Food was hot and fresh, drink was made the way I asked, and the wait was almost nonexistent! Hands down, best sonic in the area and possibly even the state! Keep it up!

Normally In just grab a drink in the drive through. This time I parked and order burger and fries and a soda. The burger was a double patty as I had ordered. After I began eating my food I was kinda mad at myself for not eating here before now. I might just have to go get another tommorow because it was that good. I would recommend every one that has not tried them in a long time or never, then give them a shot. I am most forgot to say the service was fast too.
Didn’t catch her name but friendly carhop that took our order at the patio tables. Willing to help and had a great attitude. Burgers were some of the best I’ve had from Sonic in a long time.
Food was great. Fast service. They did get my order wrong on one visit, one item was missing but wasn't charged for even though the order taker did ask if I wanted Bacon or Sausage on the breakfast item. I forget what they call it but it is the crescent roll sandwich. My only suggestion is a little friendlier service from the order takers. I visited this location three times while in the area and the order takers were always rushing. They were not rude or discourteous just very short.
Just like any other Sonic. Food is good. Service is prompt. Drinks are abundant. Make sure to sign up for their movie app, as you get discounts and aren't limited to happy hour since all day it's happy hour with the app.
We had 5 people in the car with all kinds of custom ordering plus an order change ... this sonic, nailed it without a flaw. All the food was good and perfect per the custom orders. Super friendly server!
Outstanding experience this evening in a town I’ve never through in my life . Passing through to Huntsville. TX . Management team squared me away even though it was at closing time . These days average service is the new norm . And this was anything but average as this was truly Outstanding hospitality and awesome food .

Stopped for lunch on way to mtorcycle grand tour stop down the road. Our map was several blocks off and this place gave us time to regroup during lunch. Outside tables could have been cleaned.

Pretty good as far as sonics go. My burger was a little on the cold side but my wife’s burrito was ‘amazing’ in her words. I love the tots they had here. You can actually taste the salt and tot! Will be stopping again on our next trip to Amarillo!
Great place to stop and eat while traveling. The food was fresh, hot, hot, hot! The car-hop was very friendly and we tipped her be a use she didn't need to make extra trips back in, she made sure to bring everything we needed out the first time. She read our order off to us before handing us our food as to make sure it was all correct. We were just traveling through but I recommend this particular Sonic, highly. They do have restrooms. We stopped 7/12/18
The food was good, except I asked they would cut the onions and when I got My # 2 because I had several #2's with Cheese they just cut the onions on all of them.
Some of the staff is very unprofessional. They looked right at us in the drive-thru window and just kept walking away. We had to honk 4 times to get them to finally help us with something they had forgotten to give us in our order. Most look like they are on meth. The other workers, that are good, are really friendly and give great customer service.
Ordered online n had to wait a while before it was brought to car. Only order two drinks n cheese sticks. The cheese sticks were not fresh it was like biting into just cheese didn’t even string and no ranch was given to dip them in. So wasn’t happy this trip..
I love Sonic and their drinks. We were on our way from Montana to Texas and stopped at this Sonic. Food was good, drink was great, but it took 25 minutes!!
Wanted KFC but had to settle for what was available. Nice young girls running the place, food was fast an hot. Nothing special the onion rings were not typical of the Sonic onion rings I used to love but they were ok. I don't usually eat this kinda food an probably won't again for long time. But if you're looking for sonic, it's as good as any.
Didn’t get a response on the drive up stand so we went through the drive through. They attributed it to only having one headset. The tots were fresh but my husbands chicken sandwich tasted as if it had been taken out of a warmer (not fresh).

