really good food and they never forget anything in my order!!!
this was my first time eating at this location. I got there at 9:25 pm on a Saturday night. It was extremely busy. Even though it was busy, the wait time was not long. My cashier was EXTREMELY attentive, friendly and patient. I had a $90 order and he got everything correct and we did not have to wait more that 10 mins for my food even with it being busy. The young kids working at this location were not standing around on their phones with attitudes and they were actually working. One of my best Fast food experiences in a very long time. I think the older guy that took My order Last name was Payne. He's amazing and we need more of him in all Fast food restaurants.
Went today for dinner and was pleased with the customer service especially with Belle P. Overall great experience!
Loved it! Loved everything about it! Everything was amazing and delicious and I would happily come back when I'm in the area!
this is the best chickfila i have ever been too. From the customer service and the energetic cashiers to the warm ambience in the room it was an amazing experience. I wouldnt consider this fast food. This was a restaurant and i am so pleased to of stopped here on my trip in NY. 5/5 stars nothing compared to the chick filas i have experienced across the country.
Very nice. We went in for dinner at about 7:30 pm. Not a long line, but steady stream of customers all the time we were there. Food was good, fresh, hot, and arrived fairly quickly. Employees were all very friendly, pleasant as they worked. Store itself was bright, clean with plenty of seating.
Food is usually pretty good. This particular location has started doing weird things with mobile orders where I need to semi assemble my own food now. Today I got a wrap and the dressing was just given to me in it's packet. Last week I got a sandwich and the sauce was put in the a little to go cup instead of on the sandwich. Things still taste good but having to try and reassemble a wrap in a car is really annoying.
Awesome vibes! Every staff member I encountered was top notch! The security guy controlling the flow of the line inside was friendly. I don't think we waited more than 15-20 min for our food from arrival to first bite and this was at 6pm on a Friday! All the food was so hot and fresh. Tristan is a superstar and offered to refill our drinks without us asking, I've never experienced such hospitable service at a fast food establishment. Can not recommend this enough!
Great experience with my children here. everypne was very helpful.
I went the first day they opened I was doing it mostly for my grandson who really wanted it (13) because it's all over social media which really blows it up. I waited almost 3 hours in the line but I have to say it is really good. The service was amazing the staff was great taking our order (drive thru) and they take it in person 😀. They have better fries than any other fast food place that I know of (I don't like fries normally. They had a VERY tasty peach milkshake that was really thick would definitely recommend 👌
Online ordering very helpful. Accurate pickup time estimates. Food tasted good.
Visited this location for first time on April 21. Being from Pennsylvania originally I am very familiar with Chick fil an and this location did not disappoint. Every staff member was extremely friendly. It must have been the manager who waited on us and was very patient with the my mom who was a tad confused when ordering. He was so involved helping her that he forgot my drinks. No big deal as I didn’t realize either until the food was delivered. I went up to ask for them and he was extremely apologetic and even gave a card for a free food item. Even though it was An honest mistake and I wasn’t upset at all, it was a nice touch. The cafe was clean and there was a woman who was constantly cleaning tables and engaging with the customers. Def a 10/10 experience
April 26, 2024 Update: Within 24 hours, I received a phone call from one of the managers at this location, and she was very concerned about my issue and extremely understanding and apologetic. Although I had flown back to Georgia by this time, they uploaded three of my favorite food items to my Chick-Fil-A rewards app. I appreciate the kindness and quick response! April 25, 2024 I am visiting the area for a medical procedure and am staying at a local hotel. I ordered the grilled chicken meal via Uber Eats. I chose a side salad in place of the fries. The order was wrong! There is no salad dressing or condiments that I specifically placed with my order. In fact, the items are listed on the receipt attached to the bag. But the items were not in the bag. I spent $35 only to get the wrong order! To make matters worse, no one answers the phone when calling this location. I am hoping to get a response from the restaurant soon!
This place is always nice, clean, staff is friendly. Only wish it wasn't so expensive (being that it's fast food) but it is what it is.
I just wanted to leave a review to say we are signature members (10000 or more points in a single year) but did have a recent bad experience at this location. My wife reached out to Chick-fil-A and they got back to us and took care of the problem immediately to my wife's satisfaction. The food quality here is fantastic and usually things go well despite the super high demand. I would generally recommend online ordering. When it works it works great!
