Employee was Nervous but performed an excellent job when I went up dinner around 5. Poor thing got swamped with 12 sandwiches in 30 minutes. Great job handling the customers.
I stopped at the subway for a small submarine double meat Italian and it was it is absolutely delicious. Perfectly made and I enjoy great service fast and perfect. With a smile!
This is my favorite subway, they know our regular flatbread order, great customer service always, Manager Chuck, Anna and Cindy and all the members are very friendly as well. Thank you much..I definitely appreciated you all.
It was my 1st time in years and it was a positive experience. I got a toasted sandwich. Roasted chicken with garlic aioloi. My parents loved it!
Subway is Subway. If you order healthy, you get a healthy order. If you order a meatball sub with extra sauce and cheese, you get, well, fat. I happen to be fat trying to get healthy, so I eat healthy at Subway!
Cool modern location. I wouldn't normally review a chain but this subway is exceptional. Nice seating with a modern feel. The sandwiches were great quality and the staff was very friendly (gentlemen with maybe an arrow tattoo on his forearm and a blonde woman).

Great location. I've eaten here twice. Great parking. There were 2 employees making sandwiches today. The female employee is amazing to watch. There was a steady line of customers and she was cashing out orders every few minutes. The men's room was very clean. I waited maybe 8 minutes to pay for my foot long Cold Cut Combo on wheat and a bottle of Coke.
I didn’t get his name, but the gentleman working called me to let me know my selection was delayed and offered me an alternative. In person, he was personable and very apologetic about the delay (which didn’t bother me one bit!) I also noticed him helping a fellow coworker when a question was asked. Great customer service! Sandwich and cookie were also delicious.
This store made their dining area festive. Christmas decorations on the tables some tables had tablecloths on them.

As far as a Subway goes, this was a great one. Clean, new furniture, good subs.

Subway has a lot of choices for meat lovers and vegetarians alike. Bring your appetite, because those sandwiches are huge. They have a new $6 foot-long sub each month, so if you want a good deal you should check that out, if it's something you like. The staff friendly, albeit not always perky, but they always get a job done. Did you know they actually have breakfast subs now? They're not quite my cup of tea, but I know friends who love them.
Always freshly made with anything you request. Adding extra doesn't cost on the veggies. Low cost for a good meal.
Long wait due to only one staff member. Not her fault tho, company should place more staff in stores!

Very slow getting my order, ordered online stated it would be ready ay 4:30. I walked in at the time for pick up, and the order wasn't ready. Instead of giving me a bag for my 2 footlong subs and a foot long cookie, he handed me the items separately, making it hard to carry.
The employees here are really helpful and friendly. It's disappointing though, they never participate in mobile promotions. You'll have to pick another location to get any deals.
this location is generally fine but ahmed m is 100% correct something is very wrong with glasses-and-mask guy. I've encountered him a few times and it's always the same. dude moves so slow and seems to never have any idea what he's doing at any given time. he takes 10 minutes to make one sandwich because he keeps getting distracted or messing with stuff and having to go wash his hands and change his gloves. every time I get to checkout he asks me to tell him what he just made. bro what

You can tell she was trying to clean to close down. Rudely asked what I wanted. Slammed the bread down on to the counter. Wanted a steak sandwich not toasted. She put the meat on the bread without heating it and put cheese on it. When I asked if she was going to heat the steak she toasted the entire sandwich. I didn't even feel comfortable enough to tell her what else I wanted on my sub So I got nothing on it. It's always great to spend $ on something you won't even eat! I'm sorry if she was busy and had a long day but the attitude was not necessary!

