Unlike the other location, this one is fully staffed and there was no trouble getting in and finding a seat. The service was quick, efficient, and they got our complex order correct the first time. Food was hot and tasty, and while we were eating they managed to seat a surprise group of 14 in just a couple minutes. A bit of a drive, but all around excellent experience.

Great place if you love burgers! They have a wide variety to choose from. They also have chicken sandwiches if you're not into beef. I got the Scorpion burger which was absolutely delicious. If you like spicy that's the one for you! Not over bearing but very tasty. They also have bottomless sides which are awesome!

Was my first time to a Red Robin Restaurant and was pleasantly surprised. The food was fantastic and get this, the drinks were free refills and we had shakes. The fries and veggies for my grandson were free refills too! The service was fantastic, food was fantastic. Will definitely go again when we are in that area.

At RR for free birthday burger. It was early so many tables open. We asked for a booth & first was shown booth right by door (it was cold & knew place would start filling up with door opening often) we declined and second booth was right by bathroom & wait stations! Again, place had maybe 3 groups seated, plenty of more appealing options. We finally chose our own seat. No problem for waitress, her same area. Waitress was VERY accommodating as I asked that burgers be served on a plate rather than in a basket (hate getting paper wrapper with a bite of burger) and asked for "extra" malt in my milkshake. She hit malt 3xs & said if too malty, she'd replace it. All requests were met with a smile. She was very personable & checked to see if we wanted more of our sides & to inquire how "extra" my malt was...it was DELICIOUS and I appreciated her concern. Burgers & sides were tasty & consistent. AND no one sang Happy Birthday (not even sure they do that at RR but I'm beyond being sung to in public. Only down side, which I really don't get is why when a place is practically empty, they decide to try to fill their worst tables first. It's like you're penalized for coming in to spend money there early. I'm a rewards RR person & I'll be back. I order the same burger every time & they are always consistent the way a chain should be. Fantastic experience. Lucas went above and beyond, especially with our bottomless fries. He even gave us some as an “appetizer” before our meal, which was nice to hold us over while we waited. He also gave us some to take home, without us even needing to ask. He was attentive whenever we needed anything and made us feel well taken care of. Thank you!!

I have eaten a multitude of times at Red Robin and have always had excellent food and service. This time was different. I ordered ahead to eat in the car, which I have done many times. I arrived at the agreed upon time and my order brought out quickly by a friendly server. The burger was so well done that it was dry and crispy and to say that the food was lukewarm is probably generous. I will give them a break as out of the many times I have ordered there, this is the 1st time I was disappointed. Will definitely return to try again.

Yup, believe the hype, these burgers rock! Tried to visit for the first time last year but the pandemic was hitting the service industry and the wait was too long so we postponed until this past weekend. Sadly, the restaurant had experienced a frozen pipe that burst so they were closed, but we were ever more determined and found another Red Robin only seven minutes away. The wait was actually fun (our hostess was a hoot and always had a smile for every name she called), and pretty short. We decided to sit at the bar and it was an excellent choice. We were greeted by our bartender/server with a warm smile. She answered every question I had about gluten and allergies and I quickly ordered a mushroom burger with swiss, and of course a bunch of amazing steak fries. My friend ordered a Cobb salad and fries. The food was delicious. I can still see the perfect pink in the burger and taste every bite. I usually only eat my own burgers because I'm typically disappointed with the quality of meat at restaurants. The Red Robin did not disappoint. Can't wait to return.

They have great burgers but even better service. We had Hunter and Cat taking care of us and I made sure that they provided excellent service. Both of them were very friendly and constantly checked into make sure that our experienced was good. We will certainly be going back and highly recommend the Red. Robin.

This is a fantastic Red Robin. The staff here are incredible friendly and accommodating to food allergies that may be needed for your party. Wonderful and knowledgeable about explaining and articulating what does and doesn’t fall in those requirements. Burgers are fantastic. Fries are bottomless. Cannot complain about the food nor service we’ve gotten at this location.

Schroom Burger and sweet potato fries were both cold. Waited 15 minutes once notified ready for pickup. Staff took too long to acknowledge people waiting for their take out or tables. I automatically tip 20% even when just getting a bag handed over. No apologies for the delay. Will not be ordering takeout again from here. This should be a one star rating, would not update.

