Pizza Palace

I’ve been waiting for a great new local pizza shop to set up in Clifton Park! The crust was perfect and the cheese and topping ratio nice, but I would probably order a pie with extra sauce next time. Guys working there were really friendly and excited to have new business. For 2 months in the game here they are doing well for themselves! Stop in and check them out for sure! Great NY style pizza

The ordering was super easy, delivery was quick and the delivery guy was super friendly! The food was fresh, hot and delicious! Only recommendation would be to add 2 more chicken fingers to the order and bump the price accordingly but that’s from a Mom who has a chicken finger loving teen. :) highly recommended Pizza Palace and will order again!

Great addition to the area. The place is sparkling clean. The pizza is ready in various topping choices, and delicious.

I love this place so much, the food is delicious, and the service is amazing. I would definitely give this place 5 stars, and recommend to others. Will be coming back soon.

This place was the best pizza, I’ve had in Clifton Park. Me and a friend walked in and the worker was very nice. We ordered 4 slices & 2 drinks in total and it came to $10 which is pretty good for what we got. The seating areas were nice and they had multiple spots to sit. The ambiance was very nice too, as they had a few TVs, and also had some decorations. Definitely would recommend stopping by to try the best pizza in the area.

I stopped at Pizza Palace today and was immediately impressed. When I got there, Kabeer walked me through the menu and what his personal favorites were while giving me a truly honest opinion. We had some great conversation and was promptly introduced to his family that works so hard to make incredible pizza to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. While there I tried 6 different slices and can honestly say they were all incredible. The Crazy Chicken Pizza and the Margherita Pizza were my personal favorites by a slim margin because they were all so good. If you want amazing pizza, good conversation and overall good vibes; this is the place to be. 100/10. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Every time I have ordered from the Pizza Palace the food has been outstanding. The vegetables in your salads are always fresh and absolutely delicious. Your calzone is unbelievably well made and your hot subs are awesome!!!!!!!!!!

First time ordering and I gotta say delivery was awesome and the pizza was one of the best I ever had and the chicken wings were the best I had ever had! The sauce tasted so good and pizza was not overdone! Everything was so delicious and I will be ordering again! The delivery guy was so polite! Will be passing this along to all my friends! Finally a pizza place my whole family agrees on! I'd grabbed some slices for work a while back and was absolutely sold on the eggplant parm pie--but the plain cheese was legit. Its primarily a take-out place, so the ambience may be lacking for some people. Took my son there some time later (he's the fussy one) and got some slices. When they pulled the slices out of the oven, the worker looked at it and was like "I can't serve you that...do you have a few minutes?" We hung out and he made a fresh pie while we waited. Amazing--and thoughtful! Super nice guys. great pizza. fairly convenient. ;) cant beat it.

My experience here began as I walked through the doors of pizza palace I was greeted with a smile by the incredibly talented(and might I add handsome) head chef of the restaurant. I decided to stop by today to grab 1 large cheese for my kids but as soon as I was hit by the beautiful aroma of the store I knew I was going to get more than that. I left with the large cheese but also a slice of buffalo chicken and pepperoni. Let me tell you this was the absolute BEST pizza I have ever tasted in my entire life . The Sauce was the perfect mix of sweet and salty, the amount of cheese was just right and the crust was perfectly thin. I will be coming here again every day for the rest of my life without fail until I die . Thank you pizza palace.

This place is solid. Pizza is really good, crust is great, usually a wide variety of slices avaialble at the counter. Has a 'New York' crust; not floppy, not greasy. Solid pizza. And I just had a calzone, really good too.

This is a lovely little spot! The gentleman working at the counter is kindly, and there are a lot of different kinds of pizzas on display that one can get slices of! I got a slice of their pepperoni and mushroom pizza! I also had a slice of their margherita pizza! Both slices were delightfully crisp! The sauce they use is really good, too! I also really liked the buffalo mac and cheese bites that I got! I've seen regular mac and cheese bites, but I've never seen anyplace put buffalo sauce on them! It's an excellent combination! I'll definitely get them again, but I think next time I'll ask for blue cheese dressing instead of ranch. I like, too, that it's quiet here. The atmosphere is very much not busy, so having a few moments to eat in this space gave me a bit of time to recharge as I was out and about. I'm gonna bring some of my friends next time I go! I think they'll like it here!

If you haven’t tried it yet you’re making sing out. Proud to admit I’m definitely coming back.

Came in for a tester slice a few months back, was really good. Mixed in a few of the other local pizza places since then and have to say this place is legit. You dont have to play tug o war with your crust to get a bite. The food is really good, the owners are personable. Give them a try, you won't regret it!!

I've learned if you order at 10am or just after on a Saturday, they'll often just not be open and will cancel your GrubHub order despite accepting it. No idea why they do that but they apparently have some kind of auto-accept thing and never turn it off when closed. It's annoying... but they are still one of the best pizzas in the area... now if only they used flour under the bread and the crust weren't as crispy, it would be even harder to beat.

Buy two slices get one free?! Ok!! I have no idea why there ismt a line out the door for this place. Hands down, best pizza in the capital district. This pizza is amazing! Crust: perfect. Toppings: perfect balance of sauce cheese and whatever else. Do not go anywhere else! This isnt a bs review, you'll thank me later! 10 stars if i could!!!!

The pizza is very good and a true NY style cut. Very thin and crispy with no flop!! Definitely worth coming here and one of the best in the area.

When I got there to pick up my pizza, they told me they were unsatisfied with how my pizza came out. He told me they were making me a new one and still going to give me the ‘bad’ one, then said “we take care of our customers here”. Anyways both pizzas were excellent and this place never disappoints!

