I was able to order inside but had to wait outside in the cold till it was done.... but it was yummy.

I dont care what any of you say, yall are blessed to have this Pizza Hut. Charles was great 👍 I'm not sure why he is not being promoted to the Manager. He super was quick, friendly, and our pizza came out super hot and fast! I've never been to a Pizza hut this good anywhere I've been!

I was on a road trip and passing through. I was very hungry and decided to stop here out of nostalgia from the days growing up when Pizza Hut was a cultural phenomenon. I was the only one there but the staff was friendly and helpful and the food quality was great.

Update...I feel bad that this review has been on here so long and I haven't changed it. Honestly, I forgot about it. I would like to say that this is not the same place it was 3 years ago. The new manager has completely turned this place around and couldn't be more thankful for that! I will say though, I did try to reach out to corporate when I had the previous issue (which was only the last straw) but they did nothing. Anyway, congrats Team Pizza Hut! Thank you for all you do, our community appreciates it! This place is aweful! Don't bother calling their corporate number because they will never call you back. They cannot season a breadstick! I have had one good experience there in the 2 years I've lived here. Don't waste your time or money!

This Pizza Hut wasnt bad especially when you're hungry. There was a bunch of new people there getting trained but the one guy doing the training had it all under control.

Pizza was hot and on time. we ordered in advance and it was picked up. I wished it was more hot and few toppings we think were missed out.

Had a very nice server but the lady behind the counter there was impatient, rude, and not helpful. This was particularly annoying because we were traveling home from Las Vegas for the holidays..

Waited for an extra 7 minutes for my order that says its ready. I see it sitting at the edge of the oven waiting to be cut. No idea where the employees went. They just disappeared.

Was told it would be ready in 15 minutes, 40 minutes later and we are waiting for our order.

Disappointed. Ordered a side order of fries and for $3.29 only got a handful of fries. Also ordered a medium super supreme thin & crispy crust and end up with hand-tossed crust instead. On the plus side, the waitress was very polite.

Was not aware "cheese" was not a topping and when ordering 3 toppings would have to pay extra for cheese if that was the only topping. Never have run into that before. Anywhere. The pizza was ok. Only place in town so i dont really have a lot of choices.

We ordered two large cheese pizzas. Upon arrival, we saw there was a deal for $9.99 per large pizza with up to three toppings written on the window. We were charged $14 for each of our cheese pizzas. We asked about the deal, but were informed that a) We needed to clarify we wanted the deal when ordering over phone (the deal was not mentioned while ordering), and b) it was actually three toppings minimum, and cheese does not count as a topping. We also ordered brownies with the pizzas, and the total came out to be $37. We asked about parmesan and a small container of it is 99 cents. Pizza Hut just continues to be ridiculously expensive and not worth the price. Disappointing. Edit after eating: We ordered the pizza, and got it from the Drive Thru 15 minutes after the order. It was cold, the kind of cold where the pizza is curling at the end. By far some of the worst food I've had in a while.

Don't stop here unless you have no plans the rest of the day. God only knows when you'll get helped and how long the food takes. Ours took forever. Never saw our waiter after the pizza was set down. Ironic they have a sign on the fountain drinks saying not to fill it yourself. They know they are so slow you'll just get up to get your own damn drink.

Was a cold atmosphere. All I wanted was a simple salad w/chicken it seems like I had to jump thru hoops to get my order. They didn't even have a fork and forgot to give me my bluecheese dressing. The only best part about my visit was when I left. I come to town 2 or 3 times a week and stay at the Best Western hotel. I guess the convenient store is the only place to eat here. James Birdsong