I was excited about the opening until I got home and the wrong items were in my bag with no sauce I went back for lunch on opening day the line was twice as long as the breakfast one Idk how but a couple employees remembered me from the breakfast rush They apologized for the mistakes on my earlier order It seemed organized the owner walked the line talking to people The cow mascot also walked the line greeting everyone They took your order and payment while you were in line confirmed order when you were close to pickup I got my sauces this time I recommend the peach lemonade it brought me back It was a great opening considering the hundreds of people they fed I eat out daily I recommend giving them a try
Line was long but they food was hot and fresh. Staff is always kind.
This might be the best maintained, cleanest fast food location I have ever seen. The dining room attendant takes tremendous pride in heir work and it shows. The entire staff at this restaurant is amazingly hospitable and the food reflects their dedication.
The wife and I stopped for lunch went thru the drive thru when you pull it it seems like it's going to take for ever. Nope the lines move quickly. Only thing is the menu boards should be moved to the front before you order. I had the smokehouse bacon sandwich. Excellent the bacon was cooked perfectly. One of the best fast food places for a good chicken sandwich!!!
Had lunch here the other day. They are very busy, but the staff work hard to keep the line constantly moving. We sat at a table inside and ordered through the app to skip the line. Once you place your order, you place your phone on the table reader, and they bring it out to you. Chicken and fries were cooked perfectly - nice and crispy but not burnt or raw. Overall presentation of the restaurant and food items is very nice and organized. The staff are very friendly and accommodating - one gentleman sweeping the floors asked how my meal was and offered to take my tray/trash. This is the kind of customer service we need in more fast-food places. I have also gone through the drive-thru before and have never had any issues. The best thing about this place is the number of sauce packets they give you. The drinks also have cool little ice cubes that I've never seen before. I will definitely return to this location in the future.
It’s my first time in chick fil A (tourist here) and Deborah at the cashier kindly explained me everything and gave me a good food advice, she recommended me the sauces and she even knew where I was sitting, that’s a personalized service :)
Elijah J is doing a wonderful job at the Clifton Park Chic-fil-a location. Very sweet and very friendly wonderful staff!
This location is our favorite; the employees are always kind and attentive. We come at least twice a month. Melissa F is always the sweetest and most helpful.
great food. the chicken nuggets were a bit dry. but overall amazing chick fil a like always
Shakes are great. Honey, pimento chicken sandwich is very good. Grilled chicken sandwich ... mid. Great service. Happy employees. I did drive through, so there no atmosphere to speak of. Food came out hot and fresh. On another visit, I got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. There was no line. The sandwich was hot, and the biscuit was good with a slight sweetness. Overall, it's pretty good.
Food was hot and delicious. Floors were very slick from the snow, my elderly mother almost fell.
Chick-fil-a is known for being a cut above when it comes to fast food, and this location stands out in that way. Naturally, the food is what you have come to know and expect from Chick-fil-a. Well made chicken sandwiches and tenders, great crinkle cut fries, and yummy lemonade. But what I am so wonderfully impressed with in this location is how attentive and friendly their staff is. We were just there two nights ago and witnessed a small party with the Chick-fil-a mascot bringing joy to the kids. The counter staff was also full of smiles and welcoming greetings. When our order was brought to our table, the same smile was offered. But what stood out as so very special was an employee whose name is Maxine. Maxine was responsible for keeping the dining area clean. There had been a family dining at a table near ours and their children had made a bit of a mess with a decent amount of food crumbs and bits being left on the floor way back under the booth. What I witnessed was Maxine doing an extremely thorough job of sweeping up, really getting under the table and benches, and getting every last bit that had been dropped. This location is spotless, and it is very much in part due to the dedication of employees like Maxine. Oh, and when I did compliment her, she took it in stride, as if she was not doing anything special, but just doing her job. She, for sure, is special and deserves to be appreciated and celebrated. Thank you, Maxine!!!
Food excels for a fast food place. Service is always prompt with a smile and appreciative greeting! Price is right! Best thing- their online app to order ahead and their promptness in filling the order! A favorite stop of ours! Need one in Saratoga Springs!!
