tostadas were soggy and nothing like the ones they advertise on social media (I've also attached a photo). The shrimp were tiny, uncleaned, and cut in half; they were like shrimp wafers, and you could see the black line that nobody likes. The tuna was overcooked, and the tostada was very basic, nothing like what they advertise. I would never go back!