I don't frequently go here but it is good mostly. I took a star off today because I'm disappointed that my order was a bit wrong. I ordered a large cheese with mozz sticks and chicken wings. I will state that all of it was tasty however, I didn't get the melba sauce I paid extra for even though I was told it was in the bag. Just red sauce. Also I ordered moonshine flavored wings and got buffalo. I dont usually like spicy sauce so I wasn't too happy about it although the flavor was pretty fantastic. Lastly I felt like the pizza was lacking heavily with cheese. Barely any cheese. Still tasty but come on. It's possible they mixed up my order with someone else, they did say someone else ordered the same thing as me but I don't know. I'm sure if I called and went back that they would've made it right but I picked it up after a long work day so it wasn't worth it to go back. I will go here again but just make sure I double check that everything is right before I leave the store next time and maybe get extra cheese.

Underside of the pizza was cooked perfectly and did not flop over. Perfect amoutof sauce and cheese. The wings were nice and crispy. With a bottle of water and a soda, it came to $25.00. The service was great and everyone was friendly. There is not a lot of room to sit in and eat, but there are a couple of tables and stools with a counter.

Ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and when I got there they told me they were all out of the wraps and asked if they could just do a sub in which I said that’s fine, figuring they would give me everything that my wrap was supposed to have in it on a sub roll, (the wrap was supposed to have lettuce tomato onions and cheese on it as well as the buffalo chicken) instead I got a sub roll with buffalo chicken and cheese that’s it. If I wanted a plain buffalo chicken sub I would’ve ordered that I wanted the topping on it. Very disappointed. That and every time I go I end up waiting way longer than estimated even if I’m just getting one thing.

In fact, it was another 20 minutes before our order was done. So, on a dead evening, it was 41 minutes from when we placed our order to when we received it, verified by the timestamp on our receipt. Of the three different pies we purchased, the Crazy Chicken was good, and the only one I would order again. The Palace Deluxe was okay. The Margherita was disappointing. The Calzone was okay. Considering that we paid $78, I don’t think the Pizza Palace is worth it. It was over-priced, compared to other local pizza places, and the wait was ridiculously long under the circumstances.

Ive waited over about 30 minutes past my estimated delivery order (it had been over an hour already) and the pizza did not come with the toppings I had paid for. Had to go pick it up and when asked what happened, the person behind the counter just shrugged and said they were short staffed, but the food had been ready for a while. Nobody called to advise about the delay nor was it mentioned upon ordering. There was no sympathy either. Absolutely horrible service. Screw this place

Called, no answer. Got a text from them saying “sorry we missed your call, you can order online” with the link. I clicked the link and ordered online, PAID, drove ALL THE WAY there, just for it to be CLOSED! AND it said they were open online. What a huge waste of time, and now I have to contact my credit card to have the charge reversed since there isn’t a place to do it online. FML.

Do not spend your money here. The pizza took an hour to make, and when i finally got it was cold. Not to mention the “i dont care” attitude from the owner himself. Anyone could tell he is a cheap skate. cheese tasted like rubber. Shut this place down

Zero commitment to quality and very poor customer service. Some of the worse food I have ever had. Ordered a 24 cut, they don’t really do 24 cuts. I received two Burnt 12 cuts. Ordered extra crispy wings, I received wings that were questionable even cooked. There response when I called to speak to them about the food was we will give you a $20 credit. The order was $65 with a $15 tip.

I have no idea how its possible but food from this place is always cold. First time we ordered we got a pizza for delivery and the person who delivered it had it in their trunk so I assumed the pizza was cold because of the delivery person. However the second time we ordered a pizza we ordered it for pickup my husband waited inside for 45 minutes after they said it was only going to be about 20 and he had called 15 minutes before he git there, and still when we got the pizza it was still cold, even carrying out of the store The Box wasn't even hot!!!!! No idea how this is even possible but I've seen a lot of other reviews saying the same thing. Definitely will not be back and would not recommend!

Just picked up my order, 1 large “supposed to be sausage but was meatball” pizza. The pizza was burned on the bottom and the topping was wrong. Service sucks and is awkward. I even left a tip in the tip jar as the kid handed me my order, the least he could’ve said was have a good night, a thanx would’ve been nice but he said nothing. Maybe some experienced adults in this establishment might’ve made tonights experience better, as it seemed to be ran by teenagers. I won’t order here again. 👎👎👎 Pizza Palace 👎👎👎

The pizza crust was soggy, and the garlic knots were tangy like they were made with vinegar or something acidic. And the wings were rubbery it was like biting into a piece of fat. I'm Sorry, pizza palace, but it was not good. I will not be returning.

We ordered a 12 cut square pie for delivery since we are stuck home sick. It was a disaster. I'm not sure what happened, but I'd never order from here again. The cheese looked like it slid around in transit. I'm disappointed because I've stopped there for slices and they have always been decent.

We ordered food for delivery one and half hours went by no food. I called I was told the driver left a few minutes ago and should be here soon. 25 minutes went by still no food. Called again and got told it was delivered but it never was delivered. He said he would not make our food because we already got it and wouldn't refund it either. The driver never delivered the food to us. I don't know where he delivered it if he even did. Meanwhile my kids are waiting over 2 hours to eat dinner that we never got. Had to cook dinner so my kids had to wait even longer to eat because of them. At first he said he'd remake it and then said he was going to double charge us Then said he would not make the food and that if we went there to get that we would regret it. We got threatened after our money was stolen because we never received our order that we paid for. We have a camera outside and no one came to our house. They are theives. No food and out $50.00. We will never order from them ever again. Which is sad because we liked the pizza. Beware of this place.
