Our first visit, we enjoyed the Monday evening special as recommended by our server Liz: spaghetti and meatballs, 2 garden salads (or soups), baked sourdough bread, 2 glasses of house wine (or soft drinks) and 2 servings of vanilla ice cream (or spumoni) all for $25! I know, that's ALOT of food right?! We got to choose from several sauces, pasta types and wine, we even got to swap out some meatballs for an in-house Italian sausage! This was way more food than 2 people could eat. Liz mentioned that it was rare that diners could finish it. We took way more than half of it home. As good as all this food was, the ambiance too, the best part of our experience was our server Liz. She made the whole evening special. She was kind, patient, informative, had good suggestions and recommendations for us. She was genuinely interested in doing everything she could possibly do to insure we had a nice time there. Highly recommend Old Spaghetti Factory and requesting Liz to make your experience extra special!

Flew in from Wyoming on business for a few days, where it's often hard to get great local food. This being said we wanted to spend our time here finding good restaurants to truly enjoy ourselves and The Old Spaghetti Factory really hit the nail on the head. This is my first time here, and I didn't expect the distinct and classy interior appearance. The parking lot was pretty full, but the wait time was only ten minutes, and the greeting host was friendly. Our service was very sweet, and helpful with the food selection. She was on top of drinks and checking in on us the entire time. We opted for Chicken fettuccine (with added shrimp), garlic spaghetti, and two appetizers; spinach and art dip, and cheese bread with dipping sauce. I cant remember the soup of the day, but it was delicious. All of the food was incredible, and the prices surprised me for the amount of food you get. I consider the locals lucky. Extremely affordable, large portions, incredible staff, and delicious food, along with an interestingly beautiful atmosphere. I would love to dine here more, and would highly recommend it to anyone in the area!

Excellent dining experience at the old Spaghetti Factory in Fresno. The environment was very classic and elegant. All the wait staff was very nice. I did not like the fact that my sobs and I had to wait so long. The food was good but it was not as good as the location in San Diego. Still my dobs enjoyed our dinner and unfortunately did not leave room for dessert. Next time, we will just go for dessert.

My husband loves this place as it was a childhood favorite. I do like the interior decor, which is fun full of old Victorian flair and an old street car that you can sit in lunch has some good deals pasta options are fine. The mizithra is probably the only one that I think is worth writing home about. Get a soup/salad, fresh baguette and dish for lunch. Fair prices. Good for pasta loving kids

OSF in Fresno, is a nice place to enjoy a tasty and relaxed meal. It's pretty neat to have the opportunity to eat in the old fashioned trolley car. The menu is limited to pastas and the like and we have yet to have a bad meal in the several years we have been going here. The service for us has ranged from good to very good. In conclusion, for what you get, the price is fair and reasonable. And It's worth noting, we usually save outings here to special occasions like birthdays or to celebrate something. My kids love coming here. P.s. Personally, and over the years, I have adjusted how I would give a five ⭐ review. Lets just say, It takes ALOT for me to hand one of those out.

We had been to the Old Spaghetti Factory in SLC and this was much the same. The service was very fast and friendly and the food was delicious but not mind altering. This is a great place for families (depending on how spendy you want to be) the place has a lot of historical character which sets it apart. The bathrooms were clean. I’ve eaten here many times over the years. I don’t think the decor has changed since it’s been in this building. I remember as a kid when it was located down town. Anyways, L it has a really cool trolley inside the restaurant, if your lucky enough, you can eat inside it. They have coke products here. I always enjoy the lasagna here, but I love the pesto ranch dressing that comes on the house salad. I’m the only one in my family that gets vanilla ice cream. Everybody else gets the spumoni ice cream(chocolate, pistachio, cherry). I’m not a fan of sourdough bread, but it comes with the meal, too. Overall, it’s pretty good for an Italian chain. My family likes it here, which is usually the only time I come here. I don’t ever pick this restaurant out to eat, but I don’t mind coming here.

The pasta was really good I got the chicken fettuccine and it was really good. The food took 40 minutes however. Every entre was a 3 course meal so you get the soup first, the entree, and then ice cream. You can get cake but you pay for it.

I love this place as it is a classic to dine in and the food is great. My issue is that making a reservation is useless since when I got there, they said I would have to wait after all the people that had already checked in. I was told it would be almost an hour wait. I love this place but please don’t offer reservations if they won’t be honored.

The interior is amazing. Staff are attentive, friendly and remember your order. The meatball pasta was pretty bad, like memorably bad but drinks were good, ice cream was okay.

My family and I had a reservation at 6:30pm and we got there a little bit early at 5:50 pm and instead of the hostess telling us that we would have to wait until our 630pm reservation they made us wait over 45 minutes to be seated. I was very displeased with the hostess in the front however, our server Tyler and food was phenomenal and is the only reason why I gave a better rating than what I was going to give. Please better train your hostess to communicate when we will be seated .

It is Valentines Day! Our reservations were for 6:30 PM. We still have not been seated and the management does not care. Their name is deceiving. I ordered just regular spaghetti. It was noodles and a "meat" sauce. I didnt see any hamburger in it at all! It was just sauce. Awful. I will never go there again. I make REAL spaghetti at home. Service unfortunately for awful as well.

To be honest, I had high expectations for this place because a friend had mentioned it was much better than Olive Garden, which turned out to be a lie. When I tried my food, the chicken was cold and tough, my spaghetti had no salt or flavor, and the sauce tasted like it came straight from a can. I was really disappointed, and the worst part was the price. I ended up paying $30 for my meal, which I only took two bites of because it was so bad, and I'm not even a picky eater.

Other dishes that were ordered were the ravioli and garlic bread. They seem to like their dishes.
