As soon as I saw these guys opened I tried one of their acai bowls. Their granola is really good with the acai and so is the honey! I’m addicted and now I can’t stop. I eat two of these bowls every day and I don’t foresee it stopping anytime soon.
Went to smoothie King for the first time and got a strawberry banana smoothie and it was so good best smoothie I ever had hands down!!

As a server for many years I always appreciated when diners asked what I recommended. I described what I wanted to Aiden and without hesitation he had his answer and I had my order. Reminds me of how things used to be👍 clean place and great service
I am a black individual and the inclusivity in the establishment is PHENOMENAL. The specific GORGEOUS blonde women and ok looking blonde man are amazing people. They complimented my dark skin and they even gave me a dark colored smoothie to match! I am looking forward to going back and seeing this awesome smoothiesms. #iloveblackpeople #smoothiekingisthebomb
I've been waiting years for a smoothie specific store to open up in Clifton Park. So I was super excited when Smoothie King opened up. I'm a regularly here and I've never had any problems with anything. Store is always clean, and the staff is always super friendly. Plus the most important part...the smoothies taste awesome! One of the best features I love is their app and the rewards program. The rewards program is one of the best around with coupons dropping what seems like daily from $5 coffee smoothies to Free Upsize Friday. I don't think I've ever paid full price. Plus sometimes you get access to a members only "secret" menu with items not on their in store menu. The other feature I love is that when I order on the app the your order is processed immediately, so when you arrive it's waiting in a table top cooler and you can grab it and go. This feature came in handy when they did their grand opening and the line was out the door. I was able to walk in and grab my smoothie and hit the road. Overall, I couldn't be more happy. However, I missed out on the Smoothie King swag bag/T-shirt during the grand opening because it was busy. Hopefully I'll get one down the road. It was my 1st time visiting and the young lady who took my order was so sweet and helped me make my decision. I got a dairy free peanut butter power shake. I ordered the small and it lasted me hours!
My boss recommended me this place, he even goes here everyday! I decided to give it a chance, but had a problem with the app not taking my card. I believe it was the manager I talked to and told me that unfortunately there was nothing they could do since the app is used nationally. After a few minutes, I made a new account and got my first order (for free!) and the same person even was kind enough to bring it out for me. The smoothie I got was Peanut Powe Plus Chocolate and it was pretty good! Very filling too even for a 20oz. Gonna have to come back here again soon
My family and I had an amazing experience here the smoothies were the best we have ever had the staff was very friendly and patient with us as we had not been to a smoothie king before, everyone should give it a try you won’t regret it

I come here frequently and normally don't have much of a problem but weighted 10 minutes when I was only person in the Drive-Thru line for two smoothies which is fine people get busy but the person with the blue hair and the nose piercings didn't even apologize for the wait and almost had a snarky annoyed look as someone that has worked in the fast food industry in the past I understand the job can be stressful but maybe correct your attitude if you're going to make people wait that long when there's no other customers this is approximately 5:30 p.m.

Waited 30 minutes for a drink, not sure why. There was no explanation when I inquired they just said it’s coming up.
Waited in the drive thru 10+ minutes. After the auto-played greeting, I ordered, then was told to hold on. 10 minute wait later a voice asks for the order. Smoothies took a while after that. About 5 minutes per smoothie one at a time. Mine was not made well. Something was very "off" about it. It had no strawberry flavor. Thought I tasted chemicals. After I had half I started to feel very nauseous. I've been sick to my stomach all day since that smoothie. I'd been here a bunch in the past but my last 3 visits were extremely inconsistent with what I order not tasting at all correct, and this time it was just undrinkable and made me sick.
Atleast every other time I come here my order is incorrect. I order the same exact smoothie every single time. It’s way overpriced for the service & smoothies to suck
Yesterday at around 5 pm I walked in to your Clifton Park store to get. a smoothie bowl. There weee 3 employees working one was scrapping out a cooler. The other two were cleaning along the back counter. One had earbuds on. Not one greeted me. I was the only customer in the store. I had to ask if they were open. They said but just kept doing what they were doing. I ordered a smoothie bowl and paid for it, left a tip. They were talking to each other about their schedules and personal business. Still not acknowledging me. My server kept stopping what she was doing, even putting the items she was working with down to turn and talk. I finally asked if she’d mind finishing my smoothie because I had somewhere I need to be. The staff obviously got upset with me and quickly finished my order. Their attitudes were completely unprofessional and I probably won’t be back.

I heard good things about smoothie king. So I stopped in for my first and last time. I stood at the counter for a few minutes and was ignored. The 2 employees that were working refused to acknowledge i was standing there. One of the employees was handling trash and food while wearing the same pair of gloves. I don't recommend this place. But if you like risking your health and like being ignored then go ahead and visit

A couple of evenings ago, my BFF and I walked into Smoothie King, expecting to grab a smoothie and go. Instead, we stood there for 15 minutes in complete silence—ignored, dismissed, and blatantly disrespected. The two employees on duty—a blonde dude and a blonde woman—saw us walk in. We made eye contact. They looked at each other, and then? They turned their backs toward the dirty sinks and never said a single word to us. Not “Hi, we’ll be right with you.” Not “What can we get started for you?” Not. A. Word. Let’s be even clearer: ✔️ They were OPEN. ✔️ There were NO other customers. ✔️ They CHOSE to ignore us. Why? We don’t have to guess—we KNOW they saw us. They just decided we weren’t worth acknowledging. Now, we are two best friends—one white, one not. Did that factor into how we were treated? We can’t ignore the possibility. But what we can say with certainty is this: No business should ever make customers feel invisible. And trust—we will NOT be keeping this experience to ourselves. Smoothie King, do better. Your employees are a direct reflection of your brand. And right now? If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in this evening around 7:15pm and was rudely greeted by Isabella L and treated like I was inconveniencing her for arriving 45 mins prior to closing. She was extremely unpleasant and rude the entire time I was there. I will never return again, which is unfortunate because I come here weekly after the gym. The manager of this location needs to be advised of the way your employees treat paying customers. Not to mention this is not the first time she was rude. I will never return.
Truly disappointed. Ordered smoothies and 3/4 kids smoothies had what I believe (and the employee agreed) was chunks of the blender in them. My kids sucked black chunks through their straws and thankfully didn’t eat them. Brought it to the employees attention who remade one of the smoothies after it happened the first time. Wasn’t offered a refund or anything after it repeatedly happened. Will never go again.
Just went for the first time. I ordered a chocolate shake, being diabetic I took necessary insulin for my order paid at the drive thru and left. I received an entirely different order not realizing until I was on 87. Called to find out what I received since I was one of two people in line but they didn’t know. Just go to Bare Blends next door.
I am a smoothie fanatic so I decided to give this place a try. I was the only customer at the time I stood in front of the cash register waiting for someone to assist me the lady that was behind the counter never acknowledged me! Thereafter a young white man came in and they immediately assisted him and totally acted like I was invisible!! The first and last time that I will ever visit!👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