The good is great as always, the service is just wonderful and makes you want to come back anytime. The place was super clean also. Would recommend
I love Chick-fil-A! And once again, this Chick-fil-A didn't disappoint me. It was so good!!! I had a chicken wrap this time, which I havent had here before. And it was sooooo good🤤🤤🤤. And the fries...👍👍👍. I also got a sweet tea. The sweet teas in New York are good, but they aren't a Florida sweet tea. But this one that I had, it was pretty close. I definitely want another one.
1st visit to this location. Employees are phenomenal. They were very courteous, explained things well when I was ordering. Spoke clearly. And understandable. Didn't rush me. But I got a chicken wrap with honey mustard on the side and a diet dr.Pepper, my wrap was so good.I loved it. I like the ordering process and I like how the people come up to you, to your car and give you your order at the door.
This branch has been here a year or two. The standard has been as good or better since their arrival The staff is v friendly and greet you with a big smile The food is consistently tasty the place is v clean even on a busy Saturday they get the orders out quickly. So nice in such a bustling busy town like Clifton park to have such friendly faces greeting you for lunch dinner or breakfast
Excellent customer service with very friendly staff. The bathrooms were clean, which is always appreciated. It was nice to see fresh flowers on the tables. The chicken was cooked perfectly, and the waffle fries were crispy and tasty. Honestly, there’s nothing not to like.
No matter how busy this place is, they seem to run it very smoothly. Today was only my second time in. I got the #7 chicken meal. The young man suggested the chocolate chip cookies for dessert. So, I ordered 1. It was phenomenal. The drive thru was packed. It moved at a great pace. The employees were very friendly and professional.
I have been to this location 5-6 times. Every interaction with all the staff has been impressive. Great people, great training, great atmosphere. The cleaners walking through the dining room are so friendly, they will even go get you a refill. World class for any dining, let alone “fast food”!
Chick-Fil-A is always a lovely experience but our time here today with lesley Y taking our order at the counter was exceptional. She was so kind, happy, and patient even when my mother's order was complicated. Top-Tier customer service!
Great customer service. We realized we were missing fries from our order after our 45 min drive home. When I called, they sent me coupons. Staff is always friendly and love their chicken tenders. We wish we had one closer.
It's been open for almost a year and it's still very busy. This has been keeping me away but it just happened to be right on my way today. I saw one car turn around and leave the line. But I had ordered online already, and I wanted to see how their three lane drive through works anyway. There are people outside at every step, taking or confirming your order, taking payments as needed, directing which car to go first as three lanes merge into one. They keep track of the make and color of the cars and your name to keep the order straight. It's a well oiled machine. Except when it's not. I didn't want to hold up the line so I only quickly glanced in the bag. I got to my destination and a sandwich was missing. So I went back an hour later, the drive through was still full. They didn't ask me to prove it, they just apologized several times and asked me to tell the window I was picking up a missed sandwich. It was hot and fresh like the others. I could tell they genuinely felt bad and wanted to make every effort to make things right. Everyone makes mistakes, it's how you respond to them that counts, and they excel in every regard. I'll no longer be avoiding it - if I am in the area and have ten minutes to spare, that should be enough for the drive through, even if it's out to the street. The three lanes work.
First time Chick-fil-A-ing my stomach. I've been to numerous fast food locations over the years, and now it was time to add another notch to the belt with Chick-fil-A. I heard good things, the location looked pretty impressive, and I do enjoy a good chicken sandwich. Drove in to the rather huge drive through, which reminded me heavily of the old Toll Booths hey use to have on highways. Something like 3-4 lanes that don't just end at the order box, but continue around to the check out area where there is no window but a gang of staff who rush out from the take-out door and bring you the food directly. It's pretty crazy, and, pretty cool. Sadly, there must have been some issues with their setup, as they had staff manning the ordering area and the take-out area was reduced to a single lane. Still, the concept is cool. Went with the Deluxe Spicy Chicken Sandwich, the Deluxe Grilled Chicken Sandwich, a large Waffle Fry, a medium Mac & Cheese, and this Diet Cherry Berry Lemonade Frosty drink. I got pictures of everything but the drink, as it was hot out and that thing was not making the trip home if I didn't start sipping away. All together my total was a little under $32, not too shabby considering I did order quite a lot. Back home I dug into the main course. The grilled chicken sandwich was my favorite of the two for sure, as it had an almost Spiedie flavor to the chicken and was grilled perfectly. The spicy chicken was fried and far more crispy, but aside from a mild spice there wasn't much in the way of flavor knocking it out of the park like the grilled version was. The waffle fries were amazing though, just the right amount of seasoning, a good thickness, and dipped into the Chick-fil-A sauce I was through the box in no time. The mac & cheese wasn't nothing to balk at either, very cheesy, very rich, and with just the right level of mush. Of course I can't forget the cherry berry frosty thing, which had a real nice zesty bite to it, like a slap to the tongue followed up with the gentle caress of the vanilla ice cream. Didn't even last 10 minutes before I was sucking up air through the straw. So good. Overall this was a tremendous experience, and I could easily see myself coming back for more.
