Drinks were refilled promptly, and anything we might have needed was delivered right away without us having to ask. It was truly some of the best service I have seen, and our entire table was very pleased. Bryce made our dining experience exceptional.

I stopped going to chilis about 2 years ago. The food had stopped being good, the service was not good, every time we went it was dead. But recently I watched a video on how the ceo made changes and improvements so I decided to give it another chance. I was so pleasantly surprised! As soon as we walked in we noticed it was packed (alive) with people in a good way! The hostess was cleaning the menus and seated us promptly. Our waiter came over right away to get us drinks and all of our food came out so fast! Overall the service and taste of the food was so good! I will definitely go back. Only took off a star bc both my husband and I almost slipped going to the restroom because the floor was wet.

Went on a Saturday at around 6pm it was packed but didn't have to wait too long actually. We are a Family of four, probably that helped. Service was grate, didn't have to wait much for the food. For the entry we had chips and the three dippings ( guac, 2 chilli). Then we ordered burgers. The burgers were huge, I couldn't finish it 😅. And of course I ordered a margarita( watermelon flavor not my usual) but it was good. For the kids pasta and pizza. Pasta was good but not the pizza 😅.

This is our first visit to a Chili’s in ages and it did not disappoint. Amanda was our server and the Rita was perfect and the food was delicious. Service was outstanding and we will definitely eat here again.

Kyle was amazing. Very attentive and even talked to my son about sports and drinking more water. We will definitely ask for him next time.

My crew and I had our pregame meal here and honestly, I don’t know why I don’t eat here more often. I ordered the sampler and it was amazing! David was our waiter and he made sure we had everything we needed. He was very helpful, courteous and attentive. I would definitely ask to sit in his area again.

It took a while for our Waitress to come to our table to take our order. She was friendly, courteous and always smiled. Superb BIG Smasher Burger, that I couldn't eat it until later, long after I arrived home. Their chili and Garlic Butter Mushrooms were lack luster but very filling. The prices were on point and budget friendly. The atmosphere wasn't the best but this was a very small restaurant. We're glad that they had "some" elevated booths, but we opted for a table instead. Would definitely visit the Valley Ranch location again.

I didn’t realize it would be so busy on a Thursday but this Chili’s team was on it. I can’t remember our servers name but he was incredibly nice. We got our food pretty quickly. I tried the Saucy mozzarella sticks, definitely a must try. The only thing I can complain about is the other guests being so loud lol but it was a great experience eating here.

When this place first opened, we knew that it would take some time to get on a roll. After 4 months of being opened, we had another bad experience and said we would never return. The service and food were both terrible. Today, we decided to give it another try (5 years later), and we were pleasantly surprised!!! The food was AMAZING!!! They even have one of my favorite wines - Oyster Bay. The only reason I gave the service 4 stars was because they were short on wine glasses. When I ordered another glass of wine, they had to use the same glass. I typically wouldn't mind, but I was eating wings.

When dining in i have received more quantity of food and well presentation. Since I live 40 miles away I take out have family pick up my order,and receive less sloppy food.other than that love the sauce and how salmon is cooked.

Service was great! Our waitress never let our drinks run dry and was quick to return with whatever we asked for. But the menu updates suck. Taking the skillet queso off the menu really deters us from choosing Chili's alot of times. Add in not serving root beer any more and removing the mini molten cake from the kids menu and Chili's is moving furthur and furthur down our list of preferred restaurants to frequent with our family of 5.

I ordered one of their Makers Mark Old Fashion from the bar and it was not made right. A double shot of Makers over a big ice cube and some fruit is not an Old Fashion. Average Chili's, average food, average service. Nothing stands out about this place. When I was in I asked my server to see the dessert menu, instead of doing what I requested she told me about the desserts. It's not the same, I wanted a visual of what they offered. When she denied the menu I told her never mind and she just laughed. This is why this restaurant is average.

Went to lunch today with my daughter. There was a hair in my food. I let the waitress know and the manager came over. She apologized and asked if she could get me another plate. Chilis is usually my go to for a big juicy burger and we usually go every few weeks but my experience today was the worst I've had there. I ordered the Old Timer burger and it came out super thin. I took a bite but there was no flavor at all, all I could taste was lettuce. I asked the bartender if they changed to smashburgers or if I got someone else's order. She said they are always made like that, I told her I was there 2 weeks ago for dinner and it was not smashed. She said the cooks are told to smash them to cook them quicker but she would put in a new order for me. I asked if they could not smash it... it was smashed. I tried a bite and it was dry, no seasoning and just too thin. I took it home to my dogs to eat. There was me and 2 other people in the bar and then another table came in so not too busy. I asked for her to load the bill on the kiosk thingy so I can pay but after about 10 min I asked another waitress. I was there an hour and 22 min.. way to long.
