This THE BEST place to get wings!! I once went by myself and the service was PERFECT! I got my food (an order of 12 wings but I got 6 for free because that was the special that day!) super quick. My Mountain Dew was top notch and I thought about asking them to fill up my water bottle so I could bring some home. I don’t care how casual or formal your occasion is, make this your place to go. I ALWAYS choose to wear a white shirt when I go too, since that makes the experience so much more fun and riskier. When I eavesdrop someone talking about Buffalo Wild Wings, I smile to myself knowing that it is getting the recognition it deserves. Thank you for everything you do, bdubs 🥹🥹
Michelle is the absolute best bartender and server on the planet! She always has a smile on her face and greets us with a hug and a smile. We love the wings and the atmosphere in general.
Nick was our server and he made us feel appreciated and welcomed. He was excellent and we appreciated how well he took care of us. was. The food was also quite good. Had a variety of things. The multi item appetizer is great if you want to sample a few different things. The everything pretzels are amazing, the nachos were so fresh and delicious. Of course the boneless wings were outstanding. Will definitely be back!
This chain is my dad's favorite. I live in Vermont but picked him up at the Albany Airport and took him here for lunch. I had the pork brisket tacos with fries, we shared an order of onion rings, and I had a Guinness. The onion rings were some of the best I've ever had. They were perfectly made and the restaurant was mostly empty so we got them quickly. Dad said the large we ordered looked like the same size as the regular he usually gets in Texas. My tacos had excellent flavor. Prices were very reasonable. We asked for coffee while we waited for a storm to pass but they sell no hot beverages. We were welcomed to stay as long as needed until the bad part of the storm passed.
I loved it. Went in the early afternoon so the place was empty and we got a brand new server who was being trained. She was quiet and sweet and sooo nervous. Her trainer stood near while she did her thing and she was great 👍 we told her she would do amazing in her new job and she appreciated the kudos!! The food was amazing, the service was extra special 🫶 and the atmosphere was alive with laughter from our table. We pulled some of the other waiters and waitresses into our fun and they enjoyed the laughter as much as we did! Great place to have a bite to eat!!!
Manager George is amazing and keep this place going he’s nice and makes sure everything goes out correctly
Ordered out from here and had a great experience. The server was quick and nice. We ordered a ton of food and extra sauces and got everything we ordered. Mango habanero and garlic parm wings are a must get. It all tasted amazing and came with extra veggies and sauces too. Would definitely recommend Buffalo Wild Wings in general as well as this location. Will be ordering again soon.
We had the absolute best waitress! At first we almost left because we were seated and weren't even looked at for over 5 minutes. Our waitress came over and explained that they were understaffed and they were doing the best they could. After she explained the hardship we told her that we had faith in her and we would stay. This lady ran her butt off around all the different tables, making drinks at the bar for people was very attentive and super kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We didn't actually wait as long as we were thinking we were going to and the food was good and we left full and happy. The manager actually came over to us and was happy that we cleaned our table for him. I wish we got her name but unfortunately we didn't but hopefully she sees this! This woman definitely needs a raise! She's doing the work of 3 people! Thanks again!
Whoever the new GM here is, they’re excellent. I unfortunately didn’t catch his name when I called about a delivery issue, but he was extremely polite, apologetic, and handled the situation really well. Great customer service goes a long way
Best chicken wings in Albany area. I know it's a national franchise, but somehow they manage to do it best. Wide selection of choices worth trying from mildest to hottest. Medium order (14 wings I believe) allows you to try three kinds in the same order. We prefer classic wings with the sauce, but dry wings are also available. My personal favorites are Garlic, Spicy Garlic, and Thai Curry; and my wife likes classic Buffalo wings. Finally the service is superb. We have visited recently and for some reason the order was delayed and the wings arrived lukewarm. The manager offered to either redo our order or give it to us for free. This was the only time we had issues and they went out of the way to make us happy. We are happy customers!
CJ is the best server there and you mist ask for him on entrance!! Food is great, I lobe buffalitos tortillas, they are so light! Atmosphere is great, especially in football season! Incredibly good place, I love it and I will come back! It is full of young people! It is easy to find a place to park in front of the bar.
Typical BWW. Good food, good service. Lots of TVs. U can order and pay at the table which is pretty cool. No local beers on tap here, unfortunately. I got boneless wings for the first time...eh, basically chicken nuggets but they were buy 1 get 1 free on a Thursday. Next time I'll get bone in..
Wings are alwas good Asian zing my pick the burgers good but greasey.still a good place to eat at a reasonable price. Sign up for points it will save you money.