In general, I have enjoyed Red Robin, but today, I was disappointed. Their food was smaller in size and not very good. My wife sent her broccoli back because it tasted so bad. Not often, this happens. She ordered the salmon, but they were out of salmon. We ordered onion rings as appetizers, which came out after we were halfway through our meal. We asked for fries, and they never came out. I'm not sure if I will return.

This one is a fan favorite for my kids who are usually picky eaters. We love going in as a family and always leave there very satisfied. The food is very consistent, which is great for the kids, and they usually have a new special burger to try, which is great for me! The unlimited fries dipped in campfire sauce is a crowd pleaser for sure. Pretzel bites, boneless wings and onion rings are also usually on our order. We go for the burgers but I'm glad they offer much more!

Two of us dined in, and both of our burgers were ordered with "some pink," and they nailed a perfect medium-well on both. She ordered the Lava Queso burger, and I ordered the Jalapeño Heatwave burger. But were flavorful and fresh. The queso on hers was addictive and my guacamole was too! The fries were crispy, and in classic Red Robin fashion, slightly over seasoned. The atmosphere is slightly dated and tired though.

I've always loved Red Robin's cheese burgers! Today, I ordered to-go but unfortunately, there was an issue with their system and my order was delayed. I'm 7 months pregnant and asked if I could sit at the bar because the chair was high enough for me to wait and be comfortable. I had the wonderful pleasure of meeting Hillary. She was absolutely attentive. She made my strawberry lemonade drink while I waited. Then followed up with me to see if they were aware that I was waiting there. I confirmed and she took the initiative to see how much longer. When she checked, my order was sitting on the counter and she grabbed it for me. I was truly touched because I was waiting for about 40min and was really hungry. That's customer service and when I asked her to let her manager know how great of job she was doing, she told me that it was her last day. I just want you to know Red Robin that it's really hard to find genuine people that truly cares about their customers and Hillary is one of them. You should make every effort to keep someone of her stature! The service she provided was exceptional and because of that, she made my experience pleasant and erased the pain of waiting for that long. Thank you Hillary!!! 😊😊😊♥️

Classic burgers, fresh fries and a pleasant bounce back from Covid. The service and food was perfect and I had 4 teenagers who enjoyed themselves! Wish they had more employees so there wouldnt be a wait. But its no fault of the business. I had the guacamole burger and it was right on the money!

Ate here a few days ago and it was great. I was hesitant to come back to a Red Robin after my last experience but I'm glad I did. I had a large Chicken Caesar salad and it was fresh and filling; it was so big I could only eat half of it. My family couldn't get dinners because of an event going on that would see us eating at 4pm or 5pm, so something at noon was needed.

I wanted a burger. Specifically a Red Robin burger. Now usually we go to the one in Latham which the last few times were disappointing. I am SO glad my daughter decided to drive to this one in Clifton Park. Sat in that bar area and were greeted immediately by the lovely bartender Alanna. She took helped decide on drinks with great choices and took our order. I had the spicy mango margarita but made with vodka instead as I am not a tequila fan (judge if you want LOL) and my daughter got the raspberry cream soda. Let me tell you that spicy was the perfect amount of spicy I like in my drink!! My daughter enjoyed the soda so much she had two. Alanna took out appetizer and food order and as soon as she left the table the app was arriving - fresh hot,buttery, not over salted pretzel bites and their Flat Tire beer cheese. Now we tried this app at the one in Latham and it was NOTHING like what we received in CP. They were so good I thought we should have ordered two! Food comes out delivered by the manager. I did the Bacon Fondue Burger and daughter did the Royal Burger. Both cooked well, hot and fresh. I did the chips and she did a Ceasar salad. After we ate, we saw the manager again and called him over. We let him know - his name is Jimmy - that his restaurant is 100 percent better than the one in Latham - food, drinks, service - everything. He was very appreciative and took the time to actually have a conversation with us. Very pleasant person and we will DEFINITELY go to that location for our burger fix.

