I just moved back to Clarence from Washington and NYC and this is my new favorite coffee joint. The breve, oat milk latte, and spicy turkey bagel are absolute perfection, plus they have a great selection of whole bean coffees. Highly recommend! ☕

In the drive-through, I received the person‘s order behind me. I didn’t realize it until I was through the drive-through. So I went back, returned the item I didn’t order and waited for mine that never came. Hazelnut was the woman taking care of me and she offered no apologies while I waited for a bagel toasted with cream cheese that never came. Also, when I returned the order, she handed it right to the woman waiting in the drive-through as if nothing had happened. It’s a good thing I’m trustworthy and I didn’t tamper with the food, but I feel like she shouldn’t have done that.

Service was as bad as I’ve received in my time visiting this establishment. No other customers in the lobby or drive thru. Order was rang in correctly (after about 3 tries). 1 of 2 drinks made correctly, one ordered with oat milk (as shown on receipt) was made with whole milk. When asking the staff if it was oak milk, they replied with a confused no and I had to ask them to remake it. They made me feel as if I was inconveniencing to remake a drink that I had ordered correctly and needed that way due to a dairy intolerance. I’m also pretty sure they put dairy cold foam on the remade beverage. Food was made not as ordered, bacon in the breakfast wrap was rubbery and inedible. Quesadilla made with wrong wrap type as requested. Very unwelcoming experience overall. Given the unsatisfactory service and the poor food quality, you’d probably be better off taking your business elsewhere for the price.

Difficulty reading menu board, not just due to small print in item's description, but a bare Edison style light bulb glaring in front of it under the cash register. No paper menu or other way to read menu unless you are right at front of the line. Cute dinning area, but not well heated. Then, the food. Moderate at best. Pesto chicken wrap was flavourless and dry with scant ingredients. The chili was cold. Soup was barely warm. Asked staff to heat it up, then never heard from them again. Watched kitchen staff lean against counter on her phone while we waited. Then, after about 10 minutes, got back in line for a refund. No issues receiving refund and it was given without hassle, other than the wait, but the lack of a simple, "sorry" was noticeable.

We ordered egg breakfast wraps.The only good thing was that they we warm, otherwise almost inedible. The we dry and mealy with the taste of burnt oil.They lacked flavor and were no more appetizer than the cardboard container they came.

Place was awesome a year ago. Last few times I've gone i received completely burnt black bacon. Now, a pound of mayo on untoasted bread. For a $15 BLT with only a handful of ingredients, you would think they would do a better job. Won't be back and won't be recommending this place anymore.

Went to the drive thru on 1/12/26 @10:21am. Server could not get our order right after repeating it numerous times. Ordered 2 bacon breakfast wraps, a dark roast coffee and cappuccino. Got to the window and server had only ordered 1 wrap! Had to wait for 2nd. Wraps were filled with fatty chewy bacon. Had to pick it out and put it in the garbage - disgusting. Cappuccino tasted like sour milk was used. I have been here many times and it has been good. Not sure what has happened. Order #68