Ugh such a difference in service between night and day shift. Night shift slow slow waited at drive thru for 20 minutes... and the girl told me they weren’t allowed to put bbq sauce on my burger.... really I order this probably 2 a week.. ..😞😞😞😞
The screen didnt work and she expected the screen to be read to verify the order. When she was told it wasn't working she begrudingly read the order back. She brought our food and then told us that the card machine was down. We told her that we should have been told this prior to ordering and she made thw excuse that she isnt a car hop but the drive through cashier. I dont think that makes a difference in the logic since the card machine was down for the entire store not just car hops. We figured out how to get the cash and pay the bill and then she assumed that the overage in the payment was her tip and did not give change until she was confronted. We will be avoiding this one in the future.
Grilled chicken sandwich was so bland and WHITE! It wasn't grilled at all, more like nuked. Ick. Didn't ask if we needed any condiments and gave 1 napkin for 2 orders. Get it together people! At least your car hop was friendly!
Me and my father went to get only 2 shakes for a after dinner dessert and it took 22 minutes for 2 simple shakes. And when we got them they were already half melted. All in all the experience was very poor.
Unfortunately this small town sonic is short on patience and professionalism. Three times there and three times the order was wrong. They need better training and employees that care to do their jobs!
The grilled cheese burger was pretty awful. That's probably more due to it being a bad idea for food than being made poorly, but either way it's no bueno
The food is really good and would be 5stars all day. However, for the amount of times I've been charged for bacon or other things and not received it is ridiculous. It's a small town and they are fairly busy .Maybe that's the reason for the countinued oversight, but I don't have time to wait for the correction. Check orders if you have the time to wait
I've had a lot of Sonic over my 54 years, but this was quite possibly the worst I've had. The tots were very salty, and didn't taste the same as the ones I get in Amarillo. Don't know if they use a different kind of oil, or maybe the tots got freezer burn, or what that odd flavor was about. The cheeseburger had a similar problem, but it tasted more like the veggies weren't as fresh as they should've been. Especially the lettuce and onions both had that taste of being there too long. Granted, it was at 9pm, and there really wasn't anyone else to eat in Clarendon at that time. At least, not along the highway. We were just passing through on our way home. Anyway... Whatever the problem was, everything just tasted a little off. Not bad, as in rancid or anything like that. It was edible, just not nearly up to par with what I'm used to from Sonic. Could've been a one-off. I know it wasn't just me though because my mom said hers was the same way. Just a bit disappointed.
They put way to much mustard on burgers. They don't give you condiments when you order them. The fries taste like they haven't changed the oil in weeks.
Set in stall for 10 min an no service an went to 2 stall an no service now waiting in drive up for at least 15 min..... Only 4 cars in stalls an one in drive up this my second super slow service

Only go to Sonic if you are getting a slushie or shake. The food is not worth eating. Only ate here because we didn't have another option. It was edible...barely.
On Feb.4 I went thru drive and ordered double cheeseburger with fries. I was charged on my debit card $8.96. To my surprise when I checked my bank statement I was charged another $20.86 for I don't what. Hope I can get to the bank and stop that payment and whoever charged me gets fired.
Eat somewhere else! Nine times out of ten they mess up your order. Idk even know why I bother going back. If they had service like this in a big city they would never make it. Payed ten dollars for a meal and didn't receive the bacon or the cheese...again🙄. Get it together people it's the food industry not rocket science.
Rude workers and managers. Make sure to ask for easy to no ice they will fill the cup with ice and no refills poor service all around
Ordered a hamburger with extra mayo. No extra mayo at all, and it was covered in disgusting congealed cheese. Fries were cold and dried out. Only go if you don't care about getting your order right, or if you don't care about quality
I came here 25 minutes before the closed and they turned the lights and ordering screens off on me. I was just going to get one coney since I drove 14 hours here.

Nope.... First they messed up on the order, then they left a curly short hair (that only God knows where it came from) in my husband's burger. This is why I cant stand to get food from anywhere. People need to be more careful.
Worst service ever! 1car at the drive up window, line from the speaker around the building. Car at the speaker was there 5 mins. And never got asked for an order. 4 cars left. 2 of us went to speaker , 1 car left and I waited another 5 mins. To place my order. I only waited to see how long it would take. This is very bad service in my opinion!!
Awful food the order was wrong after waiting 21 minutes for it. The CarHop told us she wanted to give us the drink they made a mistake on but her boss wouldn't let her reassured her we didn't care about that. But it was sad for her and How sad this place is as well.
I went to sonic, right after work which was about 330 ish. I ordered a larger dr pepper. They lady on the box told me 1.14$ when Dustin brought it out to me. He told me my total was 2$. I asked to speak to the manger and he laughed and said I am the manager. So is that how we running a business. Because he knew me he thought he could charage extra during happy hour.. for a tip? That's wack guys . Disappointed in our sonic and the management
Out of onion rings, no salad options, filthy food-passing window, and they served people behind us while our food sat there in sight. Small towns are usually better in Texas. Very dissappointed. Also, they claimed they couldn't take credit cards. This is a red flag for theft.
Worst sonic I’ve ever been to, we waited for almost ten minutes at a stall trying to order but got no response and then after finally going through the drive through, the kids working were very rude and not helpful at all and didn’t give me my order so I had to go around twice. All of this happening while the manager was outside on her phone. Ridiculous
The carhop, Madison, was rude when she brought my food and when I asked if I could have more mustard, she refused and said that I only could have one mustard per corn dog I ordered. I don't even like ketchup but I got 4 of those and they all went to the trash can. I will never go back to this Sonic.
Absolutely no service, waited forever and still no one came to our car or said anything. Never got to order, we just left, and will never go back.