Had a burger that was just mind-blowing. Had pineapple in it and I was in heavenly bliss eating it. My God. Thing was so amazing had to pinch myself to know I was not dreaming. Was best burger I've have. Funny thing is, that's not what I ordered (receptionist took my order wrong, was supposed to be a sandwich) but I guess it was.meant to be and I'm happy it did. Will be going back for the sandwich because I heard it too was incredibly delicious. Will add pics next time. Enjoy your visit. Went back on April 12th and had two burgers, chicken and beef, and my goodness, they we so delicious. The chicken was much tastier than the beef though, but both really amazing. Tried few drinks and ohh, so delicious. Love their kiosk at the table so you pay right there. Will be going back for more.

Truly the best veggie burger I have had in town. Have tried chillies, buffalo wild wings and other places. This one takes the brownie points for being spoton. The fries (with ranch dipping) are great. Ambience is cozy. Nice Service. Free burger for birthday month if you join their loyalty program. parking. A stand alone bar as well (didn't try it). Milkshakes looked great (next week gona try).

Terrible. And our waitress was nasty. Won't go again. Well I noticed we haven't been here in 3 years. Much better this time. Our waitress was sweet. The soup was good. My burger was cool. Could have been much hotter. The manager ckd on us, so I was able to tolerate the cold burger. We'll come back and I'll make sure my food is hotter. This time a 4 instead of a 2 the last time I was here.

The food is very good and fairly consistently so, which has kept us coming back. Their burgers are awesome and they have a lot of unique options. Unfortunately the service seems to be hit or miss. Sometimes they are phenomenal and we have a really enjoyable time while other times we find we only see the bare minimum of our wait staff and service is very slow. We haven't found any correlation between how busy it is and the quality of service, so it's very difficult to pin down the reason for the range of experiences.

Good place, pretty consistent food. Burgers are pricey, but what is considered normal these days, $12-$15 generally. But a good size. Took my nephew's there for their birthday, 3 of them. Got off cheap with them eating off the kids meal, chicken tenders, hamburger, fries, milkshakes, $36 after tip. Sat outside, they have a nice, albeit very small patio. Maybe 5-6 tables, most have umbrellas. Service was very quick.

We went with a bunch of people and had a great time. I absolutely love the fried zucchini sticks they do as an appetizer. We all got different things and were very pleased with our food. The staff was helpful and friendly, they handled special requests with good grace and understanding. I would happily eat here again.

Food was good. We all had different burgers w bottomless steak fries, along with desert. The kids were quiet while they ate so you know it was good. We all left full. The server was prompt and pleasant. I would suggest leaving more space between tables. The servers and patrons can not move easily through when the place is busy. Chairs from the different tables end up back to back, cant even squeeze through. I didnt use the restroom so cannot comment on that. But dinning are was clean.

I think the biggest problem I have with this place is how loud it can get. That's not necessarily their fault, I get it, but it's the only fault I can think of. Otherwise, I love Red Robin! The food is always good. The service is usually great. And the bottomless root beer floats are a nice dessert to go with dinner, though they are a bit pricey so make sure to get your money's worth. On a Friday or Saturday night there is always a wait but any other time, in and seated quickly.

We went on a Friday afternoon for lunch. Arrived about 1145 am and we were seated without any wait. When we left there were several parties waiting for tables and people heard of the wait and left, we witnessed 3 parties leaving in a matter of minutes. The food is very good and children's meal portions are a good size. The waitress was very nice and brought 2 baskets of fries for our table (5 people) while waiting for our food. The food arrived promptly and the waitress brought additional fries halfway through our lunch. The only issue was one of our burgers had a hair in it. The waitress promptly took care of it with no questions asked and brought a new meal out. When paying we noticed that she comped the meal without telling us. Most restaurants just apologize and don't do anything to compensate. Overall we were all satisfied and left full.