We went on the 3rd day of them being open, the owner was outside greeting people, very nice man. My husband and I are absolutely thrilled that it’s open. We went at a good time and I’m not sure exactly but I believe we we’re enjoying our food within 20 minutes of arriving. ALL of the staff were phenomenal you would think it was open for months. I also really liked the table decor!!! We usually always get a sandwich and mac & cheese, but I also tried the chicken noodle soup and it was amazing!
I had a very good experience going to this Chic-fil-A for the first time. The line took 40 minutes but was worth it. I would recommend skipping the drive thru and standing in line outside to get in during the rush hours for faster service. The service was great and so was the food. The mac n cheese was amazing and the chicken was just what you could want!
I love that the nuggets are actual cut up chicken and not chopped, pressed and formed. Yum !!
Love the food. I take our grandson there once a week.
The drive thru is kind of a nightmare. They have people outside taking orders and one person to take card payments. It took forever
Stopped in for lunch a little after 2 pm. The drive thru was packed and running into the parking lot. We opted to go inside, which was a good choice since there was only 1 person in line. They had 2 people taking orders, you get your fountain drink and a they bring your food out to your table and if you order milkshakes or frozen drinks. All you see are workers coming out with food. We ordered a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and a regular spicy chicken sandwich. The food was good. My only comment is that there was nobody cleaning the tables. I wiped our table before sitting down.
Don’t go between 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM—traffic was next level 😵💫 They’re putting in a new light, and I hate it. I feel like it’s only going to make traffic worse. That said, my meal was exactly what I expected… 10/10 🤤
Deluxe spicy chicken sandwich is always delicious, although I ordered a frozen coffee and the cashiers forgot about it before I reminded one of them. Overall good though.
Im from S.C. so tbe chick-fil-a experience is just a bit less in NY. Staff isn't as friendly and efficient. The drive thru was a bit unorganized. The food was amazing as usual.
Love chick fil a but unfortunately when they packed our door dash order they forgot all the sauces.... the sauces make the meal in my opinion so this ruined the food for me.
Good experiences on average. Orders have been accurate 100% of the time when I order via the app. In person ordering can be inaccurate but that’s ok, I speak low sometimes lol. I don’t really recommend ordering from the app still for one main reason - it is really slow. You’ll see people enter the regular drive through and come and go before they get to you. It’s the only reason I knocked off a star. I expected the same wait as ordering regularly but it’s more slow, which stinks because I like the accuracy of just ordering online.
Visited this Chick-fil-A for the 1st time. I've always been a fan, but this is the first time in Clifton park I've come to it. Got a simple nugget meal, with a chocolate milkshake. My daughter just was at the dentist and was told she could have a milkshake, so here we are. The friendly staff and clean restaurant outweigh the food today. Fries are cold and unsalted. And nuggets weren't hot either. It's fast food so I wasn't complaining. Milkshake took a bit more time to make, I assume cuz it's the lunch rush and 1000° today. So, again, not complaining. The air conditioning works, and the environment is clean and pleasant without a lot of noise. Cept the occasional scream of a child too close by. My eardrum is wondering when we are leaving. Soon. I have kids, so I'm used to this. Someone else may not be. It's a family friendly place, no one is judging here. Another plus in my book. Lemonade is cold, what I got. And my daughter is happy with her milkshake. The staff deserves kudos, it's a large lunch rush, inside and out. And I didn't wait long. Jim Sullivan is the manager here, and he's doing great.
