Second time here and I’m here mainly for the Dubai Chocolate. I ordered the Mango Oolong tea. It’s not bad. The main attraction for this place would be the Dubai chocolate. Though it is kind of pricey, I understand that making this is a lengthy process. It is filled with a pistachio butter. This is my first time having this so I have nothing to compare it to so would I pay this price for chocolate? Maybe for a gift for someone special. The drinks here is nothing out of the ordinary. The Sweet Lyfe Boba hasn’t really set themselves up to stand out. I see where they are going with the chocolate but for me it’s not enough to say you have to come here. If someone is looking for Dubai Chocolate, I will suggest this place but I wouldn’t say you have to come here for the boba. It’s a good location right next to the theatre so it’s convenient if you’re in the mood for boba drinks and chocolates.

Recently went to Sweetlyfe Boba bar. It wasn’t the best experience upon arriving I was not greeted. The guy never said hello to us was more busy with having a conversation with somebody in the back about things that were not business or food and drink related. Though he never said hello to us, he went out of the way to say hi and greet other people which I found odd. When I placed my order, there was no kind expression on his face, just very serious, stern and almost as if he wanted to just get it over with. It took a long time for one of our items to be finished. It was something very basic and simple that could’ve been made a lot sooner people that had came in after us were getting their items before us. I really don’t appreciate the bad service the unpleasant attitude. Also the place wasn’t that clean, The floors are very sticky and it just doesn’t have that clean feel. This establishment should be ran by people with better customer service. These young kids nowadays have no understanding of what good customer is. As much as I like this place, I’ll think twice before going back because of this experience. I’d rather take my money elsewhere.

It’s cute inside. But opens at noon and don’t serve the new pastries until 3 pm. So I got small Dubai strawberries cup. Was $14.99 and tiny lil cup. It did taste good but I was kinda disappointed. Hopefully you get better experience.

I ordered the lychee dragon fruit drink, but it didn’t look anything like the picture—there was no visible dragon fruit at all. We were the first ones there and only ordered 2 drinks, but still had to wait a long time. The inside could really use a facelift—it doesn’t feel inviting at all, with boxes and clutter clearly visible. Disappointing experience overall.

I was so excited to try this but it was so disappointing. I understand it was busy but the wait was over 30min for 2 small cups of the Dubai chocolate strawberries. And then it ended up being overly sweet because they use chocolate syrup with high fructose corn syrup instead of actual chocolate. It was $11+tax it was not worth it!

They were good at first. Went for dubai strawberries. But past 3 times they didnt have them. They said strawberries weren't in season when we just came from Costco and they had some. Got dubai chocolate strawberries at 2 other places. Now we stick to Juice time. This place is too focused on crunchy fruit and was not impressed with them. Cost wayy too much and not worth the hype. This is for owners and management who made this decision. Customer service has always been great with the young guy and young girl.

Horrible service for one! No one welcomed us. The vibes and energy were very unsettling. Restrooms are for employees only! I got the mango treat for $15 it was very small! The store was filthy, trash over flowing! They skipped my order two times! I just ordered 1 drink. My drink tastes only like sweet milk! $22 went to a waste!

Thai tea was not good at all. Very very bitter, mind you I had request 100%sweet. By the color of the drink you can already tell it is not good at all. Also the Dubai brownie dose come in a very very small portion for $11 LOL. In their advertisement picture, it's look like a big portion but it's honestly 1 piece of brownie.

Customer service was mediocre, not very friendly and not welcoming. We got the crunchy fruits, because they are viral and they look so yummy. They were $15 each. With that said you’d expect them to be amazing.. they ARE NOT. They taste cheaply made, and our very small for the price. I personally have tried similar pastries in LA for a way cheaper price and these were not even close to as good. Overall i’m DISAPPOINTED in the quality, and taste.

The crunchy fruit was overpriced, tasted like yogurt, & was very small. The cafe itself had no type of love; no sunlight, no people, a couple tables, & not very welcoming. They also handed the pastry in a container, giving me the impression that inside seating isn’t welcome, as well as nobody being in there.