Scott is the best manager!!! Very helpful with correcting our order and making sure we got everything we needed, sure do miss his great customer service on the bar as well!! Give him a raise!!!! Will be back
I was with my kids (3&6) and my wonderful life driving back home and we decided to stop right here ! Service was really great, the waitress was helpful and took care of us. Food was awesome whether it was in quantity or quality. I recommend this place and we will stop for sure next time ! Thanks to the entire staff !
Very good place Today Alexis was our server And she was very professional and friendly taking care of us
The food is always incredible but tonight I had an issue with takeout order on the app and it wasn’t going through so I went to the store and they honored the Price Frank the general manager was really nice and everybody in to go was also really incredible. Thank you so much for brightening my day.
Had Emma as our waitress walked in with a 35 minute wait and she nailed our service! So friendly Made sure we had everything we needed!!! Such amazing service during a busy time! Good luck with school
Buffalo Wild Wings is a versatile spot that I love to visit with both clients and family. While everything was tasty, the orders came out one by one which caused some discomfort as some of us ate before others. However, our attentive and friendly waitress did her best to speed things along. Despite this small issue, I had a great time overall and will definitely return. If you're looking for a place for both business and pleasure, Buffalo Wild Wings is a good choice!
It wasn't busy and not enough servers on a Saturday night. We had a party of 6. We grabbed a table close to the bar. We didn't get menus so we scanned the bar code on the table. A few of us had never been here so we figure that was standard. The table behind us got menus so we asked to see one. We ordered and it took a while for us to receive our food. The manager seemed to be doing everything except bartend. Everyone seemed to enjoy the drinks but one member of our party ordered BBQ wings he said the were kinda cold. I got tenders and fries with medium Buffalo sauce on the side (which had a weird aftertaste) and a side of the Thai Curry which was spicy but delicious. The fries were nicely seasoned. I would say this is a very relaxed casual place so don't have super high expectations but we did have a decent experience.
Went in yesterday for bogo wings. Sat down waitress came over asked for drinks. Me and my buddy ordered a couple cold beers. Waitress came back with the waters for the other people with us and took our food orders. Waited a couple minutes wondering when our beers were coming. Then the wings came out. Probably 6 minutes from the time we ordered. At that point we questioned if it was even worth to have a beer considering our food was here and we couldn’t even get a buzz to eat our wings. Beers came out a couple minutes later. I would wish this on my worst enemy. I have no complaints about the food. All I know is im not putting in my order until I’m sipping on my beer for now on.
My friend and I arrived at the Buffalo Wild Wings to watch some football games and eat some wings. We were greeted at the door and sat down to a table, the server gave us many options on where we wanted to sit. We were then met by our server who was very nice, and got us started with drinks. We then started our meal with a house sampler, and got two 15 traditional wings. The food was delicious and very filling. The only reason I am giving it a four stars is when we were being seated, our server asked us how long we would be here, and since it was a NFL Sunday, we told her from 4-8. However we felt like we were being rushed out when we got a to-go box, and the check following, keep in mind during this time the restaurant was starting to become empty (about half full).
After a family get together. Stopped for lunch. It's a chain restaurant. They did a good job. Wait staff did well. And food was good. Nice place!
Decided to check this place out after a couple of years of laying low, just to see what I've been missing. I have to say, the food was pretty great overall. Mind you, the atmosphere could use just a bit of a designer love, but I guess if you're going to a themed sports bar/restaurant for dudes, that's likely not a priority, LOL. Started with the Hatch Queso and it was pretty good. The chips were fresh and crispy, in the queso was pretty yummy. I didn't care for the salsa that came on the side though. The flavor was like it wanted to be a medium salsa, but had not even a mild kick. My main course was the All-American Cheeseburger. It was thick, juicy, and full of love. I have absolutely no complaints about it. In fact, I will definitely be coming back because it satisfied my burger itch. The meat was perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked, and the cheese was melted like an artist did it. The pickles, lettuce, and tomato, all enhance the flavor of the burger. Sometimes "simple done right" is all you need. But the star of the show for me, is usually the french fries. And in this case, they did an impressive job. The fries weren't too thick, they were perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned, and came out nice and hot. Everyone knows, that bad fries can ruin a meal, bit these will definitely have me coming back for more. As a side note, the booths were separated with tall plastic barriers, the tables were more than 6 ft apart, and the wait staff all followed pandemic protocol. I felt safe, and I felt like the team there took it seriously. The wait staff wasn't the most attentive (waited a little bit for ketchup and a refill on my soda), but I'm not taking a point off because it was busy during a pandemic. Afterall, I'd rather they be slower and safer than fast and careless.