January 2024 I ordered catering for a family event. I placed my order one day before the event, and I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to fill orders in such a short timeframe. I ordered a nugget tray, the southwest wraps, fruit cups, drinks, brownies, and chocolate chip cookies. When I arrived at the restaurant, there was a large crowd as usual. I got the attention of a staff member and notified them I was picking up a catering order. The team member quickly notified a team leader, and my order was brought out to me in less than two minutes. Two team members brought the items to my car for me and packed them so they would not tip over. I thought that was an extra show of care that I appreciated considering how busy the restaurant was. When I unpacked the bags at the event, there was cutlery included. My only feedback would be to include cups because I ordered 2 gallons of beverages, but there were no cups. In summary, I will definitely be using this chain for my catering needs again. The cost of the entire order definitely was comparable to the time I would have spent buying items and assembling them myself.
Wait time was 1 hour from entering the two lane line of cars. Food was mediocre but actually nice and warm. The people working there are top notch and make you feel taken care of. Would I wait another hour for a dry chicken sandwich and unseasoned fries? Probably not. It was painfully slow, and the worst part is that once you’re in the line you can’t escape. There should be a way of leaving the line if you decide it’s not worth it. There is not. I’ve been eyeing the line though every now and then and your best bet is to come either early in the morning or in between lunch and dinner.
Wasn't worth the wait. I got a chicken sandwich and some nuggets to try the sauces - surprisingly small portions for their reputation and prices. Sauces were good but man, where's the chicken? Line was long but the employees were very friendly and helpful and they made the situation much easier.
Don't get me wrong, I love Chickfila in general but this location might be the slowest location. It's officially been opened for a year and you'd think the wait times would have progressively gotten better. Just waited 10 minutes for breakfast with no one else in the restaurant or drive thru. I once waited 45 minutes for a shake. There is a 50% chance that you'll have everything you ordered. This may be typical but I find it odd that managers take up tables during busy times to have "meetings" but just seem to be laughing. Food is delicious and always fresh and great. No complaints on the quality of the food. I'll still come but wish there was some improvement to speed, accuracy and service. JLL says "They should be in their groove by now".
The food was great. And the people are friendly. But even after being open for a year at this location they are not ready for customers. We went through the drive through. There were two lanes going into the drive through and a person taking orders. This is fine if they had a menu you could look at or a board with items you could order. but it was just a person walking down the line of cards taking orders. Which is fine if you're like a regular and you know what you want from the menu. Then they had the two lanes of cars merge into one pickup window. This caused a problem because there was no one there to direct traffic and the people in front of us had no idea how to merge. The food here is great but they have no idea how to handle their customer traffic. I like the food, but not worth what you need to go through to get it. Maybe in another year they’ll have a handle on it.
For $12.40 for a basic meal, I'd expect them to discard the yellow tomatoes. Avoid this place at lunch; it's a madhouse with a very chaotic parking lot. I applaud them having door men to keep the 50-person line outside (to not overwhelm the dining area) but it'd be great if these 2 employees paid enough attention to let people know they have to wait outside BEFORE those people get all the way to pulling the door handle. Most Chik-fil-A joints will give you an unseasoned chicken breast. This location will not. They said it was "too busy" for that. I understand some Southern locations ($9 for same lunch) doing that. But for $12.40, I think this location should oblige. Food came out very quick, and was good in spite of the yellow tomatoes.
This location is very disrespectful I get waved up to drive thru I speak to the young and he replies do you have mobile order or naw I say naw he follows up name for order I say seven he says sevan I’m like naw seven I spell it and then even says just like the number he says yeah and takes my order I try to get him to scan my app he says he’ll do that down there turns sees no one there and says where ever he is. I pull up and eventually a young man takes my order I don’t recall him saying my name but when I got to the window I was addressed as Sevan that was disrespectful to me and my religious beliefs because it’s my belief that Yahweh thru the Holy Spirit had me change my name because he did a new thing when he saved me. I say you know what Seven you just spoke about forgiveness let it go and I do but then I reach in my bag no Mac and cheese so I have to turn around and go back for it my fries spill over because I pulled them out to see if my Mac was underneath when I go back I don’t mention the Sevan I just tell the lady about the Mac and request new fries. I leave with fries and Mac get to my room and guess what fries are cold these are the same fries that spilled your store is sorry and does not stand for the values of chic filla I’m use to! Worst chick fills experience ever 9/23 update they have made me feel valued again
I had to use my Chick Fil A app to avoid losing the account. We stopped by the Clifton Park location. The gal taking our order wasn't quite sure what I had to do to use the app when ordering but we figured it out. We haven't been to Chick Fil A in a while. I signed up for the app when we traveled out of town for Covid shots back around 2020. It was way easier ordering then picking up. Anyway, since we we had to drive 90 miles to the nearest Chick Fil A,we didn't go much. The food seems okay compared to what we ate 5 years ago. The lobby was clean. The lobby person was very attentive. I'll probably use my rewards up now that we're only 35 miles away but whether we go much remains to be seen.
