It was alright but the cheese wasn't melted on my meat it was cold so I removed it. Everything else was good

I had the Long John Silver's fish and fries today. My order came out quick, fresh and hot. Very pleased about that but last few times I've been here it's hot in the dining room, seems like their AC is not working properly, there wasn't many people dining and it was actually cooler outside than inside the dining room :-/

Cheese curds are AWESOME, but literally the only thing people come here to eat. . .and for some reason they don't stock enough to not run out. This place needs a new ordering manager bad👎

Food is good. Restaurant was very dirty. Floor needed to be swept. Tables needed to be cleaned. I would understand it being dirty if they were busy but, they were not. They seemed more interested in some conversation over headsets than cleaning.

Me and my husband ate here last night and we were both throwing up with diarrhea about 2-3 hours after, both aren't running fevers and felt great before. Waited 20 min (we were the only customers) for food that made us completely sick.. Checked the expiration date on the marinara sauce and it was from 2017.. I can't believe one of my favorite places has fallen off this bad

The burger was soggy and gross I had to throw it away. The employees and most importantly the management DOES NOT CARE. $35 DOLLARS FOR TWO MEALS AND I HAD TO THROW THE BURGERS AWAY. I WAS RIPPED OFF BY YOU AND THATS NOT COOL. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. MANAGEMENT NEEDS FIRED!!!!!!

Personalities were not pleasant or customer service oriented. Made us pull out front waited almost 20 minutes and didn't get one of our two orders of french fries. Hamburgers were very slowly made and they gave us no napkins and no ketchup. Wondering why people in this industry want more than $20 an hour?

Went to the drive thru in shaw and willow and the service was horrible. Waited 20 minutes for our hamburgers and there was no other customers at all. The works locked the doors and just kept walking around inside. We had to knock on the doors for someone to acknowledge us. Then the employee was rude as he'll. We will never go back to that place.

Went to have lunch the girl in the back was chatting (Elizabet) with the drive through chick leaning on the trash can with NO gloves on then comes back remind you I’m waiting on fish to come out does NOT wash her hands CROSS CONTAMINATES the counters all she touched starts boxing my food to go & otter customers grand a dry napkin starts wiping counters , then I get a dirty tray with peaces of dried food stuck to end they gave me the wrong order ! @ this point I just wanted to leave ! A So called Manager calls me back at 05:20 stated she didn’t understand my complaint! It’s as easy as you my recommendation as you work in food environment is to get courses on Cross contamination and management skills first a customer is always right even if we aren’t ! Your supposed to ease the situation not try and argue with the costumer ! The only person who was great was the lady that took my order ! Never going back I work across the street what a shame ! HOPE I WAS CLEAR FOR THE MANAGER since she argued with me !

I went through the drive-thru and ordered the family pk burgers, fries a gallon of root beer, another cheeseburger a sundae and a regular ice cream. I had to wait in the parking lot for my order. I waited 30 minutes before the cooked food was brought out another 10 minutes for the ice cream and another 10 for the root beer. The container had soda dripping from it and some of the burgers were wrong. $32 of disappointing food! And of course no one ever answers the phone!

Forgot we ordered a certain drink and didn't make it. Power kept going out. Came back after four years ans now everytime I buy something even if the drive thru is empty without fail I have to wait sometimes more than 20-30 minutes for my food. I'm getting frustrated with them. Probably wont be coming back to this joint.

We waited for over 30 minutes. Then to just get mediocre food, half full root beer floats. It looked like someone drank out of them. We sat there watching them make it, desperately trying to get every last drop of ice cream out of their machine. At no point did anyone say anything to us while we waited, nor an apology or anything after the 30+ minute wait. Just shoved the drink tray and food at us and shut the door. They weren’t busy. We were LITERALLY the only people in the drive thru and from what we could see there was only one person eating inside. Such a disappointment.