I'm here every couple months with friends. Decent beer selection and standard bar food. About 25 beers on tap, with 5 or so of them local craft beers. The rest is pretty much split between standard domestic/imports and bigger name "craft". Lots of craft beer in bottles. Staff is always friendly, plenty of sports TV.
Absolutely love the food. Everything is always delicious and high-quality. However, it feels like almost every time I go there I'm forgotten or my order is wrong. This is one of my favorite places to eat. I just wish for slightly smoother service
Update: Well not really an update, just another visit to BWW. My son and I had the grilled chicken sandwiches, very good but they are much smaller than we've had in the past (last month...). Make sure to check out the happy hour appetizers. Smaller servings & smaller prices. I brought home a chicken wrap for my husband, had asked for fries & got chips. I'll probably go back but will definitely check my order if I get a 'to go' order again. Very helpful waiter this time! Previous review: Food is still good, not great. Service is great sometimes and sometimes I feel like my server is either in a bad mood to begin with or they are ready to end their shift.
I have been to a BWW previous out in SoCal. We were actually pretty regulars at the Oxnard branch. I'm pleased to say that I was not let down by the quality of the wings and sauces. The nachos were a new item for us, they were good the amount for the price was pretty good. All 8 of our flavors were cooked perfect, little crispy on the outside and juicy and tender in the middle. None of our wings were undercooked. I am let down in the price changing since our last visit used to be 20 traditional wings for $18.99. Now a large is 18 traditional wings for $21.29. 2 members of our party had a crispy chicken sandwich that both stated was good however chicken was dense (not rubbery or hard). Service was not amazing, but it was good. Over all I am still a satisfied customer who will return.
We ordered medium and mild buffalo style wings. We ordered on tap beer too. Wings were good and not over or undercooked (just right). The on tap beers were cold…..that’s always a good sign. Payton waited on us. She was attentive and definitely a strong part of the customer service experience (thank you Payton). Lastly, watching Sunday afternoon football there is an experience (a good one). It’s a little loud at times but it’s football……it is meant to be loud. A good time overall was had.

Only had the wings here. Like the favors they have, but not the way they are cooked. Under cooked in my opinion and compared to other restaurants. This basically more than offsets the good taste of the sauces. Had them many times and always leave feeling the same way. Service has been good. Not my type of atmosphere, but others may like it. Really a 2 to me, but the service moved it to a 3.
I get it, not every chain restaurant is going to be a five star dining experience. Sometimes you just want to go to a local place for some cheap eats and get out of the house. I like cheap wings every once in a while. However, the staff here is always super weird. They are all friendly but also lack a sense of urgency and feel inexperienced, like the restaurant just gives you tables on your very first day on the job with no training. We went on a Saturday afternoon where the whole restaurant had six tables total. The host sat us quickly but it took the server (who had two other tables) twenty minutes to even check in on us. There was a table that sat down after us, but the same server took care of them right away. She served the later table's drinks before us and told us she "forgot" our two Pepsi's. She kept forgetting a bunch of other things for our specific tables too throughout the service. If this was a crowded restaurant I would understand, but she clearly did not know how to prioritize. I know with the cost of living nowadays, restaurants expect a 18-25% tip for their servers. But if they want high-quality tips, they should give high-quality service. They clearly need to train their staff better.
The wings are tiny, but the sauces and dry rubs are great! Our waitress as attentive as well, never got her name tho. But shoutout to her !
The food was hot, fresh, and great tasting. The waiter and waitress were prompt and super friendly. Update... was really dark in the dining room. Waitress was very friendly but she didn't visit our table enough. Never came to see how our entree was, and I needed another drink, but it was time for me to leave. The chicken street tacos were too salty. $86 with the tip😳 for tacos, chicken wrap, boneless wings, and pretzel bites.
Our server was the best part of dining at BWW. He was professional, polite, prompt, and courteous. I had the boneless wings, and they were awful. Would rather have chicken nuggets at McDonald's . The fries were all little nubs, not long enough to dip in ketchup without getting it all over your fingers. The beer was cold.
Food still good, just service and being seated had changed. Seems to be going down hill. Not sure if its just change in staff that's the issue. Getting seated, requesting a particular game, all used to be fairly easy but become a bit of a challenge within the last year. Some evenings better than others.
Jerad was are server however he was not dress in uniform, delivered are food and didnt check on us till the end of the meal. When ask for togo container he throw them on the table.