Burger was good and was made nicely with burning love . Salad is below average. Fries decent. Service was excellent. One star off for salad and another one for getting my check wrong . He asked me to pay using the device for self checkout but it was for someone else. It took 10 mins to sort it out

Food They have the best burgers! Cleanliness Bathroom floor was very sticky and one dispenser was out of soap. The bathroom stall has no room. You have to open the door and squeeze in. Awkward! Hostess When we walked in two people greeted us and they seemed to like their job and were friendly Server She was friendly and genuine. I ordered the burger fondue. I didn't get my cheese until like 10 minutes late. It was NOT the servers fault. The kitchen was backed up. Seating/Atmosphere We were at a nice round table in the back. The music was a tad too loud as my Aunt stated.. and others in my party. I think they need to redesign how they have the tables seated in the back.3 people walked right behind my chair only a few inches away from me. I put a chair in the back of my seat as no one was sitting next to us. At least 10 people attempted to cut through the table area right behind my seat.. luckily the chair blocked some people, but a few tried to move the chair which I politely said go around the chair lol...what logic is it to not give people personal space. If you look at the pic you could clearly see there was no room for people to walk that way. This sounds silly, but in order not to annoy other patrons..pleassssseree rearrange the tables

Service was great, our server was fabulous about checking in with us and making sure we were satisfied. Food was good, fries were fresh, onion rings were also fresh and yummy, not a huge fan of the burger I got but it was a new style for me. Environment was clean for a family friendly spot. I was full, but not satisfied. While looking for a dish that would spark some interest in my palate, I came across the Red Robbin Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich. Which aside from being a chicken sandwich, also had a thick slice of pineapple in it, which was unique enough for me to consider it. Adding in the Pretzel Bites and a House Salad completed the meal, making some adjustments to everything and putting the order in online for pickup later in the day. It was a bit pricy, $42 in total, but that's nothing shocking for a chain restaurant. Arrived early and had to wait a little to get the order, but it was out well before my intended time by almost 10 minutes. It smelled great but I was delayed getting home due to the traffic and the distance itself, so by the time I got home everything had already cooled down sadly. And while I don't deduct points for that, I would point out that the take out containers were terrible for helping keeping things warm. Back home when I did get to it all, my hype was immediately waylaid. The pretzel bites and pub cheese weirdly did not want to stick to each other, which made it difficult to get a good layer of cheese on the pretzel. The salad was pretty tiny, really small for $7, that surprised me. And then there was the sandwich I longed for, and well, it was just so gosh darn messy. A single bite and the chicken would try to shoot out the other end, holding it with enough forced to keep the chicken in the bun resulted in juices and sauce oozing out onto my hands. And the flavor was just not living up to my expectations, the pineapple was more sour than sweet, which made the mess it made for consuming the thing a hassle. Luckily the onion rings I got were good, but there were only five rings in total. Only five? What a tiny side dish! In the end I was full, only room for dessert, but I just did not enjoy the meal like I wanted. I was close to just going full on 3/5, but the service was pretty friendly so that bumps them back to 4/5.

Good burger place. Had to wait 20 minutes because the location is under staffed even though tables were empty. The burgers were good. We got the scorpion gourmet burger and buzzin chicken sandwich. The scorpion burger has a zing to it and was delicious. Highly recommend this if you can handle spicy burgers. The chicken sandwich was good. The buzzin sandwich wasn't as good. The suace on the chicken was made of tobasco. We got beer and lemonade for drinks. The beer selection is good. Service was good and super quick. You pay on the electronic tab at the table which was also quick.

So we hadn't been to RR in a couple years. This experience was much like the last. Forgettable, overpriced burgers they get between $13-$16 for a burger and unlimited fries. A soda will run you another $3. I went with my wife, my teenager and two kids who qualify for the kids meal. The kids menu have four sections a entree, side item, drink and sundae giving you the impression you get one of each for one price. Come bill time this was not the case and wacked me for another $3 bucks for the kids sundaes. Also on the bill I was charged for adult sodas for the kids which was only removed after inquiring about them. Also at the bottom of the bill was a $2.50 charge for the on-table infotainment device, which I knew full well was a gimmick for another charge, I had told my kids not to fool with or play. Overall, the food was okay, the waitress was nice, and the tip reflected that. But Red Robbin is looking for any charges they can tack on the bill, food was overpriced, gimmicky and forgettable. Go to Five Guys if it's good burgers you crave.

Just "OK". We chose this place because of its location and later hours. The different types of fries we got were somewhat soggy and limp. Our server got one of the burgers wrong and one of us had to wait while others ate. We were also charged for the mistake and had to ask to have the bill adjusted. The burgers themselves were a step up from what you could get at a fast food place, but whether that step up and the service accounts for the price difference is debatable. We took home leftovers and thought the food tasted better reheated. Some of the menu items we didn't try looked good, so maybe it would be worth another visit under the right circumstances.

