Food took long 30 minutes to arrive but taste was good. Drinks are cheap and have good amount of alcohol. Service is good with some details to polish.

Es un lugar amplio, dentro de la plaza, así que es muy fácil y seguro estacionarse ahí. Fácil para personas en silla de ruedas, piso simple y con elevador. El lugar está semi abierto de tal manera que en invierno en la noche se sentía frío, pero como nos pasamos a cantar y bailar, no lo sentimos tanto 😜. La comida es simple y sabrosa. La noche que fuimos (con grupo grande de amigos) el dj y presentador estuvo muy agradable, el karaoke muy divertido y nos la pasamos genial. Es buen lugar para ir en grupo.

Highly recommended! The place is quite nice, very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The service is almost personalized. The food is exactly what you get for your money; in my case, there were no surprises. Everything was exactly as I imagined and as described: good sizes, good portions, and great flavor. If you want to chat, you'll have to raise your voice a bit because they usually play music of different genres, and from what I understand, they have karaoke. So, all in all, fantastic! Highly recommended!

This dog and donkey location is one of the best. My favorites are the skirt steak donkey and the hamburger. They have different events on weekends, so you can spend a pleasant time with friends, whether it's karaoke or dancing. They even offer birthday gifts, which is a plus if you're celebrating! The service is slow, and in general, both in taking your order and in providing food and drinks, they need to work on it. They recently added someone to the bathroom to give you soap and toilet paper, and they ask for a tip every time you go. It's really in bad taste.

The service was 5-star! Everyone was very friendly, and the singer was incredibly talented and entertaining. I had a blast. The hot dogs were good, but they needed some spicy toppings.

The food and atmosphere are very good, but the first time I went it took a long time to bring the dishes, and the second time it was a little faster but the dirty dishes were on the table for about half an hour and nobody came to see if we needed anything else 😕

Fuimos a este restaurante por primera vez y también la última. En la cocina se nota un descontrol, se observan medidas de higiene, nadie trae cofia, todos entran a la cocina y salen sin lavarse las manos, hablan sobre los alimentos, traen joyería y así manipulan los alimentos, personal de barra de bebidas usando el celular y preparando bebidas, personal chupando los dedos en cocina y múltiples detalles más. Servicio: 1. Deben urgentemente capacitar a su personal en dominio de la carta, lo mandan a la batalla sin herramientas. 2. Tardaron más de 15 minutos en cobrarme, hasta que me levante y lleve la cuenta con otro mesero a pedirle me apoyara cobrándome. Comida: 1. Tiempos de preparación excesivos, más de 40 minutos en fajitas y un burrito. 2. Clamato preparado tibio, no le pusieron ni un hielo. 3. La "arrachera" super seca. 4. Burrito de pastor sin sabor, la carne parece del super. Espero que pronto trabajen en mejorar sus hábitos y su servicio!

Le pondría CERO ESTRELLAS pero no es posible. Pésimo servicio, no se acercan a pedir tu orden a pesar de que todos los meseros están en un solo lugar sin atender a nadie. Solo miran tu mesa y te ignoran. Pase mas de una hora esperando que sirvieran mi comida.

El servicio es muy deficiente, fui un domingo a las 9 pm, había poca gente y los meseros nunca se acercaron a mi mesa para tomar la orden hasta que yo lo solicitara. Pedí una cheese burguer y nunca me la trajeron. La comida está mal servida, sus hot dogs están desmoronados por la salsa perro y la hamburguesa de pollo crujiente es pollo empanizado y nada crujiente. Tal vez para tomar tragos y pasar un buen rato en el karaoke lo recomiendo, pero para comer o consumir snaks de ninguna manera.

The place was empty, and it took them about 20 minutes to take our order. The waiters were chatting amongst themselves, the food was cold, and it didn't include what was listed on the menu. The waitress didn't know what we had ordered. Everything was wrong, and then it took another 20 minutes to get paid. The only friendly person was the guy in the bathroom. Bad service and food. And it's still the same.

This is one of those places I will NEVER return to. The service is incredibly slow. If you mention it, the waiters get annoyed, as if you were begging for charity. It took them over 45 minutes to serve us, and then even longer for our orders to arrive. They brought out the orders in stages. We were a group of five, and as soon as one person finished eating, another's meal arrived. The hygiene standards are inadequate. It wasn't even a busy time, so the busboy couldn't keep up with the dining room. Our tables were dirty, and it wasn't until we asked the waiter if he could clean our table that he finally spoke to the busboy. The staff was extremely unpleasant and discourteous. We asked to speak to the manager about the wait time, and all they said was that he was very busy with inventory. They're supposed to do their inventory before or after service hours. AAAAAAA BUT HE WAS EXTREMELY ANGRY BECAUSE WE DECIDED NOT TO LEAVE A TIP AND WAS EVEN ANNOYING.

The food was ugly and poorly prepared. It also took them over 10 minutes to take my order, and the food, besides being cold, arrived in about an hour. I ordered a drink and they brought me another one. When I asked for a replacement, they made the mistake again. They didn't pay attention to the table, as the dishes kept piling up. It also took them too long to bring me the check when I asked for it. They should hire trained staff. Terrible experience, terrible service, I don't recommend it.