I don't know what is going on there. I have been a long time customer of yours. I just stopped for a take out order of 20 pc bone in. These wings were the absolute smallest wings I have ever seen! They looked like they were harvested of of baby chicks. With two drinks and tip it was over $40 and the bag felt very empty! Went back to our office to eat and couldn't believe what we saw! I will include a picture and you tell me sir if you think it's acceptable to charge well over $1 per wings? If this is the new portions going forward, I will not be going back !
Ok, I need to say this. Whoever is in charge of the door dash orders needs to actually care about what they do. Two times my fiancee and I have ordered and stuff was missing. She ordered the street tacos with chips and salsa. Both times her salsa was missing. And for me I order potato wedges with my meal and they were absent.
Good place to grab a beer but bww food in general just isn't that great. Sat down at the bar, bartender asked me what I wanted,I asked for a hazy. She asked, talk or short? I said Short, she repeated back to me ,talk. I said Short. She poured me a tall. I know where she stands politically now.
Food was ok - the "saucy chicken sandwich" which was meant to come tossed in my choice of sauce arrived dry, with a pot of sauce... DIY required. Service was terribly slow, but at least they were friendly.
Fun vibe, great service, food is just average, wings were not as good as what I can get at a grocery store and make at home.
Food was good. The difference in size between my boneless wings and my boyfriends was insane. Service was slow but ok My biggest annoyance is they tried to charge me $7 for drinks that came with the meal. Waiter seemed a little shifty when I questioned it. Check your bill before paying!
Waited 10 minutes for a server to take our drink order. The food was good, but my daughter asked that the hot peppers be omitted from the burger, and came with them. We waited, but it took forever to get our to go container and bill. Our server never came back around to take payment, we went to the front. Tammy, our server was at the bar having a conversation with a bunch of other people.
Went in on a Friday night for my daughters birthday dinner. Entire meal took over an HOUR and it wasn't that busy. Unfortunately seemed like only 1 waitress was on duty, so I won't fault her. Party of 5. Water, Corona, 2 strawberry lemonade, mint soda. Drinks took 20 min, and the birthday girls drink took even longer (missing items at the bar?) Cheese steak, cheese burger, mozzarella sticks, 3 tenders, and a 6 piece boneless....took over an HOUR. Once received, everyone's fries were cold. The cheese steak was nothing like the pic, grisly meat and some cheese whiz, no peppers, onions, etc. Burger was fine, tots were not hot. Out waitress Wendy, did the best she could with the tools she had that night. No fault goes to her. Also, atmosphere gets a 3 because there were stacks of dirty dishes on about 4 tables (including one next to us) for the entire time we were there. Will not return to this location.
Decent place but some small issues. Each time I have been here, they sit tables right on top of each other despite the place being empty. The wings are great as always but there is a little bit of a wait even though the restaurant is at 20% capacity. Last time I was here, my drink came out 10 minutes after my food was served.
I feel like they have a small selection of food. Garlic & parmesan wings were BOMB 10/10 recommended. The lemon pepper wings were to peppery 1/10 took one bite and didn’t eat the rest nor did anyone else touch them when offered. Mild/ Medium was just the right kick for me to make my nose run!! They need to hire more staff, we seen one waitress running around table to table trying to remember and do EVERYTHING!!
Very much a bar food place that serves bar food. I don't usually try chain restaurants as I tend to find a lot of their food to be very basic and uninspired, but we all have out off days. So this week for my cheat day I decided to check out Buffalo Wild Wings, ordering two of their limited time flavors of wing, the Honey Garlic and Honey Sriracha. Adding on an order of Onion Rings and the Everything Pretzel Knots. All together coming to a little over $41, a pretty steep price for what I got but that's a chain restaurant for ya. Once I got home to dig into what I got I found that both verities of wing were almost indistinguishable, they both just tasted like honey glazed wing with the smallest of spicy bite. Their colors were slightly different, but aside from that I was disappointed. The onion rings were beer battered, not my preferred choice of ring style, but they had some good flavor and paired pretty well with the southwest ranch dip. The pretzel bites were the biggest disappointment however, that despite being "everything" pretzel themed they had zero flavor. The beer cheese dip and mustard helped bring some kind of flavor to the party, but alone they were so plain tasting. Not even salty. Another reason why I'll likely stay away from chain restaurants for the time being, they usually disappoint me and are generally overpriced for the quality. Might be good for a gathering of friends who want to hang out in the restaurant, but not for take out at least.