Used to be the gold standard of fast food. They practically reinvented the drive through, however, the last three visits have all had mistakes of various degrees from completely wrong food received to missing items. It's not worth the time to complain. I'm going to do myself a favor and just stop going. It's amazingly unhealthy anyway.
Food is nothing special. Drive-thru took forever in late evening. Wouldn't go back.
I visit this Chick-fil-A often but can’t say I will ever go back. Ordering a simple catering order of some chicken strips about a medium size tray and some grilled chicken scheduled for 1115 in the morning didn’t get it until 1140 almost 1145 no instructions on where to go to pick it up, which is not on them. That’s on the app But no communication that it wasn’t ready and then to be told that well it was supposed to be made fresh and we had already paid and scheduled for 1115 pick up now 30 minutes late to my own grad party and most of the workers were quite rude when trying to address this issue Was able to get a measly 10% off but plan to be calling the store manager in order to get this addressed because if something scheduled for 1115, you expect to be able to pick it up at 11:15.
I have gotten two simple orders in the past week of fries and a drink. They have taken up to 30 minutes even though it was through the mobile order app. I understand having the guest dining in is priority but when I am ordering ahead that should be done as soon as possible without waiting for up to 30 minutes! I have given up on the mobile app and will only be using the drive through from now on. Such a shame!
I have been to quite a few CFA’s, and this one by far is the most disappointing experience. The gentlemen that took our order, I believe Christian (dark hair, dark beard, glasses, and a team leader), had a poor attitude and definitely did not want to be at the restaurant. It was pretty busy for the evening we were there, but if you have an employee that doesn’t want to be at the establishment or does not like their job, find something else to do, or somewhere else to work. He also did not listen and we did not get the food we ordered, so we had to make another trip up to the counter. Unfortunately we are taking this one off our list of places to go for a while.
Two stars is being generous. This location is just not good. Consistently missing items in your order. No drinks. No spoon for ice cream. Worst of all customer service is non existent. It's a shame when you have experienced great service at other locations that this location just lets the brand down.
If it's supposed to be something special, you would not have that impression based on this visit. That special sauce, supposed to get 4, we received none. The boneless chicken they gave me 2 little pieces, instead of a full size piece. To top it off, someone has a heavy hand, with the salt for the potato's. Not sure if or when I would come back
In addition to a long mobile thru wait time, I’ve had my order messed up twice here. I’m used to the best fast food service with other locations. This one just can’t seem to get it right.
The food is great and the people are nice but my god are they slow. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes or more to get your food.
To start off and be fair, my husband and I both love chick fil a. Their food is delicious. But tonight was horrendous. We got in line quickly, ordered our food - which was nothing crazy (30 piece nugget meal, extra fry, lemonade). We ordered at 7:08. We did not get our food until 7:50. That, my friends, is FORTY TWO minutes! I literally turned my car off it became so long. No one came to verify our order or give us an explanation as to what was going on. They had us pull ahead so 3 cars behind us could get around and leave. And, when they finally did bring us our food..all we got was “sorry for the wait” Sadly, this (or something similar like this) happens about half the time we do go there. NOT IMPRESSED. And sadly, will not be going back.
This is a new Chick-fil-A location and sadly fails to meet the high standards of the brand. The chicken was tasty but the roll lacked freshness; the fries were not hot; and the soda was half ice. And to make matters worse, the place was empty and it still took almost 10 minutes for the meal to be served. Wendy’s and McDonalds have nothing to fear with this branch location.