This poor lady is working by herself on a Sunday. It took my husband over 20 mins to get a sub!!! Unacceptable. Someone go help out your coworker!
3 people working. Only 1 making food. Super slow and had no clue. It took almost 30 minutes for 3 subs.
This is a great store but we were waiting for 15 mins to put in orders while listening to the employees laughing in the background and no one came out to assist. (June 5th at 6pm)
What happened to customer service or simply just acknowledging someone standing g there. I arrived at 11:20am. One young lady working. I was the only customer. She was taking rolls out of the oven so she may not have noticed me or it could have been her ear buds in ( which should not be allowed in this type of service position for multiple reasons) and she didn’t hear me come in. After 3 minutes, a long time waiting to be greeted, she finally said “are you picking up or or ordering?” I said ordering and she told me I order at the other end. So, I go to where I’m supposed to. She completely ignores me and starts making g another sandwich, not one word to me, no “I’ll e with you in a minute or even “I just have to finish up this order,”. NOTHING!! I was the only customer there. I was already waiting a bit and I almost just walked out. Finally, my turn. She wasn’t meant but not at all welcoming. See photo of finished product. Roll was hard and an absolute mess!!! I’m disappoint after seeing all the freshly baked rolls and mine seems to be a day old. If she’s working, from now on I’ll just walk back out.

Went in there today 8/4/23 asked for #4 on the menu... The girl started making the sandwich grabbing the meat from the old way out of a tray...I said I thought Subway now slices meat to order? She said we slice it every morning... If you want it three other way to there sarcastically!!! So I guess Subway does not slice their meat to order. I told her to forget it and left without getting the sandwich.

Our subs were soaked in sauces and sloppy! I prefer the Clifton Park location, it’s cleaner and they prepare our subs very well compared to what we received at this Halfmoon location.

Store closes at 9 and not at 7. Have 3 toasters and all cleaned out for closure am assuming Won't say why they can't toast. Oh well.

I really don’t want to give them negative review but come on, the kid who were glasses and hat was making my sandwiches today 1/23/24 around 5:20 pm was sooo high I guess on lsd or mushroom, he was moving so weird and slow and every second he looks at the ingredients bar, me, the food and the walls in confusion, he look at the onion and if the don’t look certain way he starts cutting them with his hands, I ordered 3 sandwiches I kid you not he took at least 15-20 minutes to make I’m in no rush but really dude. You need to check the camera footage around 5:20pm and see what I’m talking about. Hopefully he gets the help he needs because bro got no business making people food and I’m sorry if that will cost him his job
Manager acted like we were a bother when my fiance and I ordered our meals. He did not have a very good attitude even when I asked where the rest rooms were located. Food was great but better customer service needs to be practiced
Terrible experience last 3 visits. Unthawed veggie patties. Wrongly packed order. Extreme slow and sluggish. Among other issues.

There was a long hair wedged in my sub. I brought it up and they remade it for me, but I struggled to eat it. Same visit they ran out of meatballs. Figuring out the choices for the combo was a bit tricky, lots of choices.
In line with several other reviews, the size and quality of the food has suffered significantly. I measured the thickness of my sub roll and it was 1.5”. It looked more like a hotdog roll instead of a sub roll. The vegetables also did not appear to be high quality. The two employees were nice and the location was clean but will not be going back due to the very thin subs.
Service was horrible. The girls were very rude. Every Subway I have been to have been very polite. And this one use to have nice people. I got ignored the whole time till the one girl felt like asking me what I wanted. Then the one got my order wrong. I asked for a steak terryoki and got chicken. The other sub was messed up too. And the one guy that works there does not cover his beard. And it is 🤢 gross. I will never go to this one again. And it is right by my house. Horrible service.

Ordered via subway app, order said received. Time of pick up was 6:10 pm, I arrived at 6:09. Went into restaurant and nobody was there and no food, girl finally came out and said they had no order. Next girl came out and called owner who offered no assistance as I had ordered through the app. I have done this many times with no problem. So bottom line, I left with no food, no help, $2 reward taken off my account and no way to dispute other than go through hassle of disputing charge to my credit card. Sadly, I won't be back.

About a month ago, I contacted the district manager after the first incident. I received one reply with no follow-up or resolution. I ordered tonight out of desperation and now this has happened again. This is a serious food safety issue, not a one-time mistake. I am now out $25, twice served unsafe food, and completely ignored by management. The lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others before eating here.
This the absolute worst subway! They cut their cold cuts down so thin and cut the slices in half. Your $13.99 sandwich should cost about $4! Never have I seen this anywhere else. I even confirmed that they cut their own meat. Shame on them!