When I got there it was 12:15 on a Sunday there was about 10/15 people there we chose buffet and the buffet had not even a whole pizza on it so expecting hot pizza to be coming out soon we sit there and before you knew it 15 minutes had passed and stit no pizza while more groups of folks are coming in then finally 2 pizzas come out so I managed to get a couple of pieces of it so went and ate those and then looking for more to come out soon we just sit there and waiting once again so watching the cpeoplek she gets pizza from the oven and boxes them up while you now have people leaving because still nothing coming to the buffet now 45 minutes later and watching 10 or so people leave with empty belly's we also decided enough is enough and we leave so we get to the counter and finally 2 pizzas were going to the buffet but was going to be inhaled by all the other folks still waiting for pizza so we continue to leave we were charged for 2 full buffets and 2 drinks and between the two of us we had 4 pieces of pizza 2 sodas and now a hour later of our time wasted and still no pizza. I promise I will never go through those doors again because I don't have time time or money to just stop in and make a donation to the local Pizza hut. But the pizza warmer was plenty full of pizza just waiting to be picked up.

We waited over an hour for one pizza and we had 3 pizzas. Two of which came out in a timely manner. The waitress asked if I wanted a refill on my tea I had said yes. I waited over 45 minutes for my drink.

Ordered deep dish pizza in the app. They made me a hand tossed. I called they said they didn't know it was supposed to be deep dish. Then they said it told them what I ordered but they ran out so they made me something else. At no point did they tell meat pickup that they had changed it or offer me my money back for the deep dish option. Pathetic.

We ordered 2 pizzas and cheese sticks. Got cheese pizza and waited. Kids had time to eat two pieces of pizza apiece and We had to go get our own pizza. We also got another customers pizza too. 2 people in the back and one at the counter. Worst experience ever! Don't wait you time or money.! Won't be back if I want to work for my food I can cook at home!

When we got to the restaurant to pick up our order there was a sign on the door that they wont open until 3 due to being understaffed. I completely understand having to open late, however it is very frustrating that the online ordering was still enabled during their closed hours. I am just thankful chose not to pay online.

$5 hot and ready is better than this. Been twice and first time my pizza was wrong and I had to wait 30 minutes longer than they said and they weren't even busy. Today it was very dry and tasteless.

Service here was horrible. Stopped by after leaving the lake. Girl (waitress??) was busy folding to go boxes as excuse to talk to her boyfriend. In the meantime, most of the dining room tables were dirty and full of leftover food and drinks. More people kept coming in and she never cleared a table for anyone. People (including us) had to walk around to find a semi-clean table. My wife cleaned ours. She never brought silverware or checked on anyone's table. We watched as she talked to the guy in the back giggling about not checking on guests. Once, we saw her laughing on her phone. Worst service ever!

If I could rate this Pizza Hut zero stars I would. The workers there are so slow and disrespectful to anyone that tries to order. And Enjoy telling you no you can’t order stuff on the menu because it involves more work for them.

Worst customer service possible. I called to cancel an order the girl who said she was the manager told me she could cancel it but because I paid online she couldnt do anything about what I paid. I asked why not she said you paid online when asked what would happen she stated she didnt know. I asked to speak to someone who would know and she got a horrible attitude told me she was the manager and I wasnt allowing her to talk. I told her the way she was handling herself wasnt professional and I wanted to speak to someone who could explain what would happen. She then hung up on me. Worst service possible I will never be back.

The pizza that was ordered came out wrong so the young lady helping me immediately accused me of ordering it incorrectly, no apologize nothing. When I came to pick up the correct pizza, I find out that she was the manager. Terrible service!

Just passing threw heading to Florida the food was ok the service was very teriable all sodas are in a bottle no cups of ice or nothing an restroom closed to the public

No one's in their lot to buy any pizza but I'm not allowed to use the restroom? I don't think so I've never gotten pizza hut and just because of that I guess I never will

This was the nastiest place I have ever eaten at. We spent $50 on crap. Pizza was greasy and not cooked all the way. The whole restaurant was disgusting. The floors and booths were not swept. The salad bar was dirty and not stocked. Most of all the bathrooms were a disgrace. I told one of the workers that there wasn't any toilet paper and she just sits a roll on the toilet. Trash can was overflowing with paper. Pee all over the toilet and floor and the workers/waitresses were doing nothing to clean or stock. Horrible place to eat and sit down when you have been in the car for almost 10 hrs.