Waited 15 minutes and one answered the intercom. Service at this sonic is subpar at best. Orders are regularly wrong and service is definitely not "fast" for a fast food restaurant.
Charged extra for sauce with already overpriced combo meals. Pretty sure there is at least one employee whose job is to sit on every sandwich before sending it out the door.
This place is awful. The fries I got were all burnt and hard. I asked if the kids meals we got could have more than the 5 tots and I was told in a haughty voice that they will not put anymore in there as that is all they allow. I wish I could pot a pic!! Just not a good place of business.

Customer service is non existent here. They act like it's a bother to have to serve you. My orders (the rare times I go here) are always wrong and there is never an apology. They seem put out that I would actually want it to be how I ordered it. I'm sure there are friendly people that work here I just haven't seen any in a while
Waited 30 minutes and never got to order food. The gentleman next to us asked if there was a problem with the call button and the waitress yelled at him that they are really busy. There were probably 6 cars total there. Usually sonic is super friendly and fast but this one had some issues.
Order was ready in less than 5 minutes. Coffee was cold and taste burnt, tator tots were terrible and popcorn chicken was cold and tasted floury. Burger was good though. Absolutely worst Sonic I have ever been to.
Waited for someone to take my order for over 30 minutes after pressing red button & screen acknowledged waiting for attendant Watched five other cars pull in & leave without receiving anything Only saw one car receive any food from car hop & one car in drive thru I understand people are short handed & try to be patient, but I had to leave without food or even being acknowledged. I spent five minutes waiting in the "drive in" while they rushed the drive through line first. I ended up leaving. I'm sure their food would have been sub-par. - (Reply to owner response) No thank you. Like many other people I rely on "reviews" as a way to filter out businesses that may not place the same value on my time and money as I do. I'm a firm believer in "value in = value out".
Passing through and really the only thing to eat was Sonic. So we stopped. Took forever for them to come on to take our order, fries were not fresh, tots were not fresh, they put cheese on a burger that I said no cheese, hardly any jalapeños on my husband's burger when we paid extra for it, his bun was stale... Just horrible... should of kept going to the next town!
Ordered 1/2 our order and the host at the drive up cut us off with our total and never would come back on. We pulled up to a stall to finish out our order and the manager came out mad because we didn't just stay in line. We waited 20minutes for 3 drinks and a large order of cheese sticks. We left because I figured with how rude they were in the first place they were doing it on purpose. They said we "messed up their system and confused them". Ridiculous, really!
We stopped by on the way home on our road trip. We ordered and ate outside. The server did not bring the requested sauces as ordered and we had to wait and call her back again. I noticed that my drink didn't have much ice in it and asked if I could please have some ice put in my cup . The car hop looked concerned, turned and asked someone behind her in the kitchen and then told me ," my manager said we would have to completely redo your drink". I explained that I didn't want a refill, but I just wanted to some ice since my cup didn't have much. The car hop again turned around and spoke to someone else, then turned back around and said, " my manager said no". I told her to please let her manager know that is very bad customer service and I was very disappointed". Ice people....just a scoop of ice! In life it is the little things that make a big difference.
I am a truck driver who parked across the street. I walked across the street just to go to Sonic. After pressing the red button and standing outside outside and being ignored for about 20 minutes, most likely because the drive-thru is busy, I noticed the manager walk out and get in his car and leave. So I left too unable to even order!
We pulled into a stall and we watched three kids come back inside after smoking in their car, no body answered the stall we were located at so we drove around to another stall to order and when they finally answered they preceded tell us that the stalls were closed and it was drive through only. They were also very rude while taking my order and the girl working the window was wearing a hoodie with pot leaves on it. Inappropriate.
Young girl at the drive thru asked if my order was complete, I said no. She then told me my total then got off the speaker. Sat there for 5 minutes waiting for her to come back but she never did. Had to pull up to the window and said I wasn't done and she laughed. I ordered an additional large popcorn chicken combo. She charged me for a large, then selected a medium drink and medium fry which in turn charged me even more but gave me less. She had her manager hand me the food, he practically threw it at me then slammed the window shut. They forgot my ketchup too.
We have been traveling 12 hours or more stopped in the order was wrong said she couldn't hear us even after we went to the window still had it wrong pulled off to find only one burger actually hot happened to be a double meat we didn't even order Tessa was patient with us and tried her best to help get the order correct because the lady who took our order at first made know effort to help Tessa stepped up and tried her best if it was for her we would have been overcharged for the food we ordered. Tessa was the best. The manager and the carhop who started taking our order at first need customer service training.
Sat waiting to place an order for 10 minutes or so. Then after placing it we waited about 20 minutes. Sonic implies "fast". Not! We left.
This is getting rediculous. Bags aren't being prepared correctly, staff is rude, the only 3 people that I have genuine good reviews for is Samara, Tessa, and Kelsey. Rae Jean has brought the wrong drink to me several times, then try to convince me that that's not what I ordered. She is rude, speeds through the process or preparing what I asked for, and is overall terrible to consumers. 1/10.