30 minute wait in the drive through. No option to leave the line once I was in it. I was stuck and was forced to sit there.
Just waited 45 minutes in the drive thru for one milkshake. Got to the window and was ignored for 10 minutes. Had to ask a worker for my drink and it was sitting out the entire time. Milkshake was completely melty and the paper cup it came in was soggy.
Don't get it much cause it's so expensive. The one time I decide to go their system was down. Don't understand how that happens.
I’ve been to this location multiple times and never been a smooth experience. Wait times are obscene, I went to get breakfast one morning only two cars in the drive through took them 10+ min to get me my food. One time went in just to get a chocolate shake again took more than 10 minutes to get to me. And that’s if they get the order correct bourbon multiple times I am missing items or not correct items. And this is such a shame because there of been Chick-fil-A that I’ve been to that run smoothly and never had issues with.
Has forgotten food in my order about every other time I go. Really frustrating
****CUSTOMER SERVICE - NON-EXISTENT | GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION**** Today’s interaction with the employees at the Clifton Park location, has solidified for me why I DO NOT frequent this location!!!. I ordered my Mother a Cobb salad with the grilled chicken (warmed) via the app. I wanted to treat my mom, due to the amount of points I have, the salad was on me, essentially free. My mother pulls up in the drive-thru lane and gives the employee the name. He asked my mother if it was a mobile order, to which she responded yes, my daughter order through the app. The employee then proceeded to read us the names of the other guests who ordered through the mobile ordering, why this was done I do not know. Lack of training? In any event, I told my mom that it’s pick up inside, the employee then understood, and advised my mom to drive-up, but not before he advised that they now have a “mobile ordering lane” and any mobile orders need to pull through that lane. My mother apologized and proceeded forward. The next employee we meet is far from nice, the rudest you would ever meet, she probably should have stayed at home. No one forced you to come to work, but because you decided to clock in, you’re taking it out on the customers. So mom is helped next, and the young lady doesn’t greet my mother, but states “what’s the name” my mother gives the name, and the employee then says “spicy chicken deluxe, no tomato” my mother advised that was not the order, but she ordered a Cobb salad with the grilled chicken. The young lady said how did your order mom said via mobile, then the employee proceeds with the song and dance about the mobile order lane, by this time I’m getting upset, because the amount of time and energy that this employee is wasting being blatantly rude to my mother, you could have located the order. She had already been advised that it was placed via mobile but pick up in the restaurant. The employee then said “well I can’t find it here, I will look inside, and if I can’t locate it you’re going to have to go inside and look for it” 😠😳😤🫣 So this is how we are talking to guests?!! That’s probably why she didn’t have a nametag on, she knows she is slick and rude with her mouth. I have already left a voicemail for a manager to call me. The mere audacity. The unmitigated gall. The chick fil a employees missed the mark not once but twice in this incident. Customer service first! Lead with kindness always!!! If the customer is in the wrong lane, does it matter??? Absolutely not! Give them the same courtesy you would if they were in the right lane. Just advise them of where to be, in the future (should they come to this location 😒). Just learn how to be kind!
This Chick-fil-A location is by far the worst I've been to. The young female manager's attitude was very rude. The majority of the staff seemed slow, disorganized, and completely uninterested in upholding the excellent Chick-fil-A experience. I will definitely avoid this place at all costs. It was clear from the expressions on other customers' faces during my last visit that I am not the only one who won't be returning. They definitely need to do better!
Takes forever Be prepares to wait 40 mins or more. Food was cold and unappetizing. This location needs serious improvememt. Not worth the wait.
I asked for no Jalapeños on my sandwich, but there were 3 of them in the middle of the sandwich. They made sure my payment went through but they couldn't be bothered to make sure my order was correct. I called the number that I googled and talked to a customer service representative who only documented my complaint and told me to go back to the restaurant if I wanted further assistance. In the mean time, my mouth is on fire! Please check your order before pulling off.
This place sucks. No fresh food, unless you are inside listening for the fryers to get pulled. This place tastes like old fryer oil chicken but somehow NEVER served a fresh meal ever (at this location). Stay far away, overpriced trash disguised as disgusting gruel. In one emoji: 🤮
1 hr 25 mins in the drivetru. They need better training. I've been in much longer lines in different Chick-fil-A locations and it never has taken over 30 mins. 1 hr 25 mins is unacceptable.