I ordered the Two for You-..... ribs & fried shrimp. When my food came, the shrimp were fine, however the ribs were ice cold - i mean, straight out of a refrigerator cold. When I told our server this , she asked: " oh do you want me to take them back and have them microwave them for you"? WHAT???? No I don't want them MICROWAVED ! ( I wouldn't even use a microwave to reheat them at home). When I said no, I don't want my food microwaved, the server responded. O.k." and walked away . 1st I would expect food to come to the table fresh , and hot ( at least warm) and 2nd , if for some reason, the food is not hot or a problem with the order, make it right, and do that properly. ( no, I did NOT eat the cold ribs. I took b them home and next day, properly reheated them in the oven)

I use to come here once a month before covid. I visited last week with my family. Very disappointed in the wait staff now. They use to come over evey 10-15 min to check on you. My waiter would only come over after us asking the busboy. It wasn't a busy night either. The food was subpar, with the Scorpion burger having little to no flavor and the fries were soggy and not great tasting. The greeting staff was quite friendly though. Very disappointing this time to the point I may not come back. Especially at the price point.

Wait staff was great! Food not so much. (The fries were great, though.) The restaurant was busy but not overly so. Our food took a long time to come. The wait staff smothered us with fries and drink refills to keep our kids happy and served them first. By the time we got our food it was cold. My burger and my wife's veggie burger were undercooked. I did not complain since my children were done and ready to leave. I have to agree with my wife that it will be a long time before we consider going again and maybe never again.

Server was good and the host was very polite. Can't take that away from them. But there was a line to get in the door, a line for the host, and then the host put me in a queue for a 35 to 40 minute wait(which was an accurate wait time estimate). Any of the fried food we had was overdone, probably due to how busy they were. I had a lot of difficulty navigating the restaurant on crutches and it looked like it'd be impossible in a wheelchair. All told, I wasn't upset and it wasn't as though anything was expensive but I won't be looking to go back.

The food was subpar at best. I had a salad and it had so much brown lettuce. My husband's hamburger was not cooked to his liking. It wasn't even close. I don't know why she bothered to ask if he wanted any pink in it. The waitress was very sweet and very professional but we could not hear a word. She was saying. She was very soft spoken and the place was very loud. That's one of the reasons why we didn't bother to complain. She was actually the only busy waitress. Good for her. We sat and watched one waitress who was supposed to be cleaning. I say supposed to be because she kept using the sweeper and was missing these huge pieces of straw wrapper that were all over the floor. She then sat down at a booth by herself and another waitress stood by and chatted with her. At one point, the girl who is sitting was irritated because the host didn't seat her. I wouldn't have sat her either.... she was clearly resting. They could do a lot better. Don't put out a salad that is brown. Don't cook the meat until it's gray. Maybe a manager could run the place instead of letting the kids run it.

Burgers used to be good now if rather have burger king than here. onion rings were ok, fried pickles weren't. Fries were inedible because of how much salt were on them. Service was just ok never got asked if I wanted a refill.

Good is fine. Not great, not awful. Service at the Clifton Park location has really gone downhill. We waited for a fair bit to be greeted and seated. We were given a dirty table but she immediately came back to clean it. Then we barely saw our server again. It took over 15 minutes to take our order in the nearly empty restaurant. A food runner brought our 2 burgers and fries about a half hour later. No drink refills offered. We saw our server once more after I had already used the kiosk to pay.

8/26/2025 about 1:15 pm went to Red Robin with wife and grandkids. At the front desk was an elderly man who never looked up or even said hello. Apparently he was occupied with take out orders. After standing there for a few minutes and with the line growing behind us we left and went to another restaurant.

You’re better off at BK, McD, etc Walked in, no host. Sat at the bar… bartender playing on her phone. She eventually noticed me since I was coughing. Provides me with a menu, no bar menu. Tavern burger- frozen patty, mushy, no seasoning. The American cheese had all the flavor. Fries- clearly not fresh, barely warm, reasonably seasoned, cardboard texture. Shift change, bartender never said a word. Transferred my bill and slipped out… rude and shows a lack of any service industry attention.