False. walked up at 9:40 pressed the red button to order cars in drive thru screen said will take my order then stood there for about 5 minutes with no response and then they turned the lights off and never took my order. Pretty unprofessional but hey what do you expect from Sonic. Disgusting
We got food on Sunday around noon. It’s now Monday evening & my husband is still sick from the few bites of hamburger he got from here. The meat patty was ice cold & bun as hard as a rock. I’m guessing it was a leftover burger laying around from the day before. No wonder our order was delivered so quickly!
App was being super glitchy and charged us when the app said it couldn't process payment. Didn't know until the next day and we were hours away already. My issue was that Manager Steven was less than helpful - telling me to call corporate and look up the number myself. I understand that he couldn't do anything about the refund, and I didn't mind calling corporate, but a little politeness and kindness goes a long way. I know I'm not the only one who has issues with the app, so maybe having a phone number to corporate posted somewhere where they could give it to customers would go a long way in customer service.
Orders are never correct. Hand drinks and food back with the receipt tell them what it's suppose to be and it's still brought back out wrong. I never leave negative reviews but this is the 4th time. Do better.
Definitely the worst experience ever! Pulled into stall & pressed button for service. After 8 minutes, still no response. Decided to order thru drive-thru which took 10 minutes to get food even though we were 2nd in line. Girl finally brought our food & quickly left. We ordered fries, onion rings, cheese sticks & 2 shakes. There was absolutely no sauces (ketchup, marinara) or napkins in bag. I would have pulled back up & asked for it but didn't want to wait another 10 minutes!
Ignore me at two different stalls was told to give her a minute that was 20 minutes ago. They also took the two cars beside me whom are traveling with me and 5 different drive through order. Giving them 10min and we all are leaving
I ordered an extra meat patty for my burger, was charged, and never got it. That burger tasted like it was scraped off the floor. My wife ordered an ocean water and she said it tasted like soap and detergent.
I ordered a #12.chicken sandwitch combo. I was never asked what kind of drink, or if i wanted fries or totts. So i let them know what i wanted. When i got my order i did not get any condiments. Very poor training and customer service.
Haven't been to Sonic since last review which was 7 months ago. Today I decided to try it again for lunch (which is only an hour). The order was fine until they handed me the chili fries I ordered...there was cheese on them. I told them I ordered chili fries not chili cheese fries. They came back with what was supposed to be the correct item, only this time it was fries with only cheese. I told them again that it was supposed to be chili fries...No cheese! So third times the charm...finally received chili fries! After 30 minutes of waiting I finally had the correct order. Unfortunately, that left me 20 minutes to eat before having to be back to work. This is the last time I eat at this Sonic!
11:15am Sunday, ordered at the speaker, waited 15 minutes for luke warm burger and cool tots. They tried to bring us two wrong orders. All this while the drive through was moving with efficiency. If your the only fast food in town I guess that is good enough. Will remember not to stop again. Smh