Stopped in today wih the family for a late lunch. First time at this restaurant. Easy to find off 87 with plenty of parking. When we entered we talked to hostess and chose a seat in the bar area at a high-top table, but found that the only option to order was through the QR code on our phones. Sine the dining area was not too busy we went back and were promptly seated at a booth. Our waitress was friendly and helpful with ordering suggestions, We got an app to share, some wings and also some handhelds. Food tasted good and came out quickly. However, we had to ask for napkins and silverwares since we did not receive them before our food ... definetly need them for wings!
The service was terrible I waited for 15 minutes for them to take my order. Not enough staff. Food was good though!
We came here to watch some football and use up a gift card from the year before.\nOur server was friendly and helpful. He also made entering my gift cards at the end very easy.\nNow for the rest...…
Let's get the good part out of the way: the wings are very good. They are large and moist, though not very crispy; they remind me more of wonderfully small pieces of roast chicken with occasional…
drove 30 minutes to have lunch with a friend and atmosphere was absolutely atrocious. when we walked in we were not even greeted properly by the staff and we felt ignored by some members of the staff. the seating arrangement was undesirable to say the least. i think this establishment can do a better job of making everyone feel welcomed within the space.
Very first time here at Clifton Park location. I ordered 2 orders of wings, 10 in each order. I ordered garlic parm wings, which didn't taste that great. You would think that they would give you some napkins!! Not only that but they gave zero plastic forks with the order. Not good!!
We only ate here because they are peanut and tree nut (except desserts) free and my daughter has allergies. When we arrived the host said they were short staffed so we could not sit in a booth. No big deal. We were seated for about 10 minutes before we ordered drinks and waited another 10 minutes for menus. Our waitress was very nice but seemed to be the only person working. The other wait staff were standing like zombies not moving. The food was what you would expect from a chain restaurant. Two stars only because the waitress was nice and the food is peanut and tree nut free. The menus were caked in wing sauce and the table was dirty. The bathroom was filthy and the paper towels were strewn about. Management needs to get this place under control.
The place was not busy, only a couple of tables. Could see waiter in back chatting with staff member. Saw him about four times while there (take order, deliver food, give us our check) the service was very lacking..food was warm at best. We got three different flavors of wings, but they all tasted the same. We did not get all our food at the same time. ugh. The bathroom was not clean.
My friend and I ordered at the same time. My food came in 40 minutes after his he had already finished. Our waitress never came to refill our drinks while we were waiting, only once more after our food arrived. After the wait I was served the wrong wings as well but didn’t have the time to wait another hour for food. Better off ordering elsewhere.
Upon arriving it was not crowded as it was early Friday evening. When seated I noticed the table was dirty and I had to ask the waitress to clean it. When my friends arrived the waitress brought over tortillas. When we were ready to order I ordered the garlic parmesan and requested my wings not be drenched. It took a while to get my order and when it arrived what happened? My wings were totally covered and wet!! While the waitress expressed she'd taken a look at my wings when she picked it up and was certain they weren't as I ordered. So, why did she bring them over to me???? Nonetheless, she stated the manager informed her they would refire me another order. Now here's the kicker as it turns out since they were very short handed, (hence the dirty table and time to get our placed and received) the manager was actually in the kitchen doing the cooking!!!! Where on earth 🌎 are all the working class individuals????
Went for lunch today, food was good, fries were warm on one plate and hot on another. They were having an issue with getting the food to the correct tables. We were offered another tables food two different times. But the worst part is the condition of the men’s room. No effort put in to actually cleaning it. I think a highway rest stop is cleaner! And one of two urinals are broken. This makes me wonder what the kitchen cleanliness looks like. BDUBS, you can do better.
Didn’t have to wait at all for a table. Waiter was nice got the apps fairly quickly. Fried pickles were tasty but for the onion rings they didn’t give you much. 3 of us all ordered boneless and traditional wing combo. It was mid at best. Took a while and looks like they just dump a little sauce on wings. Wings are tiny for the price. Took a long time for our to go order to come out.
I used to frequent here as I worked nearby and used to love coming here after work with colleagues and friends. I have not been in a while but figured I could have a great time on a Tuesday night. My partner and I walked in and found out the bar area is no longer self seating. No big deal. We were walked over to a table for 3 and sat for 15 minutes before we watched another couple get seated and served right away. Several staff walked by us and not one had even spoke with us. We left and went to another restaurant nearby instead. I think I’ve only ever done that one other time in 10 years. The environment and especially the staff was so much better pre-covid. I miss the old BWW crew. :(
Disappointing. Could not get a simple hamburger order right. Did take it off the bill. Took forever. Served spicy chicken dippers with no sauce and dried out. Fries were cold.
