We usually ordered Little Caesars, which were cheaper back then. But this time we decided to try something else after receiving another dry pizza without cheese. These are now my favorite pizzas! The crust is delicious, crispy, and at least the pepperoni one, with plenty of cheese, and fresh from the oven.

I like to order pizzas at the counter because they make my pizza half Hawaiian and half Mexican, which they don't offer with the phone service. Plus, I can order personal pizzas at the counter as well. And the hours are extended, currently until 11 p.m.

Disappointing!!! I went to Pizza Hut in person, ordered a large pan pizza, and gave my name. A few minutes later, they called me, delivered the pizza in its sealed box, and once I was in the car, I decided to check. I removed the seal and opened it, and it wasn't what I ordered. Instead, there was a plain pizza with a few pieces of ham, and it wasn't a pan pizza (I ordered a pan pizza with ham and pineapple). I went back and told them I'd been given the wrong box. They checked and said they had the wrong box. Supposedly, they gave me mine after a minute. I went home and didn't check again; surprise!!! The pizza was undercooked, had no tomato sauce, and was tasteless. Pizza Hut customers, check your order because it seems they aren't doing things correctly. I hope the company's management reads this and makes the necessary corrections. (If you see any tomato sauce on top, it's ketchup my wife added to give it a little flavor.)