We have always enjoyed Chick-fil-A, but we’ve encountered several issues at this particular location over the past few months: 1. Order Accuracy: On multiple occasions, when ordering more than two sandwiches, items have either been forgotten or incorrect. This has occurred several times, not just as an isolated incident. 2. Food Quality: Recently, I noticed a bad odor in my Spicy Chicken Biscuit, which I purchased this morning. Unfortunately, it was inedible, and I had to discard it. 3. Customer Service: The service quality has significantly declined. One specific employee, who often works the drive-thru in the mornings and has a beard, has displayed poor behavior and an unprofessional attitude. His temperament is not suited for customer interaction. It is disappointing to see such a decline in service and quality, especially so soon after this location’s opening.
How do does Chick-Fil-A forget the chicken for the South West salad? Especially when your whole operation is based on chicken. Drove out 15 minutes there, went through the drive through, paid for my meal and wasn't prompted for a receipt. I got to the pick up line and was asked to wait further because my order wasn't ready yet. Once the food arrived I did a quick check to make sure the items were accounted. I had to hurry back because my pregnant wife was waiting on me for her dinner. After getting back home I saw that the salad I ordered for my wife didn't come with the protein it advertised. Contacted Chick-Fil-A cares through the phone after making the discovery, but they weren't very helpful all they could do was notify the restaurant about the incident. Why? That little recipt that was never given to m was the only thing that they could use to help me out. I didn't have the receipt that the workers never offered, my wife was upset about this mistake and we needed to make her something else to compensate for the lack of protein in her dish
Never been to a chick fil a with a drive thru slower than this one no matter the time. Don’t even bother doing Mobile Thru it’s not any faster, probably even slower. Workers have no sense of urgency
Subject: Missing Items in My Order Review: I'm very disappointed with my recent order. I purchased the Chick-fil-A Chick-n-Strips® Family Style Meal and was looking forward to the two Medium Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries that were supposed to be included. Unfortunately, when I got home, I discovered that both orders of fries were missing. It's frustrating to not receive what you paid for.
If they are going to have workers inside on the speaker they need to have your order pop up on the screen. The workers can’t hear and my ordered was placed wrong. I spent over $30 on my order and got the wrong food. If it showed on the outdoor screen I would have been able to catch their mistake. I was very disappointed as I don’t normally order out and was hoping my cheat meal was something I actually wanted to eat.
I went through the drive through this evening and ordered 1 deluxe chicken w/ Coby Jack cheese and a spicy deluxe with pepper jack. When I got home I had 2 spicy deluxe with pepper jack cheese. I went back and told them what happened. They said they would make another chicken deluxe with Coby. When I got back home it was a plain chicken with pickles. They just can’t seem to get it right! Very disappointing.
I would have loved too try the new spicy chicken unfortunately it was missing. How do you forget the main ingredient? It's in your name 🤣 Edit: Thank you for your response and I appreciate you letting your team know about the mistake but you still have my $10 dollars and I am still out a chicken sandwich.
I walked in around 8:15 and the cashier at the front did not seem friendly or welcoming. I placed my order and had to wait about 20 minutes before receiving my food. I ordered four pieces of chicken strips, but when they arrived, they were only warm, not hot. It felt like they had been sitting out for 30 minutes or longer, instead of being freshly cooked. Since I was dining with someone else, I went back to the counter to place a second order. However, I ended up standing there for more than 10 minutes. The cashier seemed very slow, and there was another customer waiting in front of me as well. Finally, I got frustrated and decided not to order anymore. This was my first time visiting this location, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The service was slow, the food was not fresh, and the staff did not seem attentive. Hopefully management can improve this, because otherwise many customers may end up feeling the same way I did.
Update: 6/25/2025 Went there today for some foods. Prices definitely went up over here. However, my updated review is regarding my Cobb salad order; there was a long string of hair in it. Ewww disgusting; had to throw away in the garbage. Picture below. Foods are tasty especially the peach milkshake. Long wait to get in and out, don’t even bother with drive thru unless you go right after breakfast. Yesterday had to visit twice because they screwed up my order and had to pay more than I should have.