Been going there for years now but couple times we for dine in, the server was not great at all. I didn’t even want to give tip but had too. Don’t bother with they take out service. Order take out, went to pick up had to wait 30 minutes for someone to finally get the order. Finally got the order home. Some stuff was missing and whoever packed the foods Susan horrible job. Foods was dry and horrible, should have went to Wendy’s or Burger King. Horrible take out experience.
Online order.. arrived 10 min before order to be picked up. Fries dry and barely warm. Chicken dry and also barely warm. Disappointing!
The food quality is wildly inconsistent. When it is fresh and hot it can be very good. However when I order from here, even when dining in, there is always a greater than 50% chance that the food will be ice cold. It’s a really easy thing not to mess up. My pickup orders always have items missing, or something wrong. Wing quality has gotten worse over time. Wings are super small and broken pieces. I remember BWW use to be very generous with wing size I have no idea why it’s declined so much.
Manager refuses to turn the lights on. Can't read menus, all the tvs are also dimmed down. Food was great as usual. Servicer was kind and attive.
We have been going here for a couple of years to watch football. It has really gone down hill. The last 2 times we have been there, the bathrooms have been abhorrent. I tried to mention the state of the ladies room to the hostess and she didn't even acknowledge me and just turned her head. We ordered nachos with chili and they came out completely cold. We tried to find the manager but he was MIA. There aren't a lot of great places to watch football in CP but I think we need to find a better one.
The good was really good. However I wouldn't eat here again. There was no host/hostess for 5 minutes while we waited at the door. There were 2 tables near us that were dirty before we arrived and still when we left. The waitress didn't check on us until we were done eating. Someone else brought our food. My drink was wrong and I couldn't find here to let her know. Then the host was on his phone the entire time while people waited to be sat. They were told 30 mins when the place was more than half empty. I get that it was black Friday but I have never been to a restaurant like this. Where was the manager and the kid at the door needs to learn how no to be on his phone while he is working. Also he sprayed tables to clean them, but sprayed all the condiments too. Such a weird date with my husband.
Ordered dinner from here for take out. The order was all screwed up. Ordered a plain burger and chose no cheese because I am allergic. I opened the box and there was cheese all over it. Also ordered two 20z queso dips for the nachos. They were not in the bag and there were no napkins or utensils. It even says on the receipt No Cheese. More than likely I won't be back to this location because getting the order right is important.
if you go to this establishment be aware of the rude associate that great you at the door. Also be concerned about being told one time to receive your food and that time actually doubling and then …
Not a "I'll be right with you" to be had from this crew of servers. Thought the bartender was going to notice but she walked right by too.
The only good thing was the server was very pleasant. We were a party of 4. When our order was taken 1 person ordered the appetizer sampler and the server noted that it was for a meal. Her meal c…
One star for the "manager" Nick who, in front of a packed house, gave a retired military vet a hard time after he waited an hour for wings. The inexperienced retail manager threw fuel on the fire r…
Website says no wait time and yet behold 45 to 60 min yeah come on in you will be seated

Picked up my order to find a "take out service fee" of 99 cents. Didnt tell me when i placed the order that there was a fee. I will not be ordering from here anymore.

I went in for a table for a table for two and was told there was a 10-15 minute wait even though most tables were empty. When we got the food ( traditional Nashville Hot and Mango Habanero ), the wings were cold and the fries were even colder. The Nashville hot tasted like dog food and the mango habanero had no flavor. The only reason why this place gets one star is because of the crisp Pepsi.
Went there with my softball team for some food and drinks, and I was better off eating at home before I got there. The wings were not that hot. It was more cold than anything else. They must have left them sitting in the kitchen for a while until the waiter picked them up. I can tell you this i will never again go there, and differently, I will not refer anyone to go there
We came in at 11:30 for a birthday dinner and they said they were not seating anyone. They close at 1AM?!? They said it would take as long as if we sat down for our food. 30-40 minute wait for take out. We drove 25 minutes there. Ridiculous. It’s a Friday.
This was our first time eating here ( family of 4) for my son's 8th birthday. The first thing my son (8) said was, look how dirty it is in here. There was food, napkins and straws all over the floor. The host did seat up quickly. Then we waited almost 20 minutes with being greeted or asked about our drinks. I had to walk around and find someone. I ended up asking the manager if he knew who our waitress was because we hadn't seen anyone yet. He was kind and came over to take our drink order. The waitress came shortly after that and said how sorry she was that she didn't know we were her table. I told her that's ok we understand. We were ready to order at that point. We ordered mozzarella sticks as an app and then our meals. They brought out or food, one thing at a time and very spaced out. Everything was cold besides my son's chicken tenders that were scorching hot. My daughter ordered mild wings that definitely were not mild. The mozzarella sticks were cold and definitely had been sitting out. The waitress never asked how things were or cleared anything from our table. It was just a mediocre blah experience. We probably won't eat here again.