The only good thing about this Red Robin was the server. You could see into the kitchen which was dirty. The burgers were cold and the fries were terrible. There were 9 of us and everyone disappointed.

I hadn't been in a couple of years and I wanted to give it another shot as my last one was pretty bad. Unfortunately I think this one was worse. My lemonade was good! The server screwed up a couple of things of our order, in particular my husband's side, then charged us for the extra side when she never brought us the right one to begin with (he had ordered sweet potato fries to begin with, and we received kind of lukewarm steak fries for his). She had quite an attitude when I asked her to remove the charge and asked me what was wrong with the side I brought you in the first place and I said well it's just not what we ordered. She looked like she was physically restraining herself from an eye roll, said fine and brisked off. We had to get up and ask for help at times, and honestly the food was just really gross. My food wasn't made how I asked, missing ingredients, and was just a bit blah. I understood from chatting with them the day before that they are understaffed (we were going to come in and I was confirming the hours so that we wouldn't be coming in too close to close, and decided to come earlier the next/this day instead for that reason). But we also at any time could see 3-5 people chatting, and she was the only one who ever acted rudely so I'm not sure it was just the staffing. One person's burger was pretty good, another "fine" and mine was kind of gross. I'd like to see it come back but this definitely put us off again. Reminds me of how CP Friday's just continued to go downhill in quality til it became a ghost town. There was a (I think) manager, as well as a different server and a host that we're all really lovely though.

My family and I went to celebrate my sisters birthday at her favorite place… We got seated right away our server Isabelle was nice at first then 15-20 minutes later we got out food and we had to flag her down multiple times for Refills, sauces etc and it was annoying she didn’t check on us after she brought the food out like they normally do after they notice you take 3-5 bites of your food. We had to flag her down or other waitresses to get what we needed. Getting the check took 20 minutes after flagging her down yet again… It wasn’t a busy afternoon, there was another couple in her section and they were getting a little furious that they’re just sitting there waiting and waiting not even ordered yet; I got the crispy chicken wrap and it was BOMB! I usually get the royal Red Robin but I wanted something different! 10/10 food. 10/10 atmosphere. Host 10/10. Waitress 2/10.

We were 1 of two couples in entire restaurant. Kitchen staff throwing food through pass-through window several times at wait staff. Appetizer came out cold waitress never came back till food was served ( it was removed from check ). Meal came out fine. Lack of management in this location.

Red Robin is pretty good. Bottomless fries is cool. Went there recently and ordered a burger medium rare for a burger medium well. The ranch dressing is watered down, litterly runny like water. The staff wasn't too nice either. Her was B, she didn't ask me once if I want more fries. So will not recommend this place.

Ordered burger, medium rare, came very well done, got side salad and was charged 1.99. It was to replace the fries, was supposed to be free. Ordered the chicken tenders, they were very dry. Was supposed to get ranch dressing, none. Got food but had no silverware to eat with. A bacon cheeseburger, no roll, and 4 chicken tenders and 2 sodas was $42.00 without tip

Stopped in for an avocado salad got two of them. Noticed smell when placed on table . Realized that smell was coming from chicken smelled like rotten chicken. Tasted thinking it was something else that was cooked with it was not. Chicken was burned on both sides. Was offered a reorder. But stomach was no longer up for that. The part that gets me no one asked manger about this and was charged for drinks? Really not good business. P.S. the hostesses is terrible and employees were arguing in kitchen will not visit this place again. It is a shame how such a good place can go that bad.

I use to eat at Red Robin regularly at a syracuse location it was always amazing food and service. Unfortunately the food and the service was sub par at this location. Pickup for our order was at 4:10 pm and the staff stated “we will be right out”. It was not until 4:50 that our food was done. The burger that was suppose to have a gluten free bun had a regular bun. I’m open to returning if things change regarding the management of this location.

We were traveling and had never been to a Red Robin before but have heard good things about the restaurant. Got off exit 9 off the North Way in New York. What a bad experience, do not recommend this place. My husband's bun was pancake flat and his sweet potato fries were old soggy and cold. I asked to talk to the manager and they NEVER came. Server was extremely nice. Paid our bill and left, since no one cared.

