I didn't give it all the stars because I first asked for home delivery service, for the call to come in it took exactly 23 minutes to the one in Morelos, then they told me it would take an hour to take it, I went for it, better yet, they told me it would take 10 minutes and they complied, improve the lines, put more and who would answer them and more motorcycles please

The pizzas taste good, delivery is fast, and the place is clean. The only thing I've noticed is that the number of ingredients on each pizza has decreased slightly over the past couple of months. Other than that, they're pretty good.

Very tasty pizzas at a normal price, the chili or spice they give you is in powder form.

No tengo problemas con la pizza esta deliciosa, pero el servicio da mucho que desear tenia 2 horas esperando mi pedido al llamar aun no salia el repartidor...

Buenas pero a secas ya que al igual que las del cesar o dominós están hechas industrialmente además de estar muy delgadas, cuando iniciaron estaban mucho mejor, me quedo con las de la prisión

Personally, it hasn't happened to me, but it's already happened several times: you order by phone, you arrive at the place and it's still not there, you have to wait up to 20 minutes plus the 20 or 30 minutes that they say they're ready when you talk by phone.

Ordene por teléfono para recoger y me dijeron que en 15min estaría, llegue a la sucursal 20 minutos despues y no estaba lista y en ese momento empezaron a hacerlas para colmo por error me cobraron 3 pizzas en lugar de 2 y ya no quisieron cancelar mi orden y me hicieron esperar media hora para solucionarlo. De nada sirve pedir para recogerla, pésimo servicio!!!

We love pizza... Very good... Too bad the service is average, but today it was TERRIBLE... I called to order pizza and just pick it up and they left me on the line for more than 10 minutes... I was already on my way to the California branch... I arrived and I was completely alone.... I asked the girl why aren't they answering the phone??? Surprised she realized she had left me on the line... I showed her my cell phone so she could see that I was still on the call after almost 11 minutes. But what did she want??? What was her order??? She charged me and said it would be over in 10 minutes.... 🤨, that's exactly why the call was made... Anyway, I hope they improve.

Terrible service. I called an hour and 45 minutes ago and it still hasn't arrived. I've called three times to ask about my order. The first time, they answered, put me on hold, and then hung up on me. The second time, they answered and told me the order had already been dispatched (by which time an hour had already passed). Finally, I called a third time asking about my pizza, and they told me (in a very rude way and with a tone that showed they didn't care about my order at all) that "the delivery driver just can't find the street" because she didn't know the street name. I ended up telling her and repeating the name like a little girl. This woman even went so far as to tell me she couldn't hear me (in the same rude tone) and that if I didn't give her the address correctly, she was going to cancel the order. I finally had to give her my phone number so the driver could find my house. I absolutely do not recommend this service. For starters, the pizzas aren't very good, and the service is awful.