Went here the other night and had a server with blonde hair and glasses. She needs a serious lesson on customer service. There was no smile at all she just clearly wanted to go home. There was an attitude with everything we asked. The drinks my fiance ordered were not consistent at all with the taste or look. When he got his 3rd drink it was super sweet and he asked the waitress if he could get another one which she replied "too sweet? I guess I can see what the bartender can do.." instead of "ohh I'm so sorry about that I'll have the bartender remake that for you" we also ordered wings to come out first which we've done before and instead our entrees come out first. My fiance says ohh I ordered the wings to come out first and she says " no that's not how the kitchen operates its whatever is hot comes out first" my fiance works in restaurant business as chef so that info was not correct. Then once we have paid we were sitting finishing up our drinks and then she comes up and asks if we're done with the bill like as a server you wait till we leave to pick up the slip. And my fiance said ohh trying to get out of here huh? And she's likes yeah. She's lucky she even got tipped at all. Ruined our time there and will not return. And apparently we're not the only ones who had an issue with this server. If she don't like working there find a new job because being a waitress is not for you.
10 minutes shy of an hour for an order of 6 BONELESS wings. I ordered from a different place, picked the food up, came back and it was still not done. When I finally got my food I checked the wings in the car already on the way home to be met with BONE-IN wings.
I ordered the ultimate nachos but because I do not like spicy things nor do I like soggy nachos. I asked for the toppings to be put on the side. They came in little tiny ramkings that were half full. I said something about not having any toppings to go with the rest of the nachos. I was informed I could purchase more. I said they should have gave me the same amount they would have if they were put on top. Never going there again. This is not the first time I've experienced things there. But it will be the last. B
My friends and I stopped by for dinner this evening and the staff informed us that they did not have any chicken because nobody placed the supply order. How can anyone be this incompetent???
We just left BWW - Clifton Park location. We arrived at approximately 10:40pm and they reportedly close at midnight. We were a party of two, just looking to get a quick bite as we’re traveling. Not looking to drink or get rowdy. We were seated at a high top table and we requested a booth in a quieter section, but our host told us we couldn’t be moved. There were two larger parties still actively sitting in that booth section mind you. When ordering, our waitress Gabriella informed us that last call for food/alcoholic drinks was at 10:50, but assured us we’d have plenty of time. We ordered a soda each, an appetizer, and we each got 10 wings. My boyfriends wings arrived pretty quick with the appetizer, and I complimented the speed. Gabriella commented: “that’s the benefit of being the only people ordering food now!” I didn’t take immediate offense to that comment. She stated my wings were almost done. I said “no problem!” Meanwhile, my boyfriend’s wings upon serving were cold, soggy, and definitely had been sitting awhile. Mine soon arrived hot and fresh. We still ate as much as we could and didn’t complain about the inconsistency. Gabriella came back minutes after our food arrived and asked us if we thought we were planning on having another soda, while our cups were still pretty full. We got the impression that we were being rushed. Meanwhile, the rest of the restaurant section was still relatively full with large parties, who were all drinking and being loud and none of them seemed like they were in any rush to leave. Now, my boyfriend and I both have/still do work in the bar/restaurant service. So we get it. Nothing is worse than large parties showing up and lingering til close. And we totally understand the sports bar atmosphere. But it was just the two of us, very quiet people who don’t complain or ask for much. Nor do we seem like the type of people to make a sty. Gabriella was sweet, but at the same time the small commentary and slight lack of accommodation made made us feel very unwelcomed. We felt like we were inconveniencing them. The inconsistency in food quality was disappointing enough. We were in-and-out in 30-35 minutes and don’t plan on visiting that particular restaurant again.
Stopped ordering from here forever ago and decided to give it another try. I ordered the BOGO boneless wings (2 boxes of 10 wings each) and one box had 9 wings and the other had 5 with barely any sauce. I knew I shouldn’t have went back, don’t order to go from here and save yourself the trouble.