Poor management. I went to this place simply bc my daughter like the food. However, on 11/12 around 11:30am, the male restroom is super slippery. Looks like someone dump way too much liquid soap on the floor. On 11/19 around 11:30 i was there and it is worse: Everything below happened on the same visit (1) No tissue and paper towel in male restroom. (2) Machine to make ice cream and milkshake is broken so make us difficult to order stuff. (3) Only single crayon left for kid to use (4) Way too less waiter. We wait for our order super long. We eventually just left without getting our dessert. Seriously...the management is horrible in this restaurant.

The greeter + well-meaning and pleasant mannered server were the only redeeming qualities, even after the server took a while to take my order, was distracted while doing so, forgot to return with a refill, ratted on the cook who forgot my side which then arrived after burger was eaten - a side which cost me extra $$ and no refund was offered. Couldn't cash out and leave fast enough. Sad and disappointing. I had a poor experience over a year ago but decided to brave it again. Shame on me. Won't happen again.

Came in the other day with my family, and from the second we walked in it was terrible. First, The guy at the door was nice, but didnt seem like he understood his job. We were the only people in line, there was maybe 5 tables in the whole place.. it took him 10 minutes to figure out his tablet and where to seat us. He then took us to the booth, and explained they have no kid menus, its all on the kiosk and they have a kids table now. Service was really slow took over 10 minutes to come up to us.Was pretty rude to us. Forgot my ID so couldnt get my drink, no biggy. My fault. But the rest of the time she proceeded to give me and my husband dirty side eye looks it felt. Food was ok. Kids did not like the mac n cheese, the french fries were soggy. My lettuce wrapped chicken breast was slimy, but edible. Wont be going back. Sucks, it used to be my favorite!!

Red Robin, where the service is slower than my internet in 2005. The bottomless fries are only bottomless because they never bring you more! If you’re looking for a place to practice patience and eat lukewarm food, this is it. On the bright side, the endless wait gave me time to ponder how I ended up at Red Robin at 8pm.

The new waitress took the order wrong. So my plain burger had lettuce tomato and sauce on it. I asked them to replace it and they scraped the cheese and toppings off and put the patty covered in sauce and the bacon covered in lettuce on a new bun. Then the manager came over to apologize and said his intent was that a new burger would be made, however, he brought the burger back and came out 2 minutes later with the "new" burger.

We came in Thursday around 6:30 wasn’t too busy. Everything was OK. The food was good. The two margaritas we had were overflowing, which caused the rims that were caked in salt to sink into our drinks making them taste like saltwater, so we could really only drink the top half of them. The service was mediocre our server didn’t really check on us, dropped off our food and didn’t say a word. He was very nice but I don’t know if he was new/overwhelmed with the tables he had or just inattentive. I ordered my son a kids milkshake to go from our server about 10 minutes before we cashed out on the ziosk. about 20 minutes go by and nothing at this point, my husband had already been out in the car with my other two kids for 15 minutes. I finally went to the host stand and asked the host if it’s normal for a milkshake to take around 20 to 25 minutes, she said let me go check on that and I’m assuming she went to the bartender who a few minutes later was running her mouth I believe it was something along the lines of “Make it at home for your kid”. What a gem of an employee you’ve got there, I hope she only bartenders and doesn’t serve cause god forbid if she waited on a kid who orders a milkshake from a place that SELLS MILKSHAKES! Also, now it was making sense as to why the milkshake was taking so long because our drinks took just as long if not longer, we actually got our appetizers before our drinks. So if you ever go there and decide you want a drink think again if there’s a heavyset girl with dirty blonde hair and glasses working on the bar. Btw there was maybe two people at the bar so really no excuse as to why everything took so long, I’m assuming this is not a new issue as our server looked irritated with how long our drinks were taking. Probably best to just order to go from here on out, the kitchen did a great job with all of our food.

Visited 3/17 with my girlfriend and our daughter. We were seated by the host and was told that someone would be right with us. We waited for 15 minutes and no server ever came by to get our drinks or food order. I looked around trying to get someone attention and all the servers didn’t really look busy but just walking around back and forth. After 15 minutes went by, I made the decision of leaving after getting treated by disrespect as this and on my way out told the host no one ever came by we are leaving. Honestly, every time I’ve came to this location it’s always slow dirt service. Food is always great though.

