I ride my motorcycle through Cleveland from time to time and occasionally stop for coffee and a donut.This morning I was pleased to stop and got delicious donuts and fresh coffee served in a clean hospitable shop.

The donuts are always fresh and delicious. The personal is very friendly and the place is always clean.

Always fresh kolaches. As well as Warm,soft and fresh doughnuts at this location. Usually dine in. Only a few tables inside. Service is good. Staff is kind of quiet (think some don’t speak English so maybe it’s just a language barrier thing) but that’s fine, they do their job well. Will continue to do business here. A+

I love coming here. The ladies re sweet & the donuts fresh & warm if you fo in the mornings. If you go in the later afternoon o evening, not so much. The donuts are cold & a little on the stylish taste to me but mornings are their best. They make a great hit chocolate too. But, if you order chocolate milk or any milk, be sure to specify if you want large or small. They don't ask & automatically give you the large which cost more & for me is too much milk.

No other shipleys has a Java chip frappe and I can’t find another place that does their kolaches the way they do. Love the jalapeño & cheese and the staff is friendly.

We stop here every time for breakfast when we go out of town. The service is good but if you eat in, the tables are not always clean, so we have to clean them ourselves. And if they are busy, you have people standing right next to your table. A little more attention to cleanliness would make this place closer to 5 stars.

There is only 2 booths inside to eat at BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE A TRASH CAN in this area at all.

Been a big fan of shipleys for more years than I want to admit. However this is a relatively new store to the area. Happened to be at bank across street abd decided to run in to Shipley for a couple of vake donuts and an apple fritter. Stood there while the lady waited on 2 drive throughs were served and was NEVER acknowledged. Saw 4 people in back but no one helped me. Went down the street to the crowded donut shop and was greeted at entry and was in and out in 5 minutes tops. No mas Shipley for me.

The taste and quality was way below all the other Shipley's we have been at in the past.

The service at the drive through was extremely slow. I sat there for almost 14 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me only to discover at window 3 women working and inside almost empty. Donuts cold at only 8:45 a.m. Will not got here again

Went here to get my children some donuts, and the donuts, according to my kids, were good. But the cashier had a not want to be here type of attitude along with being snappy and not very welcoming for this kind of business. Which will make it where me and mine won't be going back again, at least for another few years.

It was a nice place to go ever Friday. Until the gentlemen sold us a mug then told me that I would just pay for refill price when you bring the mug back in. Well that's was the case until last Friday when the guy and the drive threw lady said that we have to pay full price on the liquids that goes into the mug. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN.

Don't go here service was rude. We came around 11am and had no kolaches except plain sausage and only some donuts... Makes no sense when they close at 3pm.

Absolutely terrible could not even eat the croissants so greasy.

Asked for sausage kolache and got a hot dog instead of sausage won't be going back there 😒

This Shipley's relies on the name and very low Cleveland expectations to sell products. My wife and son have gotten sick from the kolaches twice. When I let them know, they just looked at me. We decided to only get Shipley's in Houston. We have decided to give them a shot again today. The choc/nut covered donuts we came in for were shriveled, old and only five nut pieces on each donut. I asked if they could make two fresh ones and the manager laughed and said no, they were made today...first thing this morning...At 4am...It was 9:30... That's why we and so many others don't spend money in Cleveland.

Showed up at 4:40am to get some donuts and kolaches. Website says they are open at 4am. Not true! All I ask is for you to accurately state your business hours....

They cut their kolache size compared to other locations but not the price . I have seen bigger kolaches (ham/cheese) at other locations and their customer service was just so lacking, almost like they just didn't care.

The drive thru employee was super SLOW to just attend the customer before me and all they kept doing was horseplaying with a stupid wooden stick back and forth giggling when clearly the customer was able to reach for their two bags and go! What the heck is wrong with this location? Definitely not coming back and not giving them my business and neither should you. There are plenty of Donut shops here rather than to deal with horrible customer service from grown adults.

Don’t order online. The online options don’t reflect what they actually have available. They’ll sub everything and not even tell you about it.

If I could give zeros, I would. Super rude and the donuts were not fresh. The lady did not put my top on my coffee correctly and it spilled over me and my truck. Just a quick stop as I was headed to Dallas. Keep driving by, this place sucks!!!!!!!