The greeter was acting like he was never trained an just told me to sit at a booth then I sat down he tells me wrong booth I was confused then my server was also not trained properly an kept asking us to repeat our order for reference we both got the wing an slaw platter. Then I look up at the TV screens an it's on U ESPN which is cool it's a sports bar THERE IS A DOCUMENTARY ON SOMEONE RAPING SOMEONE!! I asked that it be changed for the rest of my meal I couldn't even look up at the screens cause there was handwritten testimony describing the rape!!! This was the worst experience and I don't know if I would ever return!! I spent 66$ an it was the biggest waste cause I didn't enjoy any part of my experience
Very disappointed the boneless wings very hard no sauce no celery never again will eat here. I wasted 25 dollars
Wait staff didn't notice us for over 10min, had to ask for a server. Server forgot waters, napkins and cutlery. Only came back to the table 1x without flagging them down. Food was cold. Took almost 2hours just to get wings and apps.
Didn't eat just wanted drinks. Bar tender was rude and filling the cooler instead of serving us quick. Got mad at us and over charged us an was rude. Slammed the kitchen door open when she went into the kitchen and came back. I did wave at her as I didnt know if she saw us. Should have said she'd be right with us yet didn't say anything till I waved at her. Then over charged us for a double pour and said 1 Oz was normal. We could tell she didnt want to open another bottle. Been to other buffalo wild wings and got more than she poured. Wouldn't go here again
I came here 1 hour before they close and they said they only taking orders for take out which I was okay with and then the hostess comes to take the order and greets me with what do you want instead of a hello or whatever and then the food was terrible they just slap sauce everywhere on the box but the wings and couldn’t even finish my meal the fries were so cold and the food tasted like it was fry on bad oil. Never again.
If I could give it no stars I would. Was told when we arrived that it would be roughly a 35 minute wait, even though there were tons of empty tables and booths, but whatever. Waited and was finally seated in about 30 minutes. Was told someone will be right with you, but no one ever was. Waited 20 minutes, during which time we witnessed 4 other tables get sat and servers come over to them to take drink/appetizer orders. Had enough, so we got up and left. I can stay home if I want to be ignored by people. This is one of our favorite places to go. Now we're going to have to rethink whether we'll ever come back to this location.
Waited 50 minutes on a Monday at lunch time (it wasnt very busy at all). This was just for a chicken sandwich and a chicken wrap. The chicken sandwich came out with literally just a chicken patty and a bun- nothing else. The bathrooms were stinky on the way in as well. Not a great experience overall. Spent $40 for slow service, bad food, and a flat soft drink.
Some of the slowest service I've ever had. Here for lunch. There are three tables. Took 7 minutes to get seated, another 10 minutes to have a waitress acknowledge us, then after the food came out another 12 minutes for the side of sauce I originally asked for (but it was the wrong sauce). Kind of mind blowingly bad service 🤐 Also half the stalls in the bathroom are covered in plastic and there were no paper towels.
We always come to this BWW and tonight was definitely the worst. All the fried food was ice cold and definitely fried in old oil. Our wings came out maybe 15 min apart from each other and there were three of us. Our waitress asked how everything was tasting and I had to point out that someone in our party hasnt even received their food yet. There were so many plates of food just sitting on the line dying in the window. There was a guy in the back adding side sauces and i assume hes a manager but why not help run some plates out?? The table next to us sat for a half hour and had to ask who their waiter was because no one came to wait on them. Id understand if it was busy but half the place is empty and theres dirty tables everywhere.
Worst service and a bad manager Ordered food online and they ran out of the wings. Upon arrival the employee said that they are out of the food and did not have time to call the customers that have ordered. The manager arrived upon request and sounded very unapologetic. He said that they were very busy and made it sound as if I and the other customer are an inconvenience. He offered a full refund, making it sound that it was a favor. If I have not received my order Ofcourse I am entitled to the money I paid. Did not even apologize. Said we couldn’t get to call you and you were one of the few unfortunate ones that they missed. I hope they know that this wasn’t free food that one was requesting. They forget that the customers pay for their salary. Will never be ordering from them again. Will be submitting a official complaint to better business bureau
I will not be wasting money here again. We live really close by and the first time we bought wings to go with our pizza it was okay but no really good sauce. The second time we ordered the cheese cake again and we wanted to try the cheesesteak, it was horrible, it didn’t look like the picture at all, it was very small. The burger was fine but the fries were old and cold. The Cesear salad with barbecue chicken was good. Today I wanted the cheesecake so I bought a burger and salad and Mac and cheese. It looked as if some put tons of mustard on the burger on purpose. The cheesecake looks smaller. I can read between the lines! I can take a hint. I wiped most of it off already but it wasn’t like that last time. The girl in the front with the 2 braid is so nice, I always gave her a big tip. Way too expensive to be disappointed more than once.