I went to the one in Clifton Park. This was the worst experience I have had in a long time. The only good thing was meeting up with good friends. The service was poor, and it took for ever to get the food. Thefood was cold and the place was dirty. We had to ask 2 times for silverware and paper towels to clean the table, unlimited fry’s, we were lucky to get them once with the meal that was eatable. Will never going back again

Sat at the bar and the bartender was very attentive. While waiting for our order I noticed a young person wearing a white tank top and blue jeans boy shorts with red headphones around their neck. Thinking it might be a customer...I noticed that this person was speaking with most of the staff working...hmmm could this person be a coworker off duty and relaxing at the bar on their time off. Then all of a sudden I heard this person speak up about the men's bathroom only having two partial rolls of toilet paper. Mind you that I was sitting on the far side and could hear about the issue. Within a minute later a waitress passed by and the person at the bar started to be very stern with this waitress. The volume of this person was getting louder and very bossy. Other staff started to gather around and thats when the heat of the moment the waitress quietly turned around and walked away from the bar. Meanwhile the young person starts yelling at the waitress "don't walk away" several times. I reminded you that I was at the other end of the bar. Within a minute this young person that is dressed with a white tank top and blue jeans boy shorts rush pass the bar towards the cooking station and tracks down this waitress. I start thinking this person isn't part of the waiting staff, they're in management. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. When the bar tender return back to us and asked us if everything is okay (reference to the food) I had to ask the bartender what's position is this person in at their location... The bartender replied back that this person was management...but they were new to this establishment and didn't want to get involved. I can understand that statement...who wants to be blacklisted when you're new. Being a business person, you should never correct your staff in front of customers. What was worse was the dess code of this person...so unprofessional. I hope upper management read this post and try to mold this unprofessional person into something worthy. After tonights dinner there...I don't think I will return. 👎

Waiting 30 min to just take drink order. Literally surrounded by tables that need to be cleaned. Writing review before even eating. I have no faith anything good will come of this trip. But hey might as well see it through.

My wife and I had an early dinner at your Red Robin and Clifton Park this evening upon entering the Red Robin were seated in the back of the restaurant .When going through the restaurant it seem to be a major problem of a backup sewers smell or something ,where were you sitting I wasn't too bad The server name Isabella took care of our order. We both got appetizers pretzel bites which weren't too bad and then placed our order for the whiskey burger and a double cheeseburger when she come back out with the order we had like 10 french fries and my had broccoli.it was like a big thing for them to put his in for a second order So disappointed and establishment and not want back When it come time to pay the bill we had a hunt down to pay the bill I.

While my meal was compensated for, I feel compelled to share my experience. This was my first and last time at Red Robin. My partner and I came to this location after a particularly rough week for both of us, just as a simple outing. However, to cap off a bad week, I took a bite of my Buzzin Chicken sandwich and realized that it was raw. I peeled back the breading to see that the whole piece was raw. The manager offered to remake the sandwich or have them make me something else. I declined as I no longer had an appetite. I promptly went home and emptied the contents of my stomach to try to avoid food poisoning. While I understand this is probably not common, it did happen and can be dangerous if it happens again.

Blonde server with an attitude mad our experience awful. She wouldn't serve my husband and I drinks because I didnt have my ID. I'm well over 30 and we both have gray hair and wedding rings. She frequently skipped our table while checking on tables. The bottomless fries came with no sauce and no appetizer plates to share. Everything we asked for seemed to be a problem. I ordered an impossible burger and it was clear it was cooked on the same grill as a real burger with grease coating the outside and an old crusted burnt piece of shredded cheese was also on the burger when I asked for no cheese. Honestly the snotty wait staff at all red robins in the area ruined it for me Mia at the one in Milton is just as awful.

Burger was disgusting and I waited 45min for it on a to go order. Nobody seemed to want to grab my to go order either, very weird experience. Gladly take my money elsewhere where the service isnt abysmal.

Had a disappointing experience at Red Robin. The prices were shockingly high for what you get—burgers, sides and drinks cost way more than comparable places, and the value just isn’t there. The service was slow; we waited far too long for our food, and the staff seemed disorganized. Worst of all, the employees were rude and unhelpful, making us feel unwelcome, especially my kids, who were upset by the attitude. Experience was a costly letdown. Won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend.
