They have really great food and it has some good good hot sauce. The sweet tea is amazing and the difference between the combo burrito and the meat burrito is that they only have beans in the combo and not in the meat a wonderful place to go, grab a quick bite to eat.

This place always has great service and good food. We stopped in late Saturday night, and the staff and food were on point regardless of the time. I had the nachos, and the portion size was big.

Average in Cleburne but always great in Burleson and a few other areas I have been. Wish they offered some items with chicken but at least get more for your money than Taco Bell.

$25 for 4 tacos and 2 barritos?! No drinks That's outrageous. The burritos were cold the taste was not so good however the tacos were outstanding. Friendly staff and good service. I'll try them again even if for just the tacos

Tacos were fine and tasting good but I asked for water to be my beverage, as I prefer that to the sugar drinks - WARNING DON'T ORDER WATER HERE - it tastes like it came from a rusty old bucket

Frijoles were sauced and cheesed up good, tasted good but when you ask for just meat and cheese tacos, this is the kind of cheese they give you. Which is hardly any, it was not enough to spread over all the meat

So I order 2 tacos with no lettuce and they wrap them in white packaging and there is lettuce. 35 mins away and don't find out till I get home. I'm so tired of spending outrageous prices and they can't get an order right. And they weren't busy so no excuses. It makes its so inconvenient to have to pick all the lettuce off. And the prices?! Way over rated!

So, long time Taco Casa customer here. Stopped off to get dinner for my family. We wanted to just grab the 12 taco box deal. They also offer a 12 bean burrito deal for the same price (about $20) both prices are identical. They ALSO offer 6 of each in a box which is also the same price. I remembered that my son prefers bean burritos and so I asked if we could do 10 tacos and 2 bean burritos. Cashier “we can’t do that”. Me “can you ask a manager?” I used to manage a restaurant and know that if given the opportunity to fulfill a customer request that would literally have zero cost to the establishment, I would gladly do that. The cashier went to the line area to ask who I assume was the manager on duty. They looked up at the cashier, he asked, then they looked at me, turned to the cashier and said “no” then returned to what they were doing. The cashier told me no (not his fault) and I said “thank you” and did not place an order. We will not be going back to this location and probably not to Taco Casa anywhere, if this is the trend the stores are going to. I was not asking for anything free or extra. Just altering the ratio of tacos to bean burritos which are the same price. However, if this was the policy and there is no way to change it by the manager (which seems unlikely but benefit of the doubt and all) the look up to see who was asking makes it particularly problematic. It very much felt like it COULD be done but only for certain people? No idea as the manger did not take the time to explain the policy or even offer an alternative. Could I have just ordered a couple of extra bean burritos? Absolutely, but when we as a society continue to allow corporations to arbitrarily set policies that make no sense and offer no explanation we, as consumers can only refuse to spend our money with them and let everyone who might need to know how poor the customer service is. Anyway, maybe go to Taco Bell, I guess.

I made order thru drive thru and they kept leaving items off and I had to tell them to make sure the items are on their. I got home they didn't charge me nor gave them to me knowing I asked for it 3 times. I called they was rude it's not the best location to spend your hard earned money

love taco casa but it’s always been expensive and continues to be expensive. that’s fine though, it’s worth the money. i drove through this evening and got 4 crunchy tacos and one soft. the total came out to sixteen dollars and some change. absolutely wild. that’s with no drinks, nothing but the tacos and extra cheese on the four crunchy. after looking at the receipt i realized they charge .60 cents per taco for extra cheese. got home and there was somehow LESS cheese than normal in our tacos. waste of my money, which is infuriating despite it only being $3 or so in total. id assume if they’re going to charge extra, they’d take care to make the money i pay worth it. i go here assuming im going to pay an arm and a leg, i just would like to get what i am paying for. just disappointed by something each time i drive through, which sucks as the food is still great most of the time.

I hope you want lettuce on everything you order (even when you ask for them NOT to put it on there) because they don’t care what you order, you’re getting it anyway! Now we have 12 soft tacos with gross soggy lettuce that my kids and husband will not touch. Also they used moldy tortillas for the kids cheese roll ups. Hopefully a health inspector will swing by there soon.
