My order was completely messed up. I got a bowl that was supposed to have avocado. There was no avocado. My daughter got an Italian sub, and when we opened it, it ended up being a meatball sandwich. Nothing that we ordered was right.

I had my lunch here, it was really hot inside this Subway. They really should place air conditioners because it was like an Oven, and i was shocked about those poor employees working there under that heat. They must fix the air conditioning as soon as possible

The store never opens on time. I went there 12/2/25 at 8:20am and the doors are locked. The lady walks by the door and I asked could I order a sandwich for my daughter’s lunch, she replied NO we don’t open until 8:45am. I said the sign says 8am. She shrugged her shoulders and put her AirPods back in. Weird energy coming out of the store. DO NOT go here in the morning it’s a crap shoot if you get service or NOT.

We Go there all the time, the owner is so cheap, tried to tell me I can only get 3 toppings or some old BS... anyway I went there recently they were closed even though the sign said they were open. Anyway my son went there last night 08/09/2925 around 8pm ish...my sandwich was soaked with mustard and even though I had to make my own sandwich with my own bread, the ingredients made me sick...I think they leave things out to long because it was extremely Hot, my son was coming over & wanted to surprise me because we love those sandwiches... Sometimes we have to go to the one on San Pablo, because the owner on Mac Arthur doesn't honor certain items especially if you have a coupon...long story short the turkey sandwich made me sick!

They guy that works there gave me something in my sandwich that tasted and smelled sour or expired this is why I go to the subways in San Leandro way fresher than this 😁

If I can give this 0/5 stars I would. I got food poisoning from this place. I ordered a tuna sandwich a couple of days ago and my stomach still hasn’t recovered

The place is small I’ve always had bad experiences at this location. From having hair on my food to employees giving out their social media during work hours to Married men and messaging them for example their employee Daniel (Instagram Danielaa_510) making sure her customers service techniques go pass the ordinary messaging my husband. Be careful ladies you might be stopping by for a sandwich and will have this girl trying to take your man 🤦🏻‍♀️

I was ignored. I walked in being the only customer in the store and out of the cashier and manager speaking to each other, in spanish no one said "Hi" or "Be right with you " I wonder why are so many fast food joints are employing, adults with possible, car note, mortgages and kids??? Where ,are the teenagers? Well I have had my share of subways rude employees and even managers. Never again will I go back!

I must have had the same guy this other lady mentioned. The guy making my sandwich would not so much as look at me or acknowledge my presence. I asked him a question about the bread and he totally ignored me. I raised my voice several time until I was practically yelling. He was smug and horrible in his demeanor. I will stay away from this Subway sandwich shop.
